We fitted a brand new kitchen and new sofas in 2020. The villa has a lovely, simple and traditional style, with good facilities and WiFi is included.

With a private pool, a lovely open plan kitchen, dining room and living room - it is the perfect place for your holiday. There is a pool fence which can be put up at your request for a 50 euro fee - perfect for child safety. There is also a fantastic covered outdoor terrace with a BBQ for entertaining, and the en-suite master bedroom has beams on the vaulted ceiling, with a sitting area and french doors out onto the patio.

It caters very well for family breaks, as well as quieter breaks for smaller numbers. It is only a half hour drive from the airport (but there is no air traffic noise) - making it a quick, easy and accessible break to the island of Menorca. Highchairs & cots can be hired. The beautiful beach of Binibeca has enjoyed Blue Flag status and is 650 metres away and 7 minutes walk. A 5 minute stroll will take you to several local bars and restaurants, and there are a couple of small well stocked supermarkets - which have fresh bread daily. A children's' playground is nearby, plus the bus stop giving regular service, and the local 'road train' which can easily take you to other beaches and resorts.
The Villa can sleep up to 6 and is fully furnished. It has 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large lounge/diner - which leads out to the patio - which is next to the pool so a great way for family and friends to chill out. Mahon and Cuitadella are easy to reach and have lots of architecture, shops and walkways. Both towns have harbours and boats.

- "Villa Mariquita was perfect for our stay. Very well furnished and clearly well looked after. Great location. The check in process was easy and communication was great throughout. The pool area and roof terrace were well used, with the pool being big enough to have a swim and deep enough for the kids to jump in - lots of fun. I’d suggest a small fridge on roof terrace to store cool drinks and a parasol as it gets hot up there but the view is amazing. The area is stunning and there are a few restaurants and a supermarket within a couple of mins walk. The restaurants do get busy, so I’d advise to book ahead. The beach is really lovely but unfortunately the snack bar/cafe seems to have closed down, so take some cold drinks with you. You can hire 2 loungers and a brolly for €17.50. There are a few fish to see if snorkelling and also kayaks and little hydro boats to rent. We went to Splash water park for the day, which we walked in about 35 mins as we missed the “Tinv Ting” train! We also took the Ting Ting to Punta Prima to have lunch and then hopped back on it to get back as your ticket is a round trip. Binibeca is lovely for a stroll around and a bite of lunch. Villa Helene is a secluded spacious and comfortable villa. The mature gardens surround the house giving a wonderful feeling of privacy. The villa sits in a plot of approximately 1000m2.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic, this charming villa has been recently renovated with lots of charm and high quality materials. Excellent sea views from the garden and from inside, also sea views from the 2 porches and the roof terrace which is facing the sea over the south coast of Binibeca, the most desired location for those who know the island well. All rooms are air-conditioned, although the house is cool and there is a good sea breeze most days.

STAYS: The house has 4 double rooms, all with ultra-quiet air conditioning, three of them with sea views and one of them with direct access to the swimming pool. Two double rooms and two twin rooms with two beds each. The distribution of the house is perfect for two families with two children as well, because each one can have its own space, the adults\' area and the children\'s area. One of the double bedrooms has a high-end smart TV. From the whole house there is high speed WIFI signal, the house has several signal repeaters to ensure maximum speed, so if you need to work, this house is perfect. The other double bedroom has a large office. Both double bedrooms are very spacious, with 160 cm beds with new 40 cm thick mattresses, firm and high quality, with micro pocket springs that transpire.

The house has 3 spacious bathrooms, impeccable and completely renovated design, outdoor bathrooms with large shower at ground level. The house has an extra pressure pump so water pressure is never a problem.

The kitchen is a dream, huge, open plan, very minimalist and very very comfortable, everything is spacious drawers and you will find a pale green crockery. The whole kitchen is fully equipped, with a very powerful and silent extractor hood. Top of the range electrical appliances. Big size 75cm wide Liebherr fridge and freezer. There is also an oven and microwave. Nespresso coffee machine, tea kettle, double toaster... everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Even some nice tablecloths to make family meals even more enjoyable.

Washing machine and laundry.

The living-dining room is very spacious, presided over by a large fireplace (for decorative use only) and sofas for up to 8 people. Large table made of reclaimed natural wood, with seating for 12 people. 40\" HD Smart TV and hifi with USB connection for ipod / iphones. UK TV channels streamed via wifi.

If you are a lover of simplicity, stone, wood... noble materials and good taste, this is definitely your home.

OUTSIDE: The house has 2 porches, both covered. In one there is a chillout area and a large table to eat always in the garden in the shade, under some typical Menorcan arches. The other, because it is minimalist and very Menorcan, made with natural reeds, gives a very pleasant shade to spend the morning reading on the outdoor sofas next to the swimming pool.

The swimming pool is large, has an outdoor shower with hot water, it is a pleasure in summer when coming back from the beach, to take a shower in the garden, as it is a covered shower.

You will also find a barbecue to enjoy all together with friends and family while the children take a dip in the pool.

There is also a large pin pong area, with a flat micro-concrete floor that allows a better game, and a powerful spotlight so you can also play at dusk or at night.

What we like the most about the house is the roof terrace, large, with many wide armchairs to have a drink at the end of the day watching wonderful sunsets and the red sun hiding in the sea. Dream views that you will not forget.

The garden is very well kept, with fine natural grass, with two large olive trees welcoming you. At night the house becomes magical, with a very studied and careful, subtle and elegant lighting that turns on automatically, illuminating the swimming pool, the trees and the perimeter of the house.

