- "The facility is perfect place peaceful relaxation. The serenity is top notch. " - "fine" - "This hostel was nice enough, but nothing great. A big part of that was the location. Although the beaches in the nearby area are amazing, it was incredibly difficult to get to this town without a car. There's no public transport at all. And once in town there seem to only be two places to eat and 1 store which was closed when I was there. So even getting water was a bit challenging because the tap water at the hostel was super salty and not really drinkable. The front desk staff were very nice but it was quite unorganized feeling and I didn't always know where to go or who to talk to. I got a private room and it was spacious and had a lovely balcony! It was also generally very clean. The shower could have been cleaner though. The room was also freezing (which I'm sure in summer would be amazing but I needed so many extra blankets to stay warm). This place was also quite loud. Any noise from downstairs echoed a lot and the music stayed on until pretty late. They also had a very strong smelling mosquito repellant plug in on the wall, which again maybe in summer would have been worth it, but the smell was overwhelming. It was a decent price for the size of room a balcony (this was off season in December, and it was 60 euro/night). I wouldn't say don't stay here, but I'm not raving about it. Side note: The bar right next to the hostel called La Torre was where I bought water and they had really cheap (5 euro) yummy sandwiches. I would recommend going there."

Very well equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave etc 2 large terraces, one of which is covered, the other with a large lounge set, private pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers, barbecue area, plot size approx. 500 m², edged with a privacy screen. An outbuilding with a washing machine and dryer round off the comfort. Televisions with satellite reception and German programs are also included. A covered carport for your car is available on the lockable property with gate entrance. A small safe for your valuables is also part of the equipment of the house.
The house has been completely renovated, refurbished and has a typical Mallorcan flair.

The location was fantastic and the kids loved the villa and especially the pool so much we only ventured out to visit the beach or to pick up supplies from the local supermarket. The only items to note were that we were unable to make a bank transfer to the owner without both sides having to pay fees (something that maybe should be mentioned in the fees section) and that the above ground pool although extremely safe for the children had no steps or ladders and as a result both myself and my son suffered scratches to our leg. Also the end of the paving next to the palm trees may need a fence as my daughter fell off and into the soil- also causing minor bumps and scratches. It’s also worth noting that the bedroom with the bunk beds has no air-con and is right next to the front door. As a result our children ended up sharing the room with the twin beds- something that took them a bit of getting used to as they never share a room at home. The local beaches although beautiful were not the easiest to get to- especially with a pushchair as they involve steep hills so make sure everyone is wearing sensible footwear- preferably trainers. Top tip- if you are visiting Cala Des Moro don’t go with children, go to the nearby Cala s’Almunia instead as it’s too dangerous to get to on foot. Also take your own food to the beach as the snack bar at Calla Llombards beach is very expensive and the food was terrible- inedible really. Take a picnic- much better!"

The newly renovated chalet is located in a quiet side street and can accommodate 5-7 people. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. From the dishwasher to the coffee machine, everything is there to make your stay more pleasant. The chalet is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac that ends after a few meters directly at the sea (cliffs). Here steps lead down to the water, with a stone platform that invites you to lie down and sunbathe. From here you have a view of the whole sea and can enjoy wonderful sunrises!

The house is lovingly and tastefully furnished and makes you immediately feel at home. It has two double bedrooms, a bright living room with wood stove, a dining room with open plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The dining room has an exit to the backyard with the BBQ and the dining area with sea views. In front of the house there is a pretty garden area with a small pool and big palm trees. Das Felseninsel-Archipel im Nationalpark Archipiélago de Cabrera ist ein ideales Ausflugsziel für Familien. Hier gibt es viel über die Natur der Balearen zu entdecken. Auf der Bootsüberfahrt vom 20 Autominuten entfernten Colònia Sant Jordi kann man fliegende Fische und Delphine beobachten. Auf Cabrera selbst sind viele Vogelarten beheimatet.

