I built this house myself and I took care of all the details for you. When I retire, I will move in. That's why it has a relaxing space, a wide kitchen ( I love to cook there) and a reading/working space with good wifi. I am nothing without my netflix on holidays.

KITCHEN: Very luminous (dimensions 4mt x 4mt) communicates directly to the porch-terrace area, from there you get a panoramic view of the natural park , the same terrace has very wide windows (dimensions 3mt x 1mt very useful to keep an eye on the kids in the pool when cooking).
The pantry (1,5mt x 2,4mt x 60cm ) next to it has to shelves made in glazed tile, each one of them is 150cm x 50cm, with blender... The whole inventory is in the place, welcome to check.
The sink is double and stainless, and is on top of a structure made in rustic stoneware, there is also a compartment to dry the dishes covered in glazed tile, and a small closet (dimensions 120cm x 60cm x 50cm) normally all the cleansers and washing up liquids are stored over here. Alongside is the dishwasher with capacity for 12 people.
The oven is electric, has 4 hotplates and it works with butane gas, and it has scents extractor. There are also cooking utensils made in wood and steel.
The table to work in the kitchen is covered in rustic stoneware (total dimensions 3mt x 65cm) where you can find de microwave, a bread box, wood tables to cut, a ham bin, etc....

In the drawers you can find silver ware, cooking utensils like potato peeler, big forks, knives, strainers, table covers, napkins, etc (there is an inventory of all the things that are needed).

Contained within ten square kilometres, the region stretches along the coast to Alcudia from the golden beaches of Puerto Pollensa and inland to the quaint, historic small town of Pollensa itself. The only negative, as others have alluded to, is the drive up to the villa. The long and winding roads are so narrow they leave very little room for error! However, that drive gives you privacy and an adventure that really lives long in the memory. At Can Pascoli, you can expect many visitors such as cats and geckos but make sure to coat yourself in bug spray as bugs live in the bushes nearby and may feast on your limbs, torso and back! Overall, mine and my families experience at this villa was very positive, everyday felt better than the last and its so easy to go out for dinner as the main square in pollensa is only a 15-20 minute walk away. We arrived around 8pm and the owners had generously left a bottle of red wine, cold water and bag of nuts on arrival. We have enjoyed many happy holidays in pollensa and this experience was no different."

panoramic views of the sea and Cala Mandia.
The upper floor has 2 ample comfortable marble bathrooms, 1 of them en-suite with its own access to the terrace.
The remaining 2 large bedrooms are located in the basement and have no direct daylight, but good top light.
In addition, there is yet another large bathroom with washstand, WC and over-dimensioned shower area with power shower.
On the street side, there are 2 car parking spaces, sheltered under a pergola (high fence, safe lockable door).
The whole property is leaning gently towards the South, laid out in terraces.
You benefit from a direct access to the comfortable footpath which leads to the beach (c.100m).

Recently renovated house (on the second line of the sea), located just 5 minutes walk from the Marina of Cala d'Or, where you can find numerous restaurants.
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Egos. Only 50 meters away you can enjoy one of the many white and fine sand beaches in the area, called Calo de's Pou.
The Chalet is distributed on two floors:
On the upper floor there is the kitchen with pantry, the living room, a toilet and a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. On this floor there is also a barbecue and two terraces overlooking the pool and the sea.
On the lower floor there are three large bedrooms with single beds, two bathrooms en suite and a full bathroom. On this floor there is a large porch where there is a ping-pong table, large sun terraces, private pool and private garden.

The villa features multiple living spaces, outdoors and inside: a large air conditioned living room with two seating areas, a lounge area under the sheltered terrace, accompanied by a dining table, a barbecue area with cushioned seating and a dining table, and a third dining table within the spacious air conditioned kitchen. Around the swimming pool there are 8 cushioned loungers, a hammock and circular table with chairs, and around the garden there are some more seating areas. The house has four main bedrooms all with en-suite with air conditioning and a children's play room with AC and double sofa bed, for a maximum sleeping capacity of 10 people.

We have cots for every room which can also be set up upon request. We can also replace each of the double beds with two singles upon request.

The kitchen is large and well equipped, with plenty of coffee makers (Expresso, French Press, Moka, and Filter), two large fridges, every utensil we can think of, plenty of cutlery plates, glasses, cups, pots and pans, and a dishwasher.

Adjoining the kitchen is a spacious laundry room and pantry with shelving stocked with the following for every client :

Washing up liquid, washing powder, fabric softener, dishwasher powder, salt and rinse aid, a pack of kitchen paper and toilet paper, washing up cloths, green and wire scourers, hand-wash soap, coal, lighter fuel, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper.

We also offer every client the option to have the groceries of their choice stocked at the house for arrival.

The pool measures 5 metres x 11 metres and can be heated upon request. Pool fencing and an alarm can be installed upon request, in addition to provided life vests for young children. There are also lots of inflatable playthings.

An outbuilding stores the bicycles (five adults, one juvenile and two young child sizes, plus two detachable kids bike seats) lights, locks and helmets. There are also plenty of garden playthings and snorkelling equipment. The house also has plenty of kids toys, lego, many classic children books for all ages, board games such as Scrabble, Monopoly, Family Fortunes, Bezzerwizzer, Charades, Cranium and more, and a piano, a guitar, telescope and microscope.

For the option of pool heating there is a weekly fuel surcharge. Due to the current elevated energy prices, the rates are the following:

If the pool heating option is taken then the pool temperature will be set at between 28.5 and 29.5 degrees Celsius from 4pm on arrival day and will automatically maintain itself at that temperature until 10.30 on departure day.

Flexible arrival days during off-peak, and Saturday arrivals for Easter school holidays and April through to the end of October.

In consideration of the house and grounds being optimal for all clients who use the property throughout a season, we do not permit any events to be held at the villa.

The house is owned by myself and my wife, Maria Bennassar, who is the granddaughter of the late, local painter, Dionis Bennassar. We also run the museum in Pollensa old town which is dedicated to him, and worth a visit, as well as our contemporary gallery off the main square.

Can Reus is a new house which has been lovingly built and furnished by the owners and it is so much more than a holiday home. It is located in the heart of rural Mallorca, yet less than 10 minute driving from the ancient and picturesque town of Pollensa where there is a good choice of restaurants, pavement cafés, local shops and a colourful Sunday morning market. As the house is built on one level all the rooms, pool and gardens are easily accessible. The interiors throughout are wonderfully furnished mixing traditional Mallorcan design with contemporary style. As you enter the house you will find a bright living room with glass doors that faces the back covered terrace, very convenient for family meals and relaxing from breakfast right through the evening.
