From the pool and down some steps you'll reach the porch which is perfect for your meals and BBQs alfresco or to have a drink in the evening. If you are open to a slightly different experience, you will be pleasantly surprised. We also liked the outdoor shower and the garden with the various fruits. The location is perfect for exploring the island with a rental car, but you have to be aware that you are not directly on the seaside. You need just 20 to 30 minutes to Palma and in all other directions you need one hour max. There is also a train connection to Palma, but we did not use it, so we cannot say anything about it, but you need just 5 minutes to reach the station. The communication with the landlord went smoothly despite the language barrier. Also everyone was very nice. For a vacation close to nature in a simple accommodation far from the crowds, this place is perfect! In sum, we would book the accommodation again for another round trip."

The chlorine pool of 8 x 4 m2 with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 m is situated on the 1st floor. Enjoy sunbathing on the loungers area with 6 sunbeds or have a fresh summer lunch on the fully equipped terrace next to the barbecue area. There is also a outdoor bathroom beside the pool.

The house of 500 m2 distributed over 3 floors, has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the 1st floor, 1 with double bed, and 1 with 2 single beds; and 1 on the 2nd floor with 2 single beds. There is availability for 1 cot and 1 high chair. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Minus points * The bedrooms got very hot – in fact we decided we couldn’t use the top-floor bedroom at all. Depends on the time of year and how well you cope with heat. * There is a steep slope up to the front of the house, and then steep steps inside the house, and up to the pool and outdoors dining area– not suitable for all. * Some maintenance had slipped – e.g. the lights inside the pool didn’t work, the washing machine needed replaced, some doors didn’t shut properly (downstairs loo). * Only 4 thin bath towels were provided, and no towels for the pool. Bring your own! * We had to buy our own hand-soap, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, dishwasher tablets – it would be nice if these had been provided."

The exteriors are perfect for enjoying the views of the town and the countryside. There is an 8 x 4.5 m pool for you to cool off, 6 deck-chairs to relax, and a garden to play or to simply walk around the different fruit trees nearby. There is a porch of 9 m2 with a barbecue where you can cook delicious dishes for your family and friends, and you can enjoy them on the 24 m2 terrace equipped with a table, chairs and a tent.

This 170 m2 house is divided into two floors and accommodates 7 people. There are four bedrooms: one on the ground floor with air conditioning, mountain views, and an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a bath; and three more double bed bedrooms on the first floor, with air conditioning, too. There are two bathrooms for the rest of the house, one with a bath on the ground floor and another with a shower on the first floor. A crib is available in case you need one. Uns hat ein älteres, supernettes einheimisches Ehepaar in Empfang genommen, das ausschließlich spanisch konnte. Aber mit ein wenig Kreativität haben wir uns verstehen können. Per Airbnb war bei sonstigen Fragen die (ich schätze mal kooperierende) Agentur sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben am Ende unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthalts mit 5 Personen nochmal 50€ für den Strom bezahlt. Das einzige nicht zu verheimlichende und auch nicht kleine Manko dieses Hauses ist die Baustelle der Nachbarn in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus. Das hat an allen Werk- und Feiertagen über Ostern für erhebliche Lärmbelästigung und Gestank gesorgt. Warum trotzdem 5 Sterne? Das Ehepaar war superfreundlich, es ist ein tolles Haus und sobald die Baustelle weg ist würden wir sofort wiederkommen.
