This spacious design villa was build in 2006 and is in perfect condition. The view is spectacular, 180 degrees view of Sitges and the sea. Every room is the house is looking great, with a lot of attention to detail. The villa has 4 bedrooms, of which 3 bedrooms are overlooking the pool. The 4th bedroom, the master bedroom is on the first floor and also has a great view. All bedrooms have airconditioning, wifi cable, kingsize beds and big build in closets. There are 3 bathrooms of which 2 with bath. There are are several terraces and a lounge area with couches near the infinity pool.The TV room has a big TV, with national and international channels and a Playstation 3. The living room has 5 meter high windows and has a view of Sitges and the sea. The house has fast internet (Fibra) and a kitchen with every appliance that you can imagine. Also a nespresso machine. The house is located in a beautiful residential area (Vallpineda) and is located near the center of Sitges. The residential area is a gated community with parking space in front of the house.
A fantastic tennis / paddle tennis center with a fully equipped gym and an Olympic size swimming pool is 300 meters away from the house. Sitges regularly has very nice events and festivities. It is known for the film festival in October (mini-Cannes), the Gourmet weekend in the same month, Carnival in February, The Barcelona to Sitges Vintage car rally in March and of course the Fiesta Mayor in August. Then the beautiful historic center of life is bustling. The town has its own character and also a beautiful hinterland, with the Pinedes wine valley and the Garaf nature park on a half hour drive. Barcelona is very easy to reach and the airport is a 20-minute drive away. Together with the wonderful climate Sitges offers everything for an ideal holiday. The villa is located near the center of Sitges and is only 2 to 3 minutes drive from the beach. The district Vallpineda, where the villa is located, is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Sitges and wonderfully quiet.
In case of a late check in after 20.00, 40.00 euros will be due. You will be met by our contact person who welcomes you and explains everything. She is also your point of contact for questions during the stay. The cleaning costs are 200,00 euro to be paid cash upon arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Groups, parties and music. Families and children are always welcome. Groups of friends are welcome only and exclusively if the average age is over 23 years and if they agree to the house rules and the terms and conditions of the contract. We especially like to point out that we really care about the neighbors and we work to make our guests' holidays as pleasant as possible, in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Outdoor music, parties, shouting or loud noises are prohibited. After 10 pm we ask for special attention to tranquility. This Villa is equipped with Minut sensors that monitor and certify noise in decibels, preventing unauthorized parties.
• Vacation rental. This house has been designed and built from the beginning thinking of a rental use for trips and vacations for large or small groups. The furniture is standard Ikea (not luxury), functional and comfortable for vacations. There are large common areas, but also several private interior areas, where small groups of family or friends (part of the general group) can enjoy their own intimacy and privacy within the Villa. The leisure areas are specially designed for holidays: two BBQs, a main pool with a submerged bench for sunbathing or chatting while lying or sitting in the water. Construction spas with submerged benches and loungers, where several guests can spend time in the water talking, reading, having a drink or sunbathing or simply enjoying themselves. With submerged colored lights, several waterfalls and water games. An outdoor fireplace with a "chill out" area. Gardens on more levels. Without forgetting the "hotel" Wi-Fi facilities, with very fast fiber optics and several indoor and outdoor antennas that ensure an optimal signal in all areas of the house, gardens and swimming pools.
• Water areas: Pools, Spas and fantastic water games. There are two different areas of water.
1) Main pool. Blue in color, with colored submerged lights, it has an area for swimming and an area with submerged benches where you can sit or lie down in the water.
2) Large Spa with beach entrance to the water (white quartz with a "beach feel" effect), children's play area (shallow), seats for more than ten people and built-in deckchairs submerged in water, several waterfalls, lights of submerged colors
• The Beaches and the beach bars. Within 5-10 minutes by car there are several very beautiful free beaches, with bars and restaurants on the same sand (called “chiringuitos”), shower services, first aid, fixed equipment for gymnastics and sports, volleyball fields and much more.
• Complete privacy. In this property, in order to guarantee the privacy of the guests, we have completely separated the exterior areas with closed fences. 100% of the interior and exterior areas of the guests remain 100% private at all times. In addition, as this property is a villa with more levels on sloping ground, all areas of each floor and the garden and pool area enjoy total privacy. To the point that it is allowed to practice naturism and nudism in 100% of the interior areas and in most of the exterior areas and pool area. Even when accessing the pool for maintenance (to regulate chlorine and PH) or the office and maintenance storage areas in the basement, completely separate entrances are used. At no time are guests disturbed in their private indoor and outdoor areas.
• Security. The safety of our guests is very important. The Villa has bars on all exterior doors and windows, openable by the guest for the practicable doors and windows for entrances and exits. Alarm with sensors on all doors and windows, activated in day and night configuration (even with guests inside, sleeping or awake, an alarm can be activated at the perimeter entrances). Direct connection to the 24/7 surveillance center if activated by the guest. Exterior cameras (which can be deactivated, at the guest's request). A total of four safes. The Villa has a double exterior fence. A first internal fence, accessible only and exclusively by the guests, encloses the private area (interior and exterior) of the guests themselves. A second exterior fence, which gives access to the access ramp with parking area, office area, maintenance deposit in the basement and an exterior area not accessible to guests.
• Accessibility. The property is a terraced house on different levels on a sloping plot, which allows for fantastic views from different levels. The presence of external and internal stairs make this property not suitable for people with mobility problems. We are sorry.
• A/C In order to guarantee our guests a pleasant sleep during the warmer months, we have installed four A/C machines to maintain around 23º during the night. The living room/kitchen floor has many windows and exterior doors, it is protected from the sun by awnings and exterior porches and consequently does not have AC. HEATING: the whole house can be quickly heated and the system is programmed at 21º, obviously including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Before booking, read in detail the "policy" for the use of HVAC. Thank you.
• The room "by the pool bedroom" is an office-type transit area where usually the youngest stay. It has multipurpose use, as a game room, living room or bedroom. All the other 8 bedrooms are for bedroom use only.
• Cleaning, hygiene and disinfection. We clean and sanitize the entire house and the pool before each check-in. With the bathrooms, bedding, kitchen and pool, we do even more: we follow international procedures and use legally certified cleaning products to guarantee disinfection (against Covid included).
• Personalized "Check in". We are always available to receive you at any time of arrival, to show you the property, with all the explanations and information you may need. About Barcelona, sports and activities for adults or children, amusement parks, water parks, natural parks, wineries, vineyards, shops, tourist attractions, arts and culture and medieval cities. As well as local services such as addresses of shops for fresh fish, butchers, fresh bread, local markets, supermarkets, pharmacies, car parks, taxis, train and transport information.

