The small basin, well-away from the large one, is the joy of the little ones. A wooden fence encloses it. The main terrace, opening onto the entrance and living room, can be completely closed for security of the youngest. All of the terraces are fitted for having outdoor meals, chatting or relaxing, with wooden or resin furniture and sun loungers.

Friday evening is the moment to admire them, when they return to France. They form a procession, one after another, all of them illuminated for the captain's eve. It looks like a Christmas Wreath at the horizon. One of our tenants wanted to count the ships he saw in one day, beginning with the fishing boats at five o' clock in the morning. "756 ships", he told us, "luxurious yachts, a Catalan boat, a Riva completely built out of shiny teak wood, sailing boats of all sizes with up to 3 masts, outboard or inboard motor boats, windsurfing boards and even the garbage boats that look after the sea during the summer season." Don't doubt and don't forget to bring along your binoculars and a powerful camera for exceptional souvenirs! This summer, we found our tenants passed midnight, seated at the solarium railings. The father was playing the violin while the whole family was watching the lightning of a distant, overseas thunderstorm. It was a magic moment.

Attractive six-bedroom house located just 800m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!



The house has a beautiful private garden with a pool and barbecue area. It also has a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in the sun with beautiful sea views.



The house consists of a living room with TV, fireplace and direct access to the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, double sink and washing machine.



It has 2 double bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 3 bedrooms with two single beds in each and 1 double room. 2 bathrooms (in total 3 bathrooms). Small studio on the ground floor where the guard lives, only for sleeping.

The house is situated near Llafranc beach, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava coast.

- "The Villa is absolutely beautiful. Five stars because the area is magnificent and the Villa is breathtaking. We think Caroline for everything and hope to be back in Llfranc someday soon." - "A very large apartment with good sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. This would work well for 2 families. The house is traditional and quaint but somewhat old fashioned in furnishing and contents. The hot water system does not cope simultaneously with a lot of showers. The house is peaceful and on a hill with amazing views, but it is a steep walk back from the beach. If you want a modern spotless villa then this is not for you. But if you want somewhere with plenty of Catalan character and masses of space at a very reasonable price then I would certainly recommend this place. The ground floor tenant did not bother us at all except that he was very particular about where we parked. The swimming pool and bbq are both very nice. Llafranc beach and town centre is less than a 10 min walk. Finally I can fully recommend the Triton Diving School who are in the town centre just off the beach and really excellent."
