Our villa in Binibeca is a summer highlight for relaxing & dreaming or just for hanging around. A holiday villa with great attention to detail! An open large kitchen, sea views from inside and outside the house (not only from roof top) and bright & modern elements combined with the Menorquin style offer a great feel-good factor. It is our pleasure to share this feeling with our guests.

The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet and without traffic. All amenities are literally across the street. A small path leads down to Cala Torret where you find a little supermarket, a bakery and some frontline restaurants.

The closest beach “Binibeca Playa” with its fantastic beach bar is just a 5 minutes’ walk away even with small children pretty easy.

The house has a sunbathed living and dining area which is connected with the open kitchen. The living room has a seating area with sofa and two armchairs, a TV flat screen (satellite & cable) and a round dining table with chairs. High ceilings with exposed wooden beams and lots of light create a cozy ambience.

The kitchen is completely & fully equipped and from here, from the dining table and the counter one enjoys beautiful sea views!

There are three bedrooms: the main bedroom has a 1.60m double bed, the second bedroom has a 1.40m double bed and the third bedroom has a 1,20m bed. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes, mirrors, fans and mosquito nets on the windows.

Bathrooms: There is a fully equipped bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and a double washbasin. Further a separate toilet with a sink. Both bathrooms have windows to the outside. We need to mention the outdoor shower with hot and cold water. In summer it´s simply unbeatable! It is located by the pool "in the green" – Feel free to take a shower unobserved under the open sky.

From the living room you reach a covered terrace. A large table with 6 cozy chairs invites you to stay and relax. In summer a shady pleasant place, in spring and autumn flooded with sunlight and wind-protected. Three steps from the terrace and you jump into the pool or rest on one of the comfortable sun-loungers.

The house has an own high speed WiFi router and offers good connectivity from every place.

Further features of the house are: a separate laundry room, with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, broom, recycling bags and sun umbrella(s). A clothesline is behind the house and on the terrace you are invited to use the gas-barbecue-grill (Weber). A gas bottle is always available to our guests.

Your car can be parked easily on the driveway or on the street (cul-de-sac).

Especially the very little ones are welcome! In the main bedroom a baby-cot could be placed, which we gladly provide free of charge. Further available are a high chair, children's cutlery, plastic plates and cups. In the bathroom you find a potty and a step, and on the terrace a children's table with two small chairs.

The island and nature are important to us! Therefore we try to avoid single use plastic wherever we can! The house has a high-quality osmosis filter and remineralisation system. Type: ELEMENTO 4 PURO, from European production. It´s a nanofiltration system of the latest technology. The filters are reliably changed by qualified personnel at the prescribed intervals. The water quality is checked regularly. Enjoy the purest mineralised drinking water.

Regarding safety: The main bedroom has a built-in safe. Smoke detectors are installed in all bedrooms and the corridor. The fire extinguisher is located at a designated place in the living room, fire blankets in the kitchen and floor and you have access to a first-aid kit - Let's just hope that all this is never needed.

From the house you can enjoy a wonderful view and you can listen to the waves . A five minute walk away is the beautiful Binibeca beach and the white pueblo of Cala Torret. The house was completely renovated in 2022 and was furnished with natural materials and relaxing colors to create a welcoming and warm cocoon-style The sea, the sun and the sea breeze will do the rest

- "Villa Mariquita was perfect for our stay. Very well furnished and clearly well looked after. Great location. The check in process was easy and communication was great throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again." - "Villa Mariquita is truly beautiful and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing holiday. The pool area and roof terrace were well used, with the pool being big enough to have a swim and deep enough for the kids to jump in - lots of fun. I’d suggest a small fridge on roof terrace to store cool drinks and a parasol as it gets hot up there but the view is amazing. The area is stunning and there are a few restaurants and a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. The restaurants do get busy, so I’d advise to book ahead. The beach is really lovely but unfortunately the snack bar/cafe seems to have closed down, so take some cold drinks with you. You can hire 2 loungers and a brolly for €17.50. There are a few fish to see if snorkelling and also kayaks and little hydro boats to rent. We went to Splash water park for the day, which we walked in about 35 mins as we missed the “Tinv Ting” train! We also took the Ting Ting to Punta Prima to have lunch and then hopped back on it to get back as your ticket is a round trip. Binibeca is lovely for a stroll around and a bite of lunch. Overall a lovely, relaxing family holiday. Sonia, Maria and Imma all really lovely and helpful."
