The exterior area of this fantastic chalet is fascinating. Just when you enter, you find a beautiful gardened corner around the lovely terrace, with is perfectly furnished to enjoy a tea or a coffee in the morning. Round the house, you get to the back terrace where the wonderful chlorine pool awaits for you. It sizes 8 x 4.5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1 to 1.7 metres. The 12 sun loungers around the pool invite to bask in the sun after the refreshing dip, and the charcoal grill will be your best ally for a long evening with your family or friends. Then, you find two comfortable sofas outdoors where you can relax, as well as an exterior bathroom with a shower for your convenience.

The house offers a modern and even luxurious style along its two floors. When you enter, the spacious hall leads you to the living room where you can spend time together, chat, enjoy some rest or watch the TV with satellite channels while you cool down with the air-conditioning. Fantastic house for 6 people, with a beautiful garden and private pool in the town of Can Picafort.
The diversity of greenery around the exterior area of this beautiful house, transforms all corners into the perfect places to relax and enjoy the atmosphere and the views over nature while swimming in the pool or sunbathing on any of the 6 sun loungers or right on the lawn. This is a chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 4.5 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 2 metres. It is possible to set a children safety fence around it. There also is an exterior shower in case you want to cool down quickly before cooking a succulent barbecue that you can enjoy at the terrace. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around.

Inside, the house is quite simple and comfy, highlighting the beautiful Mallorcan style that makes it really special. When you enter you will find a living dining - room -with TV Sat and air-conditioning- that leads to the kitchen. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc, and the washing machine, iron and ironing board also are right here. This villa was absolutely beautiful - it had absolutely everything we required and the host was quickly on hand to ask the few questions we did have. The pool was cleaned twice when we were there and the lawn was also mown. The host provided a welcoming pack too which was a pleasant surprise. We cannot fault our stay here - what a fantastic week! The proximity to can picafort is an easy walk and the Lidl supermarket was no more than a 2 minute walk too! We can’t say a bad word about this villa and are already thinking about returning next year!"

Beautiful contemporary villa, located just 10 minutes walk from the beach of Can Picafort. It is very well equipped and furnished with everything you need for a pleasant holiday, spacious rooms, WIFI, air conditioning and private pool of 6 x 4 meters



The villa is next to shops, restaurants and supermarkets and can accommodate up to 8 people. It offers 4 air-conditioned rooms, 4 extra-large beds and 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV.



Outside we find a porch equipped with garden furniture, a rest area and a table to dine "al fresco", next to the porch is the barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a solarium with shower and sun loungers.



Distribution:

On the ground floor there is a comfortable and bright living room open to the porch and the pool through large windows. The kitchen is beautiful and fully equipped. Next to the stairs we find a bedroom and a bathroom.

On the second floor, we see three bright bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The modern Casa Prestige, which can accommodate 8 people, is located on the edge of the small town of Santa Margalida. A living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are arranged over two floors.
