This spacious design villa was build in 2006 and is in perfect condition. The view is spectacular, 180 degrees view of Sitges and the sea. Every room is the house is looking great, with a lot of attention to detail. The villa has 4 bedrooms, of which 3 bedrooms are overlooking the pool. The 4th bedroom, the master bedroom is on the first floor and also has a great view. All bedrooms have airconditioning, wifi cable, kingsize beds and big build in closets. There are 3 bathrooms of which 2 with bath. There are are several terraces and a lounge area with couches near the infinity pool.The TV room has a big TV, with national and international channels and a Playstation 3. The living room has 5 meter high windows and has a view of Sitges and the sea. The house has fast internet (Fibra) and a kitchen with every appliance that you can imagine. Also a nespresso machine. The house is located in a beautiful residential area (Vallpineda) and is located near the center of Sitges. The residential area is a gated community with parking space in front of the house.
A fantastic tennis / paddle tennis center with a fully equipped gym and an Olympic size swimming pool is 300 meters away from the house. Sitges regularly has very nice events and festivities. It is known for the film festival in October (mini-Cannes), the Gourmet weekend in the same month, Carnival in February, The Barcelona to Sitges Vintage car rally in March and of course the Fiesta Mayor in August. Then the beautiful historic center of life is bustling. The town has its own character and also a beautiful hinterland, with the Pinedes wine valley and the Garaf nature park on a half hour drive. Barcelona is very easy to reach and the airport is a 20-minute drive away. Together with the wonderful climate Sitges offers everything for an ideal holiday. The villa is located near the center of Sitges and is only 2 to 3 minutes drive from the beach. The district Vallpineda, where the villa is located, is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Sitges and wonderfully quiet.

• Groups, parties and music. Families and children are always welcome. Groups of friends are welcome only and exclusively if the average age is over 23 years and if they agree to the house rules and the terms and conditions of the contract. We especially like to point out that we really care about the neighbors and we work to make our guests' holidays as pleasant as possible, in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Outdoor music, parties, shouting or loud noises are prohibited. After 10 pm we ask for special attention to tranquility. This Villa is equipped with Minut sensors that monitor and certify noise in decibels, preventing unauthorized parties.
• Vacation rental. This house has been designed and built from the beginning thinking of a rental use for trips and vacations for large or small groups. The furniture is standard Ikea (not luxury), functional and comfortable for vacations. There are large common areas, but also several private interior areas, where small groups of family or friends (part of the general group) can enjoy their own intimacy and privacy within the Villa. The leisure areas are specially designed for holidays: two BBQs, a main pool with a submerged bench for sunbathing or chatting while lying or sitting in the water. Construction spas with submerged benches and loungers, where several guests can spend time in the water talking, reading, having a drink or sunbathing or simply enjoying themselves. With submerged colored lights, several waterfalls and water games. An outdoor fireplace with a "chill out" area. Gardens on more levels. Without forgetting the "hotel" Wi-Fi facilities, with very fast fiber optics and several indoor and outdoor antennas that ensure an optimal signal in all areas of the house, gardens and swimming pools.

