- "The house was as we expected really nice and we had a wonderful time!!! We were three families and totally 12 adults and teenagers and the house was well sized and equipped for us. We had barbecue almost every night and the grill is in need of some renovation. Something that matter us a lot was that we every day had to go with our garbage 1km to a local garbage station. All The neighbours had dustbin at the houses. Also talked with a neighbour who wondered why everyone in this house always was carrying on garbage bags. We can really recommend this house!"

Great villa with fantastic views over the Mediterranean and botanic gardens.

Located in the quiet residential area of Cala Santa Cristina, near Blanes. The beautiful beach is a 10 minute walk from the house.



At street level there is a garage with automatic door for 1 car and bikes.

One level up you'll find a spacious outdoor play terrace. Next is the pool deck with sun loungers and umbrellas.

The villa has a large living room with a comfortable seating area, dining table and sliding doors to the terrace with stunning sea views. The living room has a wide screen Led Smart TV with stereo system.
 The surrounding terrace has sun shades and relaxing seats.

Furthermore on this level you will find a fully equipped kitchen connecting to the terrace with an outdoor dining table, sun umbrella and a Weber BBQ. This terrace is fenced off to the pool for children safety purposes.



2 double bedrooms, both with in-built wardrobes share an adjacent bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.



The large master bedroom is located at the next level. It has built-in wardrobes, a safe for personal belongings and a bathroom en-suite with a walk-in shower, two sinks, a toilet and bidet. This room has a beautiful sea view and offers a private terrace with 2 sun loungers and sunshade.





By stairway you access the top floor, where you'll find the recently renovated fourth bedroom with 2 single beds and a third fold-a-way bed. The en-suite third bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

- "The villa fully met our expectation for the location and the facilities. The pictures do not promise too much. The view from the terrace or the pool is really great. The only thing we didn't expect was that the climb from the beach to the villa was so steep. The house has everything you need. Only the many stickers with notes and instructions are exaggerated and not a nice look. Much of it could be summarised in a small folder. Some lamps on the stairs outside are defective. A few high-quality glasses for long drinks - instead of IKEA - would be desirable."
