- "Safe, Quiet, Nice service, Kind staff, Easy Parking" - "These apartments are basic but very clean. Kitchen has limited utensils and therefore you can't really do much cooking but there is a full size fridge with freezer and microwave and coffee machine. My criticism really is there is no air con and the rooms are really stuffy, particularly the bathroom as ours didn't have a window. The pool area was great but sunbeds are an issue with people reserving them and there's no one to monitor this. I think often the pool is used by non residents and was really busy during our stay. There is nowhere to just sit by the pool on a chair, which I think could be an improvement, just to have some chairs and tables out to sit. There is no bar or place to get a drink, ice cream etc on site. Overall it's a nice place and the people running it were really helpful. "

- "Great location, right on the beach. We were very grateful to be able to check in early as we had woken up at stupid o clock to catch an early flight. Really happy about that. I had read reviews of disturbed nights, due to loud disco but, luckily for us, it wasn’t open… too early in the season? After a good morning at the beach with family, you can take a break to taste the typical dishes of traditional cuisine from the wide range of cuisine available in the village.
After lunch you can take a cruise or take a journey aboard the train along the beach. From here you can admire the scenery of Blanes, such as the Castle or the rock of Sa Palomera, which marks the beginning of the Costa Brava. You can also stroll through one of the best botanical gardens in the Mediterranean: the Marimurtra or Pinya de Rosa. Around the block are shopping and leisure facilities to mak this an easy place to have a holiday. Well equipped property with all that you need to prepare meals at home an live in a home (rather than a holiday let). Lots of room and the luxury of 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms. The parking space is a great help (especially at the weekend) as even though we were there out of season, parking spaces were is short supply. In June- September parking around the block is charged. All in all, just a lovely flat in which to have a holiday in Blanes. "

· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time on the property.



Check-in:

· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.



· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



. Deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.



- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.



Cleaning:

. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



IMPORTANT:

In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.



Beach towels are not provided.



Keys:

· Loss of property keys: Price £100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new key set.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be paid on-site to the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.



· No pets are allowed.



· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
