The pool and villa garden kept us entertained through the weekdays and the outdoor BBQ and seating areas helped us wind down in the evenings. Villa is adequately air conditioned and cool and the seating areas are shaded which certainly helped while we dealt with the European heat wave and 90 odd % humidity. Inside areas of the villa are spacious with a lounge and dining area connected and galley kitchen off the dining area. The villa is located less then five minutes to the centre of Cala Bona, where a beautiful harbour and plentiful restaurants await you, along with entertainment for children in the evenings. Evenings in Cala Bona had a lovely family friendly atmosphere too, it is worth noting. There are a couple of man made beaches in Cala Bona which were suffice, however Cala Millor has the best beach. A little supermarket which genuinely puts our UK supermarkets to shame with its choice of meats, breads and snacks is on the way from the villa to the centre of Cala Bona. A taxi to Aldi for a big shop was under eight euros while the little Supermercado topped us up through the week. In a nutshell, don't hesitate to book the villa. You will love it."

In the centre of Cala Bona and only 2 km away from the wonderful beach of Cala Millor, there is the exceptional Casa Cala Bona, which offers room for 8 people. Spread over several floors, this holiday home with sunlit rooms and modern architecture has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 living rooms and a well-equipped kitchen.
The high-quality amenities of this typical Majorcan house include Wi-Fi, a satellite TV, underfloor heating, a high chair, a cot, an extra bed and a parking area. The extensive outdoor area with its Mediterranean garden shaded by palm trees, a pool, several terraces with seating and a barbecue area is the stand-out highlight, where you can enjoy your relaxing holiday. In addition, the luxurious house provides you with fitness equipment. This property is a real jewel and leaves nothing to be desired.
Ideally located, shops, restaurants and bars are just a few minutes away on foot, as is the nearest beach (240m away). The port is 470m away from the house and the distance to the centre of the beautiful little town of Son Servera is about 3 km.

Pool (although really cold as it was end of October), provided lots of fun for the children. The table tennis was great. There are so many books in many different languages, so reading for all. The gym was also used almost every day. The piano was also a wonderful addition as one person in our party could play, hadn't played in decades and really took to it again, even teaching some of the children. The house was clean and very spread out. Beautifully designed and decorated. The staff were very helpful. Everyone I contacted- super friendly. They even had milk, water and wine in a little welcome pack which meant we didn't have to go out and look for a store straight away- we could have a tea and coffee and take in the beautiful space. It really was a great experience. Cons: We had one issue with a bed however we resolved that problem and informed staff so they were aware. They didn't need to come and sort the issue as the house sleeps 8 and there were only 6 in our group. Plus I think I told them on the second to last day of our stay anyway so there wasn't anything for them to have to rush and sort out. As it is very lush and there is a beautiful pond, there are mosquitoes. However we were prepared (as most warm and lush places have mozzies) and brought plug ins with tablets and then discovered that the house had lots of the plug in tablets and liquid diffusers, so that was great as normally the homes we rent do not have anything. We did get a few bites but that is totally normal and we were out and about so not suggesting we were only bitten in the house! (Actually I got a huge bite dining in a restaurant garden 🤣) Apart from those two things listed above, I really can't think of anything to make you aware of. We had a really wonderful time here."