SURROUNDINGS: The villa is approximately 5 minutes downhill to the most famous beach of the island: Binibeca Vell, with turquoise water and white sand, a very safe beach for small children, with a well known beach bar serving meals and snacks all day long. Parasols and sun loungers can be hired, there are public toilets and free parking nearby. Swimming and snorkelling there is impressive, because of the number of fish and the clear water. On the way to the beach you will find the marina to Cala Torret and the popular Bar Paupa, Binibeca Diving, as well as Kayak, Paddle Board and bike rental.

A few steps from the house, just down the street, you reach a direct access to the sea, to platforms with metal stairs like the ones in the swimming pool, directly to the sea. This corner is wonderful for swimming and the children love it because there are thousands of fish and a grotto under the rocks. The water is so clear that you will feel like you are swimming in an aquarium, surrounded by fish of all kinds.

A 5 minute walk in the opposite direction to the beach is the famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell, with thousands of neat little white houses, a maze of narrow streets, a magical place to go for a good photo shoot and an afternoon ice-cream.

There is a supermarket a few steps from the house, with all the basics and freshly baked bread each morning.

Villa Diani is a house located in the central area of ​​Binibeca and recently renovated, it is in a very good situation although it does not have a view of the sea, it has a very nice and fresh garden area to be under the shade of the trees. It is only about 500m approx. from the white sand beach of Binibeca and near the Cala Torret area where you can find a variety of restaurants as well as bars, supermarket and bakery. The famous fishing village of Binibeca Vell is approx. one km, where you can walk. Villa Diani has 4 double bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, and two with two single beds each. It has 3 bathrooms, two of them en suite and the third shared by the other two rooms. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is also very comfortable and recently renovated in a modern style, open to the dining room with all the necessary appliances so that you can cook your favorite meals during your stay. The living room has comfortable sofas where you can spend time watching television or listening to your favorite music. It has several slopes so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility

. Outside we find a terrace with table and chairs with a nice view of the garden, then the pool area with sun loungers, a barbecue area and a pergola with table and chairs where you can enjoy dinner outside.

There is a baby cot available free of charge, and a high chair for a fee. A second baby cot is available, if requested, for a fee.

Pets are not allowed.

We used the barbecue twice and it really added to the feel of the holiday, really relaxed. The pool is brilliant, not a harsh chlorine one but perfect for the kids to swim in all day. There's a little cut through to a little playground and beyond that, the beach so it's in a great location. We really wish we had booked for two weeks instead of 8 days! Hopefully will return there next year!"

Recently renovated and high quality 4 bedroom house in an elevated position in Binibeca Nou with beautiful sea views from the terrace and main bedroom and air-conditioning included.

The bright living space has two double doors onto the decked terrace and an open plan design with a central island and counter seating. There is a dining table, two sofas and living area with 40 inch Smart TV and Sonos system. The kitchen has all modern amenities and is well equipped with many utensils. There is a water filter fitted to the kitchen tap to reduce plastic bottle consumption, as well as a boiling water function. The kitchen is well equipped for families with children's plastic cups, plates and cutlery.

The main bedroom is to the front of the villa with views over the pool and sea beyond. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower combination, stone sink and night mode lighting. There is a built in storage cupboard for toiletries and children's items such as a toddler step, trainer seat and potty.

There are two twin rooms, each with a built in cupboard and ceiling fans. These two bedrooms share a shower room just over the hall which has a large walk in shower.

To the rear of the villa there is a good size double room which has an en-suite shower room, plenty of cupboard storage and a large chest of drawers.

All bedrooms have air-conditioning plus the lounge area.

There is a utility cupboard outside the kitchen door with washing machine and steps to the top of the house for drying laundry, these steps have a gate for little ones.

Externally there are steps down to a pool, terrace and garden where you will usually find our resident tortoises - they love any leftover salad!

The house is in a great position, 6 mins downhill to the soft sand and turquoise water of Binibeca beach (with sunbeds for hire during high season) and the small village of Cala Torret which can both be accessed via two sets of steps close to the villa, one leading to the beach and the other to the village. There are a number of bars and restaurants closeby and within walking distance, including Paupa, El Faro, Barracuda, Cala Mar and Sa Cova del Sol. There is also a wonderful bakery in Cala Torret which serves breakfast and juices in addition to its bread and pastries! There are also several boat hire and diving schools within the village for kayaking, paddleboarding etc.

The house is well positioned close to Sant Lluis for a larger supermarket shop. The pretty harbour town of Es Castell is nearby and worth a visit. Mahon is situated around a 15 minute drive and has plenty to see and do including boat excursions, local markets and museums. There is a tourist train which runs close to the villa between Punta Prima and Binibeca Vell, a pretty white washed 'fishermans' village.

The photos don’t do it justice, having had additional work since they were taken. The outside space is nicely appointed, with a large, paved area with quality tiles and drainage. Very well laid out with good quality furniture and loungers, the pool area is not really overlooked and the boundary wall on the roadside has a relatively new hedge. As this matures it will provide additional privacy (although the pedestrian traffic on the road is negligible) The pool is a good size and has darker than normal tiles. These provide really good solar gain, and the water temperature was particularly pleasant. With ample hot water supply and general water pressure, the bathrooms are all new and in perfect working order and well laid out. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we wanted in terms of implements, cutlery, crockery and appliances. Aircon in all the rooms and automatic corridor lights. The garden is low maintenance, and it was very nice to see (and feed) the tortoises wandering around the garden from time to time. The view from the balcony area is lovely, looking out over the med. The villa is very well situated for the waterfront restaurants/bars and supermarket. We had a couple of small issues, which were addressed quickly. Communications with Natalie were excellent and prompt."
