My apartment is located in a family house on the outskirts of Olot, near the main park called Parc Nou and the town's open air swimming pool. This is a very quiet area, perfect for a relaxing holiday, walking and cycling. I grew up in this house. The apartment is currently my second home and I wish to share it with Airbnb visitors from time to time.

The space
Our familiy house was built more than 50 years ago, but my apartment was completely renovated some time ago using fine materials and is kept in perfect condition. It is spacious (90 m2), bright, warm and immaculately clean. It suits 3 adults. It has an equipped kitchen, an open space dining room-living room, a bathroom and 3 separate rooms with 3 single beds (120x180cm - 90x190cm - 90x200cm). There are 2 long balconies with pleasant views. A garage is available for bicycles, motorcycles or one car.
The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is no lift!
