The stylish Marina Cala d'Or with many restaurants is just 8-10 minutes away on foot, from there it goes seamlessly to the town center with other innumerable restaurants.
A tourist train almost leads from the house via the marina to the village, if you want to avoid the walk.

Unlike other houses, the kitchenware, china and glasses were very well assorted. It had espresso cups, pasta plates, a lot of glasses, not just four or five. The bedrooms were also very comfortable and the closets did not smell like wood. Sometimes you find houses where the closets are nice but the wood scent is too strong that you don’t want to put your clothes there. The bathrooms were big with big mirrors with big showers. It took a while for the water to get warm but once you get “acquainted” with the shower it all runs smoothly. It was quite handy to have two entrances. We mostly used the back door and walked to some of the restaurants. We definitely recommend the Casa….. and hope you will have such a nice stay as we did."

The villa is on two floors. In the ground floor there is a well furnished kitchen with adjacent dining and lounge area, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with exit on to terrace, and a bathroom. The kitchen has a glass door leading to a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs to be able to enjoy a good outdoor food.The swimming pool is exclusively for guests. The house is close all the amenities of Cala D’Or and there is a bus stop at 100 meters so a car is not really necessary.

The nearest beaches are Cala Petita and Cala Gran at about 5 minutes walking. The beach of the natural park of Cala Mondragó is at about 10 minutes driving although there is a bus to go there.

Travel:
Palma airport is at 60 km. Use of car is not essential although is recommended to visit the island.

Our comfortable villa is south facing and offers great views of the sea and the bay. It overlooks the entrance to a Calanque at the edge of the Mondrago Natural Park. The living room, the dining room, and the bedrooms all give onto the terrace. There is direct access to the beach via a private ladder and the exclusive sun deck; the waves are 50 m away. Pine trees that provide a comfortable fresh atmosphere surround the house.
