As soon as we made the booking we were contacted by Patrice, the property owner, who made us aware that we could contact him at any time with regard to any questions or concerns we had prior to and during our stay. We were given a very warm welcome by him on our arrival which had been delayed due to the airline. The apartment was spotlessly clean and contained all the facilities you could possibly need. The highlight for us was the outside roof terrace which was in the sunlight all day, perfect for relaxing and al-fresco dining. We thought Perpignan was a beautiful city, the people very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect accommodation, perfect host, perfect holiday. "
