- "Fabulous" - "2 days in Soller to start off our Majorca road trip. Place was lovely and host wast very nice. Unfortunately we had a problem with the safe which we brought to her attention but was not rectified. Fridge in room was very noisy, I thought there was a storm outside. All in all I would stay again. Breakfast was delicious, yoghurt, bread with avocado, jams, very Mallorcan. Parking was easy when booked ahead. " - "Unfortunately some issues at this hotel, the shower bracket was not connected to the wall (Did not use shower after my wife due to risk of it collapsing), dirt was been blown into the bathroom from the extractor fan & there was a noisy fridge in the room which interrupted our sleep. The black out curtain did not cover the whole window. No reduction in rate was offered despite these issues. "

A Spacious double room with mountain views, two bathrooms with shower, a living room with bed-sofa, new kitchen and a patio with furniture, offers you comfort and peace in a relaxed atmosphere.

Guest access
A little house of two floors, located in a seperated building across our home, offers you a family atmosphere in a independent space. The first part of the patio is for the guest, to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather of Mallorca.

Other things to note
We have a dog, a Labrador. very friendly and with children no problem (we have 2 daughters of 5 and 6 years). The dog is not able to enter the patio in front of the guesthouse nor the guesthouse.

The space
The small casita has been lovingly renovated and is located in a Mediterranean garden with numerous seating areas and pool access. The pool is partially, but rarely by the hosts.
The small kitchen offers everything you need for a delicious meal outdoors. The small living room with sofa bed and small dining area is small, as is the bedroom, but with high ceilings and wonderful views.
The casita is elevated, but also in the village, so you can hear the sounds of the village and also the wildlife (chickens, dog barking, etc.). Mediterranean village life at its best :-)

This small cottage is located in the sunny and quiet area of Sa Figuera in Port de Sóller, at only 20 minutes walk to the beach, 3 minutes by car. The cottage is well equipped and totally renovated offering nice outdoor space and access to a shared pool. It is part of a larger property with two more cottages so the pool area is shared but each cottage has its own outdoor space. Plenty of parking area. Property is enclosed and secured. A dream place to relax or a good base for hiking.
