- "This location is very nice to be across the street from the beach and yet only an very easy 20 minute metro ride into Barcelona. We got the T10 metro card and stayed three nights on the same card. The host is very responsive and accommodating. There were several nice bakeries and cafes within a 4 block walking distance. We were not able to use the terrace while we were there due to maintenance but the host did her best to make it up to us. The bedrooms have fans which is nice since the AC unit is in the main room. Leaving the bedroom doors open at night to allow the AC to filter in was very useful I can say that after spending time in Barcelona, I appreciated staying away from the city a bit. It's much more peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay."

The space
Cozy apartment, very bright with a big terrace w sea view, situated in the small cost village of El Masnou. 800m from the beach and train station, 20 mins to Barcelona center by train. The apartment consists of a main dormitory w double bed and another bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons. Full equipped kitchen and bathroom. The large living and dining room connects with a terrace, facing towards the green neighbourhood with sea view. Free parking in front of the house.
Animals are welcome on this property but please inform us beforehand.
According to decree 60/2017 of 13/2017 about the tax regulation on stays in tourist establishments must be charged: 1 € per person and night (for a maximum of 7 nights) for stays in tourists apartments or houses in Catalonia surrounding areas. This tax must be charged to all persons over 16 years upon their arrival.
Parties or noise are not allowed.

On request we can provide beach towels at 6 euros per unit for the entire stay.

My little loft is a lovely space, very comfortable and cozy. It is ideally designed for two people, but perfectly equipped so that there can be four people. It is in a quiet area but at the same time close to all the amenities. The loft is two blocks from the beach and two minutes from the train station. The location is perfect, if you want to visit Barcelona or if you want to discover the Costa Brava, wonderful!

the space is designed in a single environment, it is not why it is my loft but it is really nice and special. It is a very comfortable and functional space, everything is new and is thought with much love.
