The grounds are spectacular, the villa is one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever seen. The pool area was small and full of kids on lilos so we didn't use it, but the beach was 10 steps from the hotel so we just went there every day. The Boutique hotel is located in a large and old farmhouse built in the 15th century. In 2018 we restored the building by respecting the spirit of the location and providing comfortable spaces to our guests. Restauration was done with the support of local and specialized craftsmen. A fully-equipped shared kitchen is at the disposal of all guests. The shared kitchen is also located in the main building.

Other things to note
The room is on the first floor of the house, communicates with the common rooms through one of the stairs. The environment of the house lends itself to walks, excursions and enjoy the calm of the place.

They will clean  your room 5 times a week and we change your sheets every 5 days, we clean the common areas, and we won't bother you at all, so you have as much freedom as possible.
For your arrival you will receive a message the day before with all the information you need: location, access codes, room number, wifi code, etc., etc.,etc.,
You'll have a 24-hour guest phone for anything you may need.
No one will come to greet you, arrival and departure are autonomas.

In the accommodation it is mandatory to pay the tourist tax of 2.20€ per person per night, if it leaves without paying it, we will claim it by Airbnb and put it in the comment.

There is wifi but it is not very fast, in the old town there is not a lot of speed.

The cottage is the old farmer`s house around 50m away from the main building and hotel. The cottage has a sleeping room with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal. It has a private shower and toilet.

The cottage has two private terraces, one in the front, the other in the backyard.

The space
Our suites are located in a large and old farmhouse built in the 15th century. In 2018 we restored the building by respecting the spirit of the location and providing comfortable spaces to our guests. Restauration was done with the support of local and specialized craftsmen.

The Loft is one of our most charming apartments. It has a living room with a mezzanine with a double bed, a sleeping room with another double bed, and a private bathroom with shower. The Loft is situated in the main building. It has a separate entrance and a private terrace.

You'll have a 24-hour guest phone for anything you may need.
No one will come to greet you, arrival and departure are autonomas.

Our stately suite (la casa señorial) forms part of the main building where formerly the landlords of Son Mesquida Vell lived.

It has a spacious living room, two sleeping rooms and a bathroom with a shower. The stately suite has also a private balcony with beautiful views over the hilly landscape and the sea on the horizon.

In the first sleeping room there is one bed 1,60 x 2,00, in the other two beds 0,90 x 2,00 and in the living room a sofabed.