- "From our first meeting Giovanni we new he would be a good host. We were a family of 16…9 adults & 7 children & the property was very accommodating. We all had a wonderful time at this special villa with beautiful decor. It is a fantastic house with lots of space so we were not on top of each other. The kitchen is very well equipped with plates , glasses & fridges etc. The children/adults had a great time at the pool which was always clean. Plenty of space to sun bathe. It was lovely sitting on the large veranda in the evening having dinner as the view over the mountains, village & sea in the distance was spectacular. It was close to the beaches which was a bonus (10 mins) & also the water park where all the wee kids & big kids had a great time. We felt safe as the villa has a good security system. Giovanni was an excellent host available at all times. We had a problem with our camper van & he helped get it sorted which we could not have done without his help. He spent half a day with my husband getting the necessary parts &helping to repair it. Nothing was a problem to him. On our last night Giovanni organised for Barcelona chef , Betsy to cook for us. She was brilliant & the food was delicious. Definitely recommend this. Highly recommend this villa. Thank you Giovanni for being the best host, we hope to return in the future."

- "From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Shown all the important things, like the hot tub, coffee maker, ovens, etc. from the balcony we were shown the local bakery, liquor store, meat market, fish market, and grocery stores. A very perfect place to stay for a family of 10. The game room downstairs had us playing a little competitively with pool, ping pong, cards, and more. The kitchen was a perfect place for preparing some family meals and this dining table was huge and we all fit comfortably. Olga came every morning to pick up our trash and recycle. She always checked to see if we needed anything at all. Everyone on Imanol’s team did an exceptional job!"

The house has about 900 m2, with three floors, built in 1909. Restored several times, the last was held in 2015.
It was built by the broker, Marcelino Coll, then sold to John Pich i Pon, mayor of Barcelona and president of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Pich i Pon landscaped the property with Nicolas Forestier and his disciple Rubio i Tudurí.

- "17 adults and 4 kids enjoyed everything about this villa and the grounds. Historic and well maintained house. Beautiful grounds, great pool and gardens." - "We stayed at Villa Blanca for 2 weeks in July. The first week was with our children and grandchildren, 25 people altogether. The second week was with my 3 sisters, their spouses and children, 15 people. Both weeks were fabulous and memorable. Our groups like exploring new places as well as sports, pool time and games. The villa is great for both. The access to Costa Brava beaches and to Barcelona allowed for easy exploring and daytrips. Guests swam (the pool is perfect - big, clean, good temperature, sparkling water), played tennis, pickle ball, boule, and more. Carina was always accessible and helpful. Her catering recommendation - Cristina - and activity planner - Borja - were great. Flamenco dancers at the house on our last night were amazing and and a perfect way to end a trip of a lifetime. Can't wait to return."

