So useful having a washing machine!There was plenty of shaded andsunny areas to suit everyone. The BBQ and pool were well used. The private chlorine pool is the favourite place for all our guests during the summer. The pool has a size of 8m x 4m and a depth between 0.6m and 2.1m. A pergola on the terrace invites you to have a barbecue or a refreshing drink in the afternoon under its shade. Thanks to the outdoor shower, you can freshen up quickly at any time. On the other side of the building is the second terrace, offering a cool place to have breakfast. The property is set on a plot of 14000 m2, which consists of fields and green areas.

When you entry to the house, you realize that this is not a simple house but your second home. The spacious living room, equipped with air conditioning, invites you to relax watching satellite TV or enjoying a family meal. Immediately you will notice the beautiful tiled floor and good quality furnishings. The kitchen with vitro stove and open to the living room, is the dream of every chef. The laundry is located on the terrace and is equipped with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

On the ground floor, apart from the common areas, there is a bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is another bedroom with two single beds and the second bathroom with shower. Both rooms count with a closet. In a few minutes drive you will reach the fishing village Colonia de Sant Jordi with some excellent seafood and fish restaurants. During the summer, we recommend you to make a boat trip to the protected island of Cabrera. These ships make a stop at the "Blue Cave", where you can dive. The water of this cave is so blue and clear, that it even seems from another world. Regarding the beaches, on the one side, there are the unspoilt beaches Es Trenc and Sa Rapita a few kilometers away, and on the east coast you can visit a beautiful coves, like Cala Figuera and Cala S'Almonia.

In Campos or Ses Salines you can find supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc... Thursdays and Saturdays are the market days in Campos. Ses Salines is famous for its production of high-quality salt, the famous Salt d'es Trenc. You can visit the white mountains of salt, dried under the Mediterranean sun. There is also a shop where you can buy salts with extravagant and very rich in mineral flavors.

The pool area is decorated with stylish and colorful boxes, that serve as a side table for your drinks. Two furnished terraces offer a fresh and pleasant space for a barbecue or for a delicious breakfast. At night, the pool is lit so you can swim under the starry sky, whta is a very romantic experience. The plot of 40,000 m2 is fenced and offers plenty of space for children to play, run and enjoy the nature.

The interior of the house is decorated with bright and fresh colors. The living room has AC and TV-sat. The owner decorated the house with love and design elements like original saloon lamps. In the open kitchen, with vitro stove, you will find everything you might need during your stay. In addition, for coffee lovers there are two electric coffee makers: a Nespresso and a "melita". - "Eine erholsame, unkomplizierte Woche im ruhigen Ort Ses Salines. Das wunderschöne Stadthaus mitten in Ses Salines hat uns eine sehr erholsame und gemütliche Urlaubswoche geboten. The outdoor areas are wonderful. You can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside and have a great time swimming in the pool, playing tennis and table tennis, or preparing a delicious barbecue. The porch, furnished with a large table with chairs and sofas, is perfect for these pleasant summer dinners. The swimming pool is chlorinated and measures 11 x 5 m and has a depth of 0.9 to 1.8 m. Around it, there are 8 sun loungers for sunbathing and more than 200 m2 of lawn, decorated with plants and trees, which is the perfect place especially for children to run around. There is a hen house with chickens where they will have total freedom to collect eggs, as well as fruit trees to taste their delicious fruits. From the countryside to the table! The plot is fenced and offers absolute privacy.

This large, three-storey house has a large living-dining room with a fresh atmosphere thanks to its white colour scheme and blue details reminiscent of the sea. Here you will feel like having a relaxing and peaceful time watching satellite TV. The kitchen follows the same style and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook without any problems, including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, among other things. - "Very good support thank you very much" - "Myself, my partner and our three children (9,11 and 15 years) enjoyed a very happy ten-day break at Sa Punta in August 2019. The house is traditional with modern touches, comfortable and spacious with all of the facilities and amenities you will need; the pool fantastic; and the location is peaceful but convenient for Colònia de Sant Jordi (the town is just a five minute drive away with a very pretty little beach, bars, restaurants and a small supermarket). We were greeted by the owners, Maria and Sebastian, who could not have been more friendly and helpful throughout our stay - often leaving us gifts of produce grown on the property. One thing to stress is that you must be dog-friendly - several live on the property full time (they're very friendly and love to be petted, we're already missing Luna and Perla!). We had a really lovely time and would definitely recommend this property."
