The apartment is located on the second floor of a block without elevator. On the ground floor of the building there is a small restaurant. It has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, one full bathrooms with a bath . Living room with access to nice terrace with views, new renovated kitchen open to the dining room.(soon we attach new photos) . Unbeatable situation.

Possibility to rent large season 6 or 9 months. Prices on request.

There are stairs to access the apartment. It does not have parking.

The duplex is equipped with an efficient air conditioning system for maximum comfort.

The property consists of a bright living room, directly connected to a furnished terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains.

On the same floor there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. A staircase leads to a loft with a versatile space with flat screen TV, a sofa bed that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed of 1.60 m with slatted bed base and a chillout area.Only AC in living room.

It was lovely to be able to enjoy breakfast watching sunrise at the balcony and then after a short walk enjoy the pristine Mediterranean waters.There are a few bars and restaurants walking distance as well for those who just want to leave the car at the parking space and forget about it (by the way, the parking space is really handy and convenient given that’s almost impossible to park in the area due to high demand during summer season."

It is right on the beach, with the best views of the whole beach from the private balcony where we had breakfast every day. We would have stayed there for months. All of the rooms are extremeley spacious and very clean. The kitchen has a mediterranean feel to it and is very well equiped with everything you need. Living room is also beautiful, with plenty of space to relax and amazing beach views. They provide private parking spaces, which helped so much, as it is almost impossible to park near beaches especially around summertime. Sa Riera beach is a small and beautiful place to spend the day, and has a selection of restaurants at a walking distance. Very near Begur.. clearly this was the best option and we will for sure stay here next year. We recommend it 100%"

The property is accessed through the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has all the necessary elements to cook and cover all the needs during the stay, from oven to dishwasher to the complete crockery itself. The dining room has been decorated and equipped to offer freshness and comfort during the summer, with direct access to the terrace. The terrace is perfect to spend the day or eat with magnificent views of the sea and the surroundings.

From the dining room, and next to the toilet on the main floor, there is access to the upper loft, where there is one of the double beds that covers the functions of a room. This apartment recently renovated in 2022, is located above Sa Riera beach, one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa Brava. A path between trees leads directly from the apartment and the parking lot to the main street, which gives access to the small bay with a sandy beach and to the restaurants and the supermarket.

The apartment consists of a bright and comfortable living/dining room with an open kitchen and access to a balcony/terrace equipped for outdoor dining. In this room we find the staircase that leads to the mezzanine, with a comfortable XL double bed, and to the lower floor, where there is a second room with two single beds that can be joined to be used as a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe, as well as a complete and modern bathroom and a small room where the washing machine is.

Air conditioning in all areas makes this apartment a true oasis after a sunny day at the beach. Likewise, its heat system allows a pleasant stay also in winter.
