- "Safe, Quiet, Nice service, Kind staff, Easy Parking" - "These apartments are basic but very clean. Kitchen has limited utensils and therefore you can't really do much cooking but there is a full size fridge with freezer and microwave and coffee machine. My criticism really is there is no air con and the rooms are really stuffy, particularly the bathroom as ours didn't have a window. The pool area was great but sunbeds are an issue with people reserving them and there's no one to monitor this. I think often the pool is used by non residents and was really busy during our stay. There is nowhere to just sit by the pool on a chair, which I think could be an improvement, just to have some chairs and tables out to sit. There is no bar or place to get a drink, ice cream etc on site. Overall it's a nice place and the people running it were really helpful. "

- "Great location, right on the beach. We were very grateful to be able to check in early as we had woken up at stupid o clock to catch an early flight. Really happy about that. I had read reviews of disturbed nights, due to loud disco but, luckily for us, it wasn’t open… too early in the season? We had a mini kitchen which was generally great but we lacked a draining board and had to peel potatoes with a knife which, to be fair, was quite funny. Just to reemphasise that it is mere seconds walk to the beach. "

On the eighth floor of a beachfront building, crossing East / West, it can live quietly: You only hear the sound of waves and seagulls around, while enjoying the beautiful sunshine with a light refreshing breeze midsummer.

1> The internet access is done by a public WiFi of very good quality (flow of the order of 3 Mbps, with a powerful signal). I refund the subscription on the rental period on request on the basis of one ticket per stay. Only one device can be connected at a time with the ticket.
2> The cleaning must be paid directly to the cleaning lady (60 Eur). This cost is not included in the details of the fees because I do not make any margin on this post and this saves you expenses related to the booking site.

During the sunny days typical of the Costa Brava, you can stroll through the market of fruits and vegetables (all season morning) and buy the tastiest products, recently picked by the farmers of the city.
After, you can take a dip in one of the beaches or coves of Blanes, where you can also participate in activities at the seaside proposed by the Kids Club. After a good morning at the beach with family, you can take a break to taste the typical dishes of traditional cuisine from the wide range of cuisine available in the village.
After lunch you can take a cruise or take a journey aboard the train along the beach. From here you can admire the scenery of Blanes, such as the Castle or the rock of Sa Palomera, which marks the beginning of the Costa Brava. You can also stroll through one of the best botanical gardens in the Mediterranean: the Marimurtra or Pinya de Rosa. Both have a wonderful offer of flowers, with plants worldwide and exceptional views;
To end the evening in style, you can stroll to the harbor, where you will see the activity of the hall of fishermen, one of the few halls that are always active on the Costa Brava. And to finish the day, an ice downtown. Good restaurants nearby with one across the road to which we went regularly. Only issue we had was the access to the public wifi system had changed and was no longer ticket based so we did not use it as we didnt want to enter our credit card details online on a public site." - "Light and airy property on the 8th floor with views up and down the coast. Not in the centre of town but close to the beach, a quiet location with a short walk along the promenade to the town centre. Around the block are shopping and leisure facilities to mak this an easy place to have a holiday. Well equipped property with all that you need to prepare meals at home an live in a home (rather than a holiday let). Lots of room and the luxury of 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms. The parking space is a great help (especially at the weekend) as even though we were there out of season, parking spaces were is short supply. In June- September parking around the block is charged. All in all, just a lovely flat in which to have a holiday in Blanes. "

Keys:

· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: the price will depend on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.

Although it does not have air-conditioning, this is not required as there is a natural breeze and the apartment is a perfect temperature. It is ideal for a family – with adequate space and bedrooms to make any stay comfortable. The many beaches, market, shops and town are all easily accessible – most with a short walk. - "If you are lucky and visit Blanes at certain period of time, you can also enjoy super festival with a lot of live concerts and fireworks! You can walk outside to join festival personally (1-2 minutes walk) or do it through the window of this apartment. But if want to sleep at that time, you just close double windows and have a silent night. Apartment fully equipment, never experienced such a full package before. The space
It's ok to prepare coffee/tea, use fridge and microwave in the kitchen. ℹ️However we don't allow the use of gas stove and heavy duty cooking for everyone's safety as we had incidents in the past.

Notice you will need to go up the third floor without an elevator.

The building is family style so it's best suited for people who are looking for a calm weekend.

Basil the cat is the sweetest guy ever, but he won't bother you much unless you are keen on embracing his loving nature.

The flat will be shared with me and/or my family.

Don't be shy if you have a question about the town, or anything else. You will also receive a guidebook and house manual via Airbnb app: with places to visit, restaurant recommendations, supers, and some tips about the house.

Otherwise, we might be busy thought the day so flatsharing style often comes down to friendly Independence.
