So useful having a washing machine!There was plenty of shaded andsunny areas to suit everyone. The BBQ and pool were well used. The private chlorine pool is the favourite place for all our guests during the summer. The pool has a size of 8m x 4m and a depth between 0.6m and 2.1m. A pergola on the terrace invites you to have a barbecue or a refreshing drink in the afternoon under its shade. Thanks to the outdoor shower, you can freshen up quickly at any time. On the other side of the building is the second terrace, offering a cool place to have breakfast. The property is set on a plot of 14000 m2, which consists of fields and green areas.

When you entry to the house, you realize that this is not a simple house but your second home. The spacious living room, equipped with air conditioning, invites you to relax watching satellite TV or enjoying a family meal. Immediately you will notice the beautiful tiled floor and good quality furnishings. The kitchen with vitro stove and open to the living room, is the dream of every chef. The laundry is located on the terrace and is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

On the ground floor, apart from the common areas, there is a bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with shower. During the summer, we recommend you to make a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera. These ships make a stop at the "Blue Cave", where you can dive. The water of this cave is so blue and clear, that it even seems from another world. Regarding the beaches, on the one side, there are the unspoilt beaches Es Trenc and Sa Rapita a few kilometers away, and on the east coast you can visit a beautiful coves, like Cala Figuera and Cala S'Almonia.

In Campos or Ses Salines you can find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc... Thursdays and Saturdays are the market days in Campos. Ses Salines is famous for its production of high-quality salt, the famous Salt d'es Trenc. You can visit the white mountains of salt, dried under the Mediterranean sun. There is also a shop where you can buy salts with extravagant and very rich in mineral flavors.

You will find a second home in this modern house in Ses Salines, close to Es Trenc and Sa Rapita in the south of Mallorca. It can accommodate up to 6 people.
The house is situated in an idyllic rural setting, surrounded by forest and offers total privacy, as it has no direct neighbors. The private chlorine pool has dimensions of 10 m x 4.5 m and a depth ranging from 1.10 m to 2.10 m. You can relax sunbathing on one of the six loungers, take a dip in the pool or cool off in the outdoor shower. The pool area is decorated with stylish and colorful boxes, that serve as a side table for your drinks. Two furnished terraces offer a fresh and pleasant space for a barbecue or for a delicious breakfast. At night, the pool is lit so you can swim under the starry sky, whta is a very romantic experience. The plot of 40,000 m2 is fenced and offers plenty of space for children to play, run and enjoy the nature.

The interior of the house is decorated with bright and fresh colors. The living room has AC and TV-sat. The owner decorated the house with love and design elements like original saloon lamps. In the open kitchen, with vitro stove, you will find everything you might need during your stay. In addition, for coffee lovers there are two electric coffee makers: a Nespresso and a "melita". The Laundry, located on the terrace, offers a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

On the ground floor, apart from the common areas, there is a bedroom with double bed, AC and wardrobe. The wooden bedside tables are in harmony with the parquet floor and the wooden ceiling beams, offering a warm space to rest. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and AC and the other with two single beds. Decorated in a cosy style, they offer a wardrobe and a fan per room. As for the view, all the bedrooms have windows overlooking the countryside or the garden. If you look at the washbasins, the warm wooden element is not missing either. Both bathrooms have a shower and are located one on the ground floor and the other one upstairs. A cot and high chair are available. Electricity is provided by solar panels, making this a sustainable house. For the winter months the house has two pellet cookers; one on each floor.

The fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi is very close, ideal for dinner fresh seafood or take a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera. In Campos or Ses Salines you can find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc... Thursdays and Saturdays are the market days in Campos.

The exteriors of the property are designed for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate with all the comforts. In its terrace there is a salt swimming pool of 5x2.75m and a constant depth of 1.50m, perfect to refresh yourself. Furthermore, in the well-kept garden area you will find sun loungers and a porch equipped with a barbecue and a large table in the shade so that you can enjoy unforgettable family meals. Being in the village, the house has direct neighbours.

The interior of the recently renovated three-storey house is tastefully decorated. It is also designed for the relaxation and enjoyment of its guests. On the ground floor you will find a nice living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV and open to the kitchen, which has everything you need to cook great meals. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A toilet completes this floor. - "Eine erholsame, unkomplizierte Woche im ruhigen Ort Ses Salines. Das wunderschöne Stadthaus mitten in Ses Salines hat uns eine sehr erholsame und gemütliche Urlaubswoche geboten. Der Besitzer des Hauses war unfassbar nett, es hat alles ganz unkompliziert funktioniert. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich, die Küche war gut ausgestattet und auch die Betten sehr bequem. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Grill hat das ganze noch abgerundet. Leider gab es an manchen Tagen in der Woche Baulärm, da in Ses Salines momentan viel neu gebaut wird. Aber es war auszuhalten und man konnte für diese Zeit gut zu den nahe gelegenen Stränden fahren."
