Space was ample, Very close to the bus to take you Anywhere you needed to go in Barca from Park Guell to Sagrada Familia and anywhere in between. Great mercats any direction you go. The Space:
We can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people as it has a double sofa bed in the living room.

The living room and kitchen are in the same space, it is spacious and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, it is new and there is absolutely everything you need to cook comfortably for a long season. The room is double (there are two single beds that can be put together and converted into a double bed) and has very large built-in wardrobes with plenty of space. There is also an extra place to leave suitcases and rarely used objects. There is also a large dresser to store everything you need, and a very large bathroom with two sinks and a shower. There is also a washing machine and a place to hang clothes.

The apartment is on the ground floor with direct entrance from the street but with complete security, there is a machine to avoid humidity because the area in which the apartment is located is very very close to the beach. It is also equipped with free wifi, heating and air conditioning.

Entry is via electronic lock.

Parties and events are completely prohibited. Not respecting our rules, making noise at night, will lead to eviction from the apartment and the loss of the fiancée.

Barceloneta is the area where everyone who comes to the city wants to live or spend some time, because it is perfect: there is a wonderful beach, good shops and an ideal environment. Public transportation is very good. There is a metro station very close, which goes directly to Plaza Cataluña, there are also buses, bicycle rental very close and a special free bus for locals. It is exactly 40 seconds walking from the apartment to the beach. The Barceloneta market, which is very popular and includes wonderful shops for food, is just a 4-minute walk away.

The Neighborhood:
La Barceloneta is one of the most authentic and popular neighborhoods in Barcelona. Located in the Port Vell district, it is an old fishing area full of magic and history.

One of the main attractions in La Barceloneta are its beaches, which are the longest, most renowned and most visited in the city. They are extremely lively and have excellent services.

The streets in La Barceloneta are singular, but pleasant. The neighborhood is packed with narrow alleyways that are flanked on both sides by old buildings, churches, stores and restaurants that look just as they did 200 years ago.

The part of La Barceloneta which is closest to the seaside is rather more contemporary, although the citizens maintain the old traditions and at sunset you can still observe how the fishing boats unload their catch and then auction the fish.

We recommend walking around the neighborhood and exploring its narrow streets to discover La Barceloneta’s unique charm. If you feel a little peckish, you can stop at one of its seafood restaurants and try its delicious fresh fish.

Apart from its natural enchantment, the area has numerous attractions that are well worth visiting like the Museu d’Història de Catalunya or Barcelona’s clock tower, which was formerly built as a lighthouse in 1772 and is nowadays the oldest structure in La Barceloneta.

You can take the cable car from Barceloneta Beach to get to the Miramar gardens viewpoint and enjoy stunning views of the port.

A few feet from La Barceloneta is Port Vell, where you can do a bit of shopping in the Maremagnum shopping center, see a movie in the IMAX Theatre or visit Barcelona’s remarkable Aquarium.