Wonderful house for 8 guests, with private pool and at only 350 meters from Cala Bona beach.
This fantastic urbanisation house offers such dreamy exteriors. Immersed in a lush green garden, there is a chlorine private pool, 10 m x 4 m large and 1.3 to 1.45 m depth, which will give you very great moments. Next to it, you can sunbathe on 8 sun loungers, have a drink in the fresh air and make delicious barbecues as well as taste them under the porch.
The house distributes its stays into two heights, although there are different levels between them. Thus, when you come into the main floor, there is a really beautiful living-dining room with TV-SAT, separated by a half wall of the kitchen, stay that is equipped with ceramic cooktop. Behind it, you have access to a shower bathroom and from the dining area you gain access to another living room. Coming back, between the living and dining room, there are some steps that go downstairs and some others that go upstairs to the different levels between the two floors. Each one of them offers two bedrooms and a bathtub bathroom; the one located on the upper floor is ensuite. The four dormitories feature two single beds and wardrobe. Various steps even higher up finds you a third living room where you can read, perhaps. This stay also gives you access to a covered terrace, whose open corridor leads you to a basic gym area. The laundry room is provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house is also equipped with radiant floor, 3 fans, a cot and a high chair.
The property is located in the city center of Cala Bona, ideal to have within reach, on foot, all services such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, bus and much more. With its architectural individuality, an oasis-like garden, and an absolutely gorgeous interior, the sunny yellow villa "Son Floriana" is dressed to impress. The architect/owner of this aesthetically pleasing estate has succeeded in perfectly translating his impressive ideas into reality. The L-shaped building is ideal for travelers who prefer a certain autonomy, but still like going places on foot. The fact that the south-facing house is located in a residential area does not intrude, as the outdoor area with its heavenly garden and large pool is not overlooked. The huge garden, full of tall palms and lush Mediterranean vegetation is set on two different levels. On the first is the spacious pool with sun terrace and broad lawn. On the second level, nestled peacefully beneath a bamboo canopy and with the shade of surrounding trees, is a fish pond. An island of relaxation for its grown-up guests, this is also a great place for little ones to play. There are numerous seats scattered across the grounds: choose from the casual seating under the rush "toldo" or canopy, the sweet little spot in the shade of the palms, or the dining area on the covered veranda. Even if you have several people in your group, everyone will find their own favourite spot to relax and chill.

Modern furnishings and artistic artefacts fashioned in materials such as concrete have been combined with antique furniture to create an extraordinarily successful and decidedly unconventional and compelling mix. The living quarters are arranged on three levels, so there is no chance of getting in each other's way. On the ground floor of this elongated building you will find a cosy room with fireplace, comfy white sofa, and - for contrast - a golden baroque-style sofa. From the high ceiling, a figure hovers like a guardian angel. On the other side of this part of the building you will find the open-plan eating, living, and cooking area, offering modern LCD TV, a second fireplace and a central sofa area, and to one side a dining area with comfy designer chairs, beyond which you will see a lovely wooden bench and elegant piano - an exciting addition to the more functional areas. You might need to look twice to find the kitchen - although open, it's very skilfully concealed behind a waist-high white wall. All mod cons, naturally: dishwasher, enormous fridge/freezer and ceramic hob stay true to the motto "form and function". The upper floor has offset levels: while the first has two bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), the second level houses an open gallery which serves as an office with seating area (which, incidentally, can also be used to sleep two additional guests), and offers a delightful view directly into the fireplace room. The gym is accessible from this level, offering opportunities to maintain your fitness with its exercise bikes, a dance pole, weight bench and other equipment. Bedrooms three and four are located in the basement. The inviting, peaceful rooms offer a direct, step-free exit to the garden and have a shared bathroom. Incidentally, each of the double beds consists of two singles which can be separated as desired. The possibilities are almost endless!
The same applies to the time you spend away from the beguiling villa "Son Floriana". You have the choice of remaining in the small former harbour village of Cala Bona, strolling along the harbour promenade (restored in 2006), or dropping in on one of the restaurants offering traditional cuisine, or even hiring a leisure boat at the harbour. But do take a drive into the island's interior to visit Son Servera or the medieval town of Artà in the northeast. Thanks to the villa's central location in Cala Bona (traffic noise is audible, as a service road passes the house), access to the beautiful beaches on the east coast (the famous "Calas de Mallorca") could not be easier. This fantastic urbanisation house offers such dreamy exteriors. Immersed in a lush green garden, there is a chlorine private pool, 10 m x 4 m large and 1.3 to 1.45 m depth, which will give you very great moments.
