The house of 280m2 is located in a quiet area of ​​Santa Susanna's town only 2km from the beach, 50min from Barcelona and 34km from Girona's Airport. It is divided into two floors and has a terrace with sea views, as well as a large garden with a 9x5m private pool and barbecue. On the ground floor we find the livingroom with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower.
