- "We were greeted by the owner Juan who was very hospitable and heart warming. The villa was in a perfect location. The setting is private and relaxing with no noises from anywhere. The quite surrounding enabled us to have an amazing family holiday. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The outside space and comfortable garden furniture enabled us to spend most of the holiday outside. The bbq area and pool were a really key part of our enjoyment. On this holiday 4 adults stayed at the villa and we had lots of living space to relax. 2 bathrooms and a washing machine were a real bonus. I have visited Mallorca for many years but have never stayed in inca before. Inca is a really good location. Every Thursday is a market . But the villa is a short walk from eroski or a 5 minute drive to aldi, lidl or mercado. The market in inca is great for fresh fruit and vegetables. Also if you hire a car inca is a good central location to the rest of the island. I would highly recommend this villa to stay in and I look forward to future visits."

- "Pros: Unsere Familie (insgesamt 9 Personen mit Partner, alle erwachsen) hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa 'El Refugio'. Die Kontaktperson Theo war gut zu erreichen, wenn wir etwas brauchten und sehr freundlich. Die Außenanlage ist fantastisch: Wir haben die gut ausgestattete Außenküche mit Blick auf Moraira sehr genossen und tatsächlich jeden Abend dort am Pool verbracht, weil es so schön war. Der Pool ist fantastisch, sehr sauber (wird zwei Mal wöchentlich gereinigt). Die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern waren Gold wert, auch der Ventilator im Etagenbettzimmer hat seine Funktion voll erfüllt. Einziges Manko waren die leicht siffigen Badezimmer, aber wir waren ja sowieso immer draußen. Ein Supermarkt und ein Fitnessstudio sind in der Nähe, bei der Hitze jedoch nicht wirklich fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben sehr viel in der Umgebung unternommen, fast alles war durch eine kurze Autofahrt zu erreichen - auch die sehr schönen Strände von Moraira-Teulada."

There is an outdoor parking on the completely fenced property.
