- "Had a number of family trips to Menorca and has always promised ourselves a stay at this adults only hotel. Wow, worth the wait, fantastic room with a balcony and harbour views, room comes with a fridge and a kettle with coffee machine. Large walk in shower. Staff were brilliant, very attentive, breakfast was very good, we didn’t eat there in the evenings as we wanted to try diffemrt restaurants along the harbour. Parking is a bit hit and miss but we always managed to park close to the entrance. Would highly recommend this place for a couples get away."

The room was basic but had all amenities and the large bed was comfortable. General areas and pools were good amenities but the standard of cleanliness everywhere was low. Fresh cooked food (in front of you) was good but food in self-serve areas was often cold and not tasty. CHEAP & CHIC is an authentic accommodation, an old house of three floors located in the heart of Ciutadella that we opened in 2013 after a comprehensive reform to turn it into a hostel without losing the essence of the traditional architecture of the island.

The space
La Cayena is located in the Casco Histórico de Ciutadella, therefore you can walk to all places. This provides great comfort at the time of sightseeing; and our rooms offer the same level of comfort.

We have preserved the traditional Menorcan architecture maintaining all its charm: seas, wide and whitewashed walls, high ceilings, doors and wooden beams.

All rooms are spacious and bright, and every corner is decorated with the care with which one adorns one's own home.

Each room has a unique personality and chromatic range, achieved with the art that Noe Fontanini has embodied on the doors and walls, to which we have added objects and textiles that we have found in our travels, lamps made of bamboo, Moroccan tables, Indian quilts. You can see a bohemian and traveler atmosphere.

The double rooms have a special charm, a single space where the bathrooms have great prominence, always creating open spaces, but without losing privacy.

The room, of 25 m², is equipped with a double bed with a super mattress that you will want to take to your home (many have done it). Also, there is a seating area with a small table, mini fridge, kettle and plunger coffee maker. All set up in case you want to have a drink in the room.

Very close to the hotel there is a large number of cafes and restaurants with take away service for all kinds of meals.
