Pro-active and extremely considerate. As an example, I arrived late on Thursday evening and even though I had missed dinner they offered to bring to my room some food. It consisted of a large and delicious salad, a charcuterie plate with cheese, bread rolls and fruit. Then on the day of my departure, as I was leaving very early they offered me an early breakfast. Their attention to service was impeccable. As for the room the bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness was 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend it. "

All of the staff were brilliant - from reception to pool bar / restaurant to the cleaners. Most friendly and helpful. Overall great value for such a lovely hotel. When returning to Majorca in the future, the CM Mallorca Palace will be on our list to stay again."

Huge hotel so split across a few buildings (roads separating them are no issue even with kids), clean, friendly staff, safe, daily kids club amazing, about 6 different pools!
