The furniture is simple and functional, but this was completely renovated in 2019 when the renovation of the studio was done; PVC windows.

3) Hand soap and toilet paper are included in our rates (within the concept of cleaning and laundry rate) ; the apartment is delivered in perfect cleaning condition and therefore must be returned in the same conditions; otherwise, an extra charge will be charged according to the condition in which the house is located; the sheets and towels are not included in the rate and if desired they must be contracted separately (see specific supplements).
4) Pets are accepted (up to 20 kg): in these cases a surcharge of €10.00/day per pet is charged, with a minimum of 30 euros per pet and stay.
