Penthouse apartment with 140m2 wiith beautiful seaviews facing long sandy beaches. It is large, quiet and very light with a large terrace of 14 m2 in the living room . The terrase overlooks the sandy beaches and has got a large table where you can enjoy all your meals outside in the sea breeze.
The area is very calm, the area is very calm with not bars oare not shops or bars down in the same building still if you want to have a meal out in a restaurant or a coffee bar you can walk just three minuts and find some .

The train station is also close by just 10 minute's walk,
the same as the baker's, the fishmonger's, the farmacy, fruit shop or supermarket.

- "The apartment is large, modern, extremely clean, and a wonderful view. It is so nice to leave the balcony door open for a constant cool ocean breeze, and not 1 bug, not even a fly. I think the strong breeze keeps them out. There is air conditioning too. There is 1 private parking space reserved on the ground floor of a large enclosed garage and an elevator that takes you to the apartment on the 2nd floor. The first floor of the apartment has a large living room, kitchen with washing machine, and 3 bedrooms (bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and its own modern bathroom with tub and shower), bedroom #2 is next to #1 and has 2 twin beds. Bedroom #3 is down the hall with a single bed, and next to that is another bathroom with a shower that Bedroom 2 and 3 share. Upstairs is the 4th bedroom with a K or Q bed, and half of the room with an attic-style lower ceiling, but the bathroom with shower and office have regular size ceilings. Off of the office is a very large, private deck for sunbathing with a clothesline to hang wet bathing suits and clothes. The ocean bottom is very rocky,, so bring water shoes.Easy walk to a grocery, pharmacy, bakery, and only 1 block to 4 restaurants. The train station is a little further, but still walkable. There is a taxi at the train station. Trains are every half hour into Barcelona.. The best part of the trip was the host, Merce. I fell in Barcelona and hurt my back and she drove around to different places to take pictures of the different walkers I could rent, and I was able to rent one at the local pharmacy. That was so wonderful of her to do! She even brought us grapes from her large orchard!"
