Pro-active and extremely considerate. As an example, I arrived late on Thursday evening and even though I had missed dinner they offered to bring to my room some food. It consisted of a large and delicious salad, a charcuterie plate with cheese, bread rolls and fruit. Then on the day of my departure, as I was leaving very early they offered me an early breakfast. Their attention to service was impeccable. As for the room the bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness was 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend it. "

A car is needed if you’d like to explore the island but there are bicycles available to guests at no additional charge that can be used to travel to the nearby beaches. A lady at reception helped organise my shuttle home which was really kind. Food was fresh and tasty, not as many options as other all inclusive buffets I have had but the food was really nice. Good selection of all inclusive drinks. Some you do have to pay for. Nice outdoor area with good sun coverage throughout the day. My main criticism of the stay is the rooms aren’t soundproofed very well and you can hear neighbours TV, closing the heavy curtains and talking. However, the staff (short blond women and the tall/skinny guy) in the dinning room were in the combat mode rather in the service mode. We brought the breakfast and dinner package via Expedia, but no one mentioned to us any drink wasn’t part of the package although it’s the buffet. They neither presented the list of the drinks nor asked English speaking staff for help, instead speaking Spanish so loudly in the dinning room and I was literally asked if we had money, in English. NOT ACCEPTABLE. To put things in perspective, since we don’t drink, the cost for the drinks were about 5 Euro, like the cost to one ice cream. This were on for 3 dinners out 5. They need to be retrained. Clearly, there was a language barrier, but more importantly it was the attitude, as we travel around the world, language barrier becomes much less issue nowadays. "

We had a pleasant holiday and stayed for 11 days. Everything from check in to the check out went smooth, due to the very friendly personnel. Location is nice, the beach is directly across the pool, two beach lounges sun shade for the day cost 14€, small saves for your belongings included. Half board was nice, breakfast and dinner were always in the nice buffet restaurant. As we are following a vegan diet, it was a little harder for us to find a lot, but we did not suffer :). Breakfast could have had a little more variety, very many meat options and mostly everything else with cheese on top or similar, so for this it was mostly bread (nice variety though) tomatoes/jam. There are plant based milk options plus cereal though. Dinner was noticeably better though! Sometimes very nice options with vegetable paella or plant based curry, but nit always very clearly labeled, so beware of that. Service was perfect. Very friendly. Pool area was nice, nothing unexpected and due to being adult-only - very quiet. Animation program was not our taste moste of the time, maybe more for an older audience, although also nice, and you could see that they made an effort to entertain ;). Lots of possibilities for drinks and food in the area, Gelats Garau for vegan ice! Very much a recommendation! All in all, a very pleasant stay and we would come back."