We visited Sitges a few times and went to Aquila waterpark for the day. Also went to the local restaurant a couple of times which is walking distance. Masia Notari can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights rising to 7 nights in the high season. The nightly rate shown is for 14 double rooms and the number of rooms desired( up to 25), can only be increased by adding 2 people for every extra room. if you wish to rent for more than 20 rooms ( 40 people) please get in contact with the owner. if you wish to make a reservation for more than 40 guests, there will be an additional charge per extra person/day. - "The backyard was amazing. We had 4 kids with us ages 4-11 and they were fully entertained in the backyard. The pool was clean and warm with a shallow end and deep end so everyone could enjoy. The swing set was simple and able to add to the entertainment without being hard to use. There was a small soccer area that was well used too. Ample space to relax outside both covered and open. Great dining area outside. Inside has more than enough space. Room for kids and adults to have their own space. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, everything you could need. The one downside is that there were no rugs inside so floor coming into doorways for dirty and slippery easily. Also without any rugs made some spaces loud. I also wish their was more towels. We had to do laundry almost daily for towels as it is limited to be per person for use in both bath and pool. The kitchen is bare when it comes to spices and condiments. Just know that when doing any meal prep and shopping. You also have to supply your own paper towels, sponges, dish soap, and toilet paper. Not the worst but not the most convenient when traveling via air, especially with all the luggage restrictions these days. An idea to owners would maybe be put together a convenience package renters could purchase so as not to have to shop for all that. I think beach towels were available for rent but I didn’t see that until later. Overall great house and def recommend."

Things to see - Vilanova i la Geltrú : Vilanova i la Geltrú is the comarca's capital, situated in the southwest of the region. It is one of Catalunya's principal fishing ports and became known as ‘Havana Xica' because of the number of buildings from the ‘Americanos' period. The main town centre is concentrated around the Rambla Principal which is lined with café terraces, all the main shopping chains and the occasional Modernista building. Slightly further north is the arched Plaça de Vila, which leads off through narrow back streets and small squares to the old town centre of la Geltrú and its medieval castle. The Barri Marítim has many attractions such as Ibero-Roman ruins, a defence tower, a lighthouse and a fishermen's market and harbour, where visitors can join locals to greet the fishermen as they return from their day at sea. - "Delightful villa with a great view of Barcelona. The villa: a wonderful, funky house, with creaky shutters and clunky doors. The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, pots, and pans. Our group comprised six adults, but this villa would be a great place for larger groups. There’s plenty to do with an outdoor pool, ping pong table, games, toys and the amazing view. The location: The villa is in a lovely residential area close to a community park. The view across the valley and the city is fantastic. The villa is not too far from Barcelona city centre and the airport. Ideally, you need a vehicle to get to and from the villa. The service: the following basics were missing: - Essential supplies: we arrived to find there was barely any toilet paper and the soap dispensers were empty in two of the bathrooms. There was no facial tissue, no laundry detergent, and no oil for cooking. Salt and pepper shakers were empty. In such a lovely villa, we were surprised and disappointed these basics had been overlooked. - Linens: the rental agency charged extra for bedsheets and towels, an extra cost that we didn't expect. Two of the towels were stained. - Pillows: there was one pillow per person and they did not have much filling left. A few extra pillows would be a nice touch. Overall we loved the villa! However, we were disappointed by the lack of basics, which would have cost only a few euros to supply and would have made our stay comfortable."

The exclusive 280m2 villa is in a quiet natural area called Fogars de la Selva just 15km from the beach, 20min from Blanes and 25min from the Airport of Girona. The villa is distributed across 2 floors. It has 3 double bedrooms - two of which are ensuite and all overlooking the views down to Sitges. There is a study with an individual sofa bed and 2 twin beds in the gym area allowing the villa to comfortably accommodate up to 8/9 people.
As you enter and go up to the main floor you find the fully equipped Gym with shower room to the right. This is converted into a sleeping area with twin bed should more than 6 people choose to stay here.
The unique living / dinning / kitchen area is in an open plan space which is an architectural dream built into the back rock of the plot. There is quite a rustic feel although all modcons are available. On this floor is the spacious Master Ensuite with lots of storage space.
There are 3 rooms on the top floor. One Double Ensuite, One double bedroom and a study which has a sofa bed and easily transforms into a bedroom which shares a bathroom (shower) with the Double Bedroom on this floor.
There is a huge terrace to chill out on with sun hammocks with outdoor dinning área and a built-in BBQ. All of it with a beautiful moroccan deco that gives it a very exotic feeling. All the equipment in the villa is of high spec.
It also has a fully equipped gym is open for use by the guests and a lovely private pool is located to the back of the villa and overlooks the sea and the town.