- "Hosts & property manager very helpful and prompt to answer any questions. Villa was very well equipped (even more so if you speak German). Lots of space, air con, close to beach, bar & shop. 10 - 15 min walk to bus stop (can go to Santanyi / Colonia Saint Jordi. Beach bar is overpriced and wasps a bit irritating but the local bar is great value and the local shop very friendly. There are ants but bit of spray sends them away and a few mosquitoes so worth bringing repellent but definitely had a lot worse. Only thing possibly missing would be a microwave. Overall a lovely stay and would highly recommend."

- "Pros: Es ist ein wunderschönes Kleinod inmitten einer herrlichen Landschaft. Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, mit genügend Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Bestens ausgestattete Küche, mit allem was benötigt wird um zu Kochen, Backen oder zu Grillen. Es stehen an unterschiedlichen Plätzen, im Schatten oder in der Sonne oder auf der Dachterrasse verschiedene Tische mit Stühlen, um etwas zu Essen, Trinken oder sich einfach nur zu Entspannen. Auch Liegestühle sind am tollen Pool und auf der Dachterrasse vorhanden. Die freundliche Vermieterin hat sich direkt nach der Buchung bei uns gemeldet und war immer erreichbar. Für Wünsche und Fragen hatte sie immer ein offenes Ohr. In ein paar Gehminuten kann man verschiedene sandige oder felsige Buchten erreichen. Es gibt im Dorf eine kleine Kneipe und einen kleinen Supermarkt, der allerdings über die Winterzeit geschlossen war. Wir haben uns in den 2 Wochen, sehr wohl gefühlt und werden hoffentlich einmal wieder hier Urlaub machen dürfen."

Casa Poggibonsi al Mar is just a few steps from the beautiful beach of Cala Llombards, in 3 minutes. Newly built in a privileged location of Cala Llombards. It has an excellent infrastructure. On the ground floor you will find the open living and dining area with an adjoining open kitchen. A bedroom with a double bed is available on the ground floor. The master bedroom with access to the terrace is on the upper floor. Both the terrace and the bedroom offer a fantastic view of the sea. A bathroom is also on the upper floor.
An open staircase leads from the terrace to the roof terrace. From here you can see over the sea to the rock arch Es Pontas and towards Cala Santanyi. Sunrises and sunsets are an integral part of the daily routine.
All living rooms and bedrooms are air-conditioned. The pool and sun terraces are located in the patio. The pool has 7.30 m on the longest lane and 3.25 m at the narrowest point. The chloride from the salt destroys bacteria, viruses, algae and other organic materials. The light salt content in the water is beneficial for the skin - especially for people with chlorine sensitivity. The salinity is reduced to a minimum and is not comparable to sea water, which has a much higher salt concentration!

- "Casa Poggibonsi is an impeccably well maintained villa with expansive views of sea and sunrise from the roof terrace. A five minute walk to one of the prettiest beaches in Mallorca makes for a near perfect location. My wife and I stayed here for 7 days and had an excellent vacation experience. The owners were responsive to advance questions, efficient in completing locally required paperwork and provided clear directions from the airport, as well as detailed introduction to the house. We arrived late in the evening but again owners were flexible in providing late arrival, and Angelica who maintains the property was excellent. The Casa is truly a home. Modern, pristine, tastefully decorated and fully equipped at evey level, there was nothing extra needed. Instructions to operate all the kitchen equipment were available in multiple languages. It was too cold to use the pool, which is not heated, but it was cleaned while we were there and the water sparkled in the sun. My only reservervation for the property is that it may not be suitable for families with young children: lots of tile, steps and sharp corners, and frankly so impeccably maintained that one might be concerned with making a a mess. Two other personal concerns. First, I do not remember being informed that electricity was an additional cost. It was, and would be something to think about in the warm summer months with AC. We had the heating on most evenings. It cost an extra Euro 100. Second, providing a security deposit in cash if you are outside the eurozone is inconvenient. Again I appreciated the owners flexibility. Finally, a minor issue, but we never figured out how to get wifi upstairs. All in all, I would strongly reccomend this property, but especially for vacationing couples or families with older children. Thank you for making our stay in Mallorca comfortable and memorable."