• The Beaches and the beach bars. Within 5-10 minutes by car there are several very beautiful free beaches, with bars and restaurants on the same sand (called “chiringuitos”), shower services, first aid, fixed equipment for gymnastics and sports, volleyball fields and much more.
• Complete privacy. In this property, in order to guarantee the privacy of the guests, we have completely separated the exterior areas with closed fences. 100% of the interior and exterior areas of the guests remain 100% private at all times. In addition, as this property is a villa with more levels on sloping ground, all areas of each floor and the garden and pool area enjoy total privacy. To the point that it is allowed to practice naturism and nudism in 100% of the interior areas and in most of the exterior areas and pool area. Even when accessing the pool for maintenance (to regulate chlorine and PH) or the office and maintenance storage areas in the basement, completely separate entrances are used. At no time are guests disturbed in their private indoor and outdoor areas.
• Security. The safety of our guests is very important. The Villa has bars on all exterior doors and windows, openable by the guest for the practicable doors and windows for entrances and exits. Alarm with sensors on all doors and windows, activated in day and night configuration (even with guests inside, sleeping or awake, an alarm can be activated at the perimeter entrances). Direct connection to the 24/7 surveillance center if activated by the guest. Exterior cameras (which can be deactivated, at the guest's request). A total of four safes. The Villa has a double exterior fence. A first internal fence, accessible only and exclusively by the guests, encloses the private area (interior and exterior) of the guests themselves. A second exterior fence, which gives access to the access ramp with parking area, office area, maintenance deposit in the basement and an exterior area not accessible to guests.
• Accessibility. The property is a terraced house on different levels on a sloping plot, which allows for fantastic views from different levels. The presence of external and internal stairs make this property not suitable for people with mobility problems. We are sorry.
• A/C In order to guarantee our guests a pleasant sleep during the warmer months, we have installed four A/C machines to maintain around 23º during the night. The living room/kitchen floor has many windows and exterior doors, it is protected from the sun by awnings and exterior porches and consequently does not have AC. HEATING: the whole house can be quickly heated and the system is programmed at 21º, obviously including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Before booking, read in detail the "policy" for the use of HVAC. Thank you.
• The room "by the pool bedroom" is an office-type transit area where usually the youngest stay. It has multipurpose use, as a game room, living room or bedroom. All the other 8 bedrooms are for bedroom use only.
• Cleaning, hygiene and disinfection. We clean and sanitize the entire house and the pool before each check-in. With the bathrooms, bedding, kitchen and pool, we do even more: we follow international procedures and use legally certified cleaning products to guarantee disinfection (against Covid included).
• Personalized "Check in". We are always available to receive you at any time of arrival, to show you the property, with all the explanations and information you may need. About Barcelona, sports and activities for adults or children, amusement parks, water parks, natural parks, wineries, vineyards, shops, tourist attractions, arts and culture and medieval cities. As well as local services such as addresses of shops for fresh fish, butchers, fresh bread, local markets, supermarkets, pharmacies, car parks, taxis, train and transport information.

- "From our first meeting Giovanni we new he would be a good host. We were a family of 16…9 adults & 7 children & the property was very accommodating. We all had a wonderful time at this special villa with beautiful decor. It is a fantastic house with lots of space so we were not on top of each other. The kitchen is very well equipped with plates , glasses & fridges etc. The children/adults had a great time at the pool which was always clean. Plenty of space to sun bathe. It was lovely sitting on the large veranda in the evening having dinner as the view over the mountains, village & sea in the distance was spectacular. It was close to the beaches which was a bonus (10 mins) & also the water park where all the wee kids & big kids had a great time. We felt safe as the villa has a good security system. Giovanni was an excellent host available at all times. We had a problem with our camper van & he helped get it sorted which we could not have done without his help. He spent half a day with my husband getting the necessary parts &helping to repair it. Nothing was a problem to him. On our last night Giovanni organised for Barcelona chef , Betsy to cook for us. She was brilliant & the food was delicious. Definitely recommend this. Highly recommend this villa. Thank you Giovanni for being the best host, we hope to return in the future."

- "From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Shown all the important things, like the hot tub, coffee maker, ovens, etc. from the balcony we were shown the local bakery, liquor store, meat market, fish market, and grocery stores. A very perfect place to stay for a family of 10. The game room downstairs had us playing a little competitively with pool, ping pong, cards, and more. The kitchen was a perfect place for preparing some family meals and this dining table was huge and we all fit comfortably. Olga came every morning to pick up our trash and recycle. She always checked to see if we needed anything at all. Everyone on Imanol’s team did an exceptional job!"

The house has about 900 m2, with three floors, built in 1909. Restored several times, the last was held in 2015.
It was built by the broker, Marcelino Coll, then sold to John Pich i Pon, mayor of Barcelona and president of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Pich i Pon landscaped the property with Nicolas Forestier and his disciple Rubio i Tudurí.
In 1940 the grandfather of the present owners purchased the property from the widow of Pich i Pon.
In addition to the above grounds, there is tennis court, frontón court (jai alai), basketball hoop, swimming pool 17 x 7 meters, parking area for 15 cars.

- "17 adults and 4 kids enjoyed everything about this villa and the grounds. Historic and well maintained house. Beautiful grounds, great pool and gardens." - "We stayed at Villa Blanca for 2 weeks in July. The first week was with our children and grandchildren, 25 people altogether. The second week was with my 3 sisters, their spouses and children, 15 people. Both weeks were fabulous and memorable. Our groups like exploring new places as well as sports, pool time and games. The villa is great for both. The access to Costa Brava beaches and to Barcelona allowed for easy exploring and daytrips. Guests swam (the pool is perfect - big, clean, good temperature, sparkling water), played tennis, pickle ball, boule, and more. Carina was always accessible and helpful. Her catering recommendation - Cristina - and activity planner - Borja - were great. Flamenco dancers at the house on our last night were amazing and and a perfect way to end a trip of a lifetime. Can't wait to return."
