- "The backyard was amazing. We had 4 kids with us ages 4-11 and they were fully entertained in the backyard. The pool was clean and warm with a shallow end and deep end so everyone could enjoy. The swing set was simple and able to add to the entertainment without being hard to use. There was a small soccer area that was well used too. Ample space to relax outside both covered and open. Great dining area outside. Inside has more than enough space. Room for kids and adults to have their own space. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, everything you could need. The one downside is that there were no rugs inside so floor coming into doorways for dirty and slippery easily. Also without any rugs made some spaces loud. I also wish their was more towels. We had to do laundry almost daily for towels as it is limited to be per person for use in both bath and pool. The kitchen is bare when it comes to spices and condiments. Just know that when doing any meal prep and shopping. You also have to supply your own paper towels, sponges, dish soap, and toilet paper. Not the worst but not the most convenient when traveling via air, especially with all the luggage restrictions these days. An idea to owners would maybe be put together a convenience package renters could purchase so as not to have to shop for all that. I think beach towels were available for rent but I didn’t see that until later. Overall great house and def recommend."

- "We just came back from a great week in Pineda de Mar - we are two families with children aged 7-10 and the outdoor space was brilliant - the pool is a good size and fenced off, the bbq area was well used as was the great shaded grass area as it was hot! The downstairs kitchen was handy - we didn’t use the middle floor at all and the owners were really helpful and lovely. The bedrooms have fans not air-con so it is warm even at night (the downstairs kitchen has aircon) In terms of location, the villa is a good 25 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to the supermarket and in a more suburban area (this with the heat was tricky with younger children so we used a lot of taxis as we don’t didn’t have a car) and we went into Calella a few times. The beach at Pineda was clean, relatively quiet and friendly and you can hire loungers / umbrellas. The owners was happy to give us recommendations and make bookings if you wanted to and we had a great meal locally at Pina Brasa."

1- Direct delivery to the accommodation: A member of our team will deliver the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 16:00 to 19:00. This service has an additional cost.
2- The entrance outside these hours, the additional cost will depend on your arrival time.
(It is necessary to inform the reservations department no later than 48-78 hours before your arrival.)

-The reservation includes the cleaning service, sheets and towels (mandatory).
-The payment of the tourist tax is mandatory: € 1 per night and per person, a maximum of 7 nights.
-Pets are allowed on the property.
-Smoking is prohibited.

Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: rate according to locksmith, to be paid on site to the technician

Reglas:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
