The exterior area of this fantastic chalet is fascinating. Just when you enter, you find a beautiful gardened corner around the lovely terrace, with is perfectly furnished to enjoy a tea or a coffee in the morning. Round the house, you get to the back terrace where the wonderful chlorine pool awaits for you. It sizes 8 x 4.5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1 to 1.7 metres. The 12 sun loungers around the pool invite to bask in the sun after the refreshing dip, and the charcoal grill will be your best ally for a long evening with your family or friends. Then, you find two comfortable sofas outdoors where you can relax, as well as an exterior bathroom with a shower for your convenience.

The house offers a modern and even luxurious style along its two floors. When you enter, the spacious hall leads you to the living room where you can spend time together, chat, enjoy some rest or watch the TV with satellite channels while you cool down with the air-conditioning. Fantastic house for 6 people, with a beautiful garden and private pool in the town of Can Picafort.
The diversity of greenery around the exterior area of this beautiful house, transforms all corners into the perfect places to relax and enjoy the atmosphere and the views over nature while swimming in the pool or sunbathing on any of the 6 sun loungers or right on the lawn. This is a chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 4.5 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres. It is possible to set a children safety fence around it. There also is an exterior shower in case you want to cool down quickly before cooking a succulent barbecue that you can enjoy at the terrace. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

Inside, the house is quite simple and comfy, highlighting the beautiful Mallorcan style that makes it really special. When you enter you will find a living dining - room -with TV Sat and air-conditioning- that leads to the kitchen. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc, and the washing machine, iron and ironing board also are right here. The house features three bedrooms to rest, all of the with air-conditioning and a closet. Two of them have twin beds and exit to a balcony with pool views. Can Picafort is a quiet but, at the same time, lively coastal area where specially the summer becomes the perfect season to enjoy the beach which is only 1.6 km from the property. We highly recommend a visit to the Natural Park of s'Albufera as well as enjoying a delicious paella at any restaurant by the shore. This villa was absolutely beautiful - it had absolutely everything we required and the host was quickly on hand to ask the few questions we did have. The pool was cleaned twice when we were there and the lawn was also mown. The host provided a welcoming pack too which was a pleasant surprise. We cannot fault our stay here - what a fantastic week! The proximity to can picafort is an easy walk and the Lidl supermarket was no more than a 2 minute walk too! We can’t say a bad word about this villa and are already thinking about returning next year!"

Welcome to this lovely country house in the beautiful area of Can Picafort, with capacity for 4 people and only 900 metres from the beach.
You won't regret spending a well-deserved holiday in this peaceful villa. The exteriors are great; there is a large terrace at the front of the house to enjoy a good breakfast, and a furnished porch perfect for a barbecue. The private swimming pool is made of salt and measures 8 x 4 m with a depth of 1.40 m to 1.90 m. On the terrace you will find six sun beds and 1 sun umbrella for sunbathing, as well as a bathroom with shower for your comfort. Children will enjoy playing in the natural garden with different fruit trees. There is a chicken coop on the plot and the owner always takes care of his animals. And best of all, you can use the eggs for cooking.

This one storey house features a spacious living room with satellite TV where you can lie and relax on the sofa and a rustic dining room with a fireplace and a TV set to watch something interesting while having a family lunch. The renewed kitchen, despite is size, has everything you need to cook, like a microwave, an electric oven, a fridge and an electric stove. - "Als wir am späten Abend ankamen und Angela uns sehr herzlich empfing, wurden unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Das Haus ist traumhaft schön. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wir durften im Garten Ihre Früchte ernten (Zitronen, Feigen, Orangen, Artischocken,...) und die frischen Eier Ihrer Hühner essen. Das Haus war größer als erwartet und der Garten ist sehr groß und gepflegt. Man kann grillen & kochen. Es fehlt an nichts. Es ist sehr sauber und kinderfreundlich. Der Pool ist ein Highlight und wird ebenfalls sauber gehalten. Supermärkte und die Strandpromenade ist fußläufig, trotzdem ist man vom Trubel entfernt. Es lohnt sich ein Auto zu mieten, denn die Finca Can Calafat ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt um viele tolle Strände zu entdecken. Vielen Dank Angela, wir kommen gerne wieder!"

- "We spent a week on March on Villa Calma. We are a group of 5 friends.The house was perfectly clean and equipment was really complete. We enjoyed a lot the jacuzzi. Beds were super comfy. Joan welcomed us very nicely (late and with some food waiting for us :)) and was really fast in communication. He has been flexible for the departure time which was really appreciated. The house is located few minutes driving distance from a supermarket open in winter time (a lot of supermarkets were closed). It is also close by a beach (5min walk). If you want cycling, the island is perfect and there are so many places to discover on the North and Can Picafort is a good location for different cycling routes. Also, keep in mind that in winter time, a lot of restaurants and activities are closed. So this house is perfect, in winter time, to enjoy a relax week at home including few tourist activities (walk in natural parks, wandering in villages and cycling) rather than a busy week visiting the complete island. - "The house was exactly what we needed for a family holiday. It’s in a quiet residential area about fifteen minutes from the nearest beach, fifteen minutes from a large Lidl, ten minutes from the bus stop (routes to several destinations including Palma and Alcúdia) and five minutes from a sheltered children’s play park. There is a good selection of restaurants along the seafront. The house has four good sized bedrooms, a large comfortable living room, decent kitchen, large covered terrace with a large table and a garden with a pool, six sun beds and a barbecue - complete with charcoal, fire lighters and matches. The garden backs on to a field so you’re not overlooked. The large fridge-freezer was generously stocked with useful items such as milk, bread, beer, water, soft drinks and watermelon. There was also a huge bowl of fruit. Miquel our host was very friendly and helpful and was easy to contact if we needed him. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working in one bedroom and this took a few days to resolve. The jacuzzi bath wasn’t working at all and wasn’t fixed during our stay. This was disappointing. Overall though, this was a great place to stay and we had a lovely family holiday."

On the 2nd floor we have a double bedroom, with a 135x190cm bed, and two cosy and versatile terraces where you can sunbathe, relax or simply benefit from the light sea breeze that cools you down on hot summer days. Note 1. Final cleaning charges are not included in the rental price. The cost is 75€. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25 €/Kwh.

Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.

Located in an idyllic setting, this charming chalet offers a spectacular exterior with a chlorine pool measuring 7m x 3m, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.5m. Equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, it invites sunbathing. The perfect place to relax, residents can enjoy quiet moments to have a snack or immerse themselves in reading a good book.

This cozy two-story home reveals a charming foyer that welcomes its inhabitants. The ground floor hosts two spacious dining rooms, both equipped with Smart TV, air conditioning, and comfortable sofas, providing options for entertainment and relaxation. Two kitchens equipped with ceramic hobs provide a functional space for preparing delicious meals. The ground floor also features two rooms with single beds, wardrobes, air conditioning, and en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub. An additional bathroom with a full bathtub completes this floor. Upstairs, a final room with a double bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub offers privacy, with access to a terrace where one can enjoy the sun and the views. For your convenience there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby we can provide a cot and highchair.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

Please, do not mark babies ( from 0 to 2 years old) as children. Guests between the ages of 2 and 15 are considered children. Guests who are 16 years old are considered adults.
