We were not disturbed at all by our neighbours and the surrounding area was quiet, although you do hear the trains from the nearby railway line, this didn't bother us at all. The apartment is accurately shown in the listing images. The apartment block is well maintained with a 25m pool in the grounds and grassed areas for sunbathing, the pool is not heated but was lovely for a cooling swim. The apartment is on the 11th floor one below the top and serviced by two small lifts. It has a large smart tv, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave with built in grill but no oven. We were greeted by Flori on arrival at the entrance to the grounds, which was arranged via WhatAapp. Flori was very friendly and welcoming, we were shown around and given two sets of keys and a complementary bottle of cava which was much appreciated. One thing to note is that after booking and making the first payment, Flori informed us that a 300 Euro deposit would be required payable directly to her upon arrival. This wasn't mentioned in the Vrbo listing and so was a surprise. It was still possible to cancel at this point and we were ok to go ahead. I do think it should be included in the listing though. Also after making the final payment it was mentioned that a "final cleaning" fee may be applicable if necessary, it was not explained how much this would be but we left the apartment clean and tidy and recieved our full deposit back. I recommend this apartment for a stay in Sitges escecially with those amazing views, it's ideal for couples and Flori is a genuine and welcoming host."

This 2 bedroom apartment is decorated to a contemporary style and the central location is truly fantastic with only a minutes walk to the beach.

The front balcony faces south, overlooking the main pedestrianised street of Parellades and is bathed in summer sunshine all day which is a great vantage point to watch the world go by whilst enjoying your morning coffee or your evening glass of cava.

The comfortable and modern lounge-dining area has a large corner sofa, dining table & chairs, air conditioning, wifi and a smart TV connected to the internet and Netflix.

There is also a charming Andalusian style internal patio, between the lounge and kitchen, that allows natural light to come in and a welcome breeze in the summer months.

The second room has a double bed (140cm) plus a desk/workstation and leads out on to the rear balcony. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobes space. N/B: there is no A/C in the bedrooms, just the living room, but fans are provided for the bedrooms. Keeping the door open to the internal patio creates natural ventilation/breeze.

The rear balcony faces north, so is in shade all day if you want to escape the heat of the sun, and is very quiet and peaceful.

On the roof there is a sun terrace which is the perfect spot to top up your tan or have pre dinner cocktails. Exclusive use of the the sun beds and outdoor furniture.

The bathroom is good size and also recently renovated with a large modern shower cubical.

The apartment has a massive balcony overlooking the pool, which was great. Another balcony on the opposite of the apartment. There is a little supermarket at the hotel next door with essentials. 2 min walk. The first family beach with beach bar is ca. 5 mins away and then one great beach after another. Walking into the town centre along the promenade takes ca. 25 mins. There is a little train going up and down the promenade but although there is a time table (every 30 mins) it is very hit and miss when it arrives."

The KRABI BEACH apartment in Sitges is located on a first floor with no lift and has been completely remodeled and redecorated in 2014.

Upon entering the apartment our guests will find a small hall which gives access to the main room of the house.

This room, bright and airy, is divided in three areas: the living area, with a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV, the dining area with a table + chairs and the open plan kitchen. Also the property offers free wifi access for our guests convenience.

The pure white brand new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your self-catering stay, including an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and plenty of utensils.

From the living area, floor to ceiling French doors give access to a nice terrace that offers unobstructed views of the surrounding gardens.

Back inside the apartment our guests will find three double bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

All three bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each and a wardrobe space. One bedroom is by the living room and faces the back gardens. The other two bedrooms are facing the quiet street.

In an alley of the historic and hyper-central district of Sitges, is our cosy and cozy apartment. You go up to the third floor (without elevator), and you have arrived on the landing of our little cocoon!
You enter the cozy living room where there is an American kitchen. From the living room you will have direct access to the bedroom and dressing room as well as to the bathroom equipped with a large shower tray.
From the living room you will also have access to a pleasant green balcony.
The apartment is absolutely quiet because all the openings give at the back of the street.
Of course, we will prepare for you towels and clean sheets.
If you stay with us, we will do everything to make you feel comfortable and at home.
