The house of 280m2 is located in a quiet area of ​​Santa Susanna's town only 2km from the beach, 50min from Barcelona and 34km from Girona's Airport. It is divided into two floors and has a terrace with sea views, as well as a large garden with a 9x5m private pool and barbecue. On the ground floor we find the livingroom with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. We offer you the following options:
1-Direct entrance to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This option has an additional cost.
2 -Entrance outside these hours, the additional cost depends on the arrival time.

- Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory: € 1 per night and per person, for a maximum of 7 nights.

- The reservation includes the service of towels, sheets and cleaning

- Air conditioning not included €300/Reservation (At the client's request)
