The town is small and there's not much to do, but for us, who were eager to explore the Tramontana hills, it was a perfect base. This charming and renovated inn is a hidden gem with only 5 rooms, managed by a friendly Mallorcan family: Pau and Diego were the BEST hosts! The room was cozy and had views of the west Mallorcan sea with beautiful sunsets. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast was generous and delicious every morning, with fresh orange juice from their garden. Banyalbufar is an ideal starting point for spectacular hikes in the Tramuntana Mountains, especially in autumn and spring. You can walk straight into the mountains from our property. The long-distance hiking trail GR221, the "dry stone route", passes close to the house and, well signposted, leads to various circular routes of various lengths, which always open up new, wonderful views.

- "We had the most wonderful week in this beautiful property. The finca itself is rustic, quirky and characterful, with super comfy beds, but the jewel in the crown of this very special place is the outdoor space and sea views. It is nestled towards the top of a hill and is very private and peaceful. The garden is devine, with lots of mature planting, including oleander and gorgeous palm trees and the views…well, they are stunning. All around you have the most magnificent views of the beautiful blue sea. We could look at that all day long. It was like a different world and really relaxing and restorative. Things to note would be that the hill to the house is rather steep (but not too long), the road to the house is narrow in a car, but not a problem once you have got used to it and ants will appear if any food is left out (solution is to put all food in the fridge and don’t leave anything out). None of this would put us off, we just mention these as things to note. The owner Anna was exceptional in her correspondence, always including a great amount of detail and helpful information. We never normally return to the same accommodation, but this was so incredible and magical for us, we definitely hope to return before too long. We had just the best time! Thank you Anna for letting us stay."

The local beach a few blocks away is rocky and was covered with seaweed, but the views and nearby trails are both incredible (meaning, there are certainly better beaches on the island, but it is a great location to go walking, running and exploring while enjoying breathtaking views.) One day we walked out the front door, down the road and hiked a coastal trail to Banyalbufar for lunch. A treat to be able to have such a fun adventure right at our doorstep. My entire family gives this lovely home our highest recommendation and we hope to return there ourselves one day. - "We had a blast staying at this house and exploring the village and surrounding areas. My partner and I got engaged while hanging out in the pool and overlooking the ocean. It was breathtaking. My only gripe was having service/cleaning people show up right at 10 AM on the day of our departure. It was jarring to feel forced out and we would have liked a little later check out time for the amount we spent to stay there for four nights. The house could also use some new furniture. Its really outdated and the sofa has some holes in it and just makes you sweat when sitting on it. The beds in the secondary bedrooms are just single beds pushed together. A queen bed or two would go a long way towards making people feel like they are getting their moneys worth. Otherwise a great stay in a beautiful house."

The view the pool and everything was amazing!" - "Group of six (two couples, two singles) booked this for 4 nights. Was described as 4BR mansion.The good: Absolutely gorgeous location, stunning sea & coastal views, loved the peace and quiet over Banyalbufar. Stone exterior of house is really cool. Pool and patio are a 10, such a great place to return to each afternoon and lounge around watching the sunset. Loved those vibes. Kitchen was quite usable for cooking meals, & living room was comfortable for lounging - has a small smart TV that somehow streamed fine despite the rest of the WiFi not working (see below). Slow Villas staff was friendly, responsive & accommodating - they helped us out when our flight cancelled last minute resulting in us arriving to Palma after hours.The bad: its really not a 4BR mansion, its a 2BR/2BA apartment on the ground floor of a mansion, with a detached annex that has 1BR/1BA and a tiny uncomfortable sofabed in the entry area. Not ideal for our group, the guy who drew the short straw had some pretty sleepless nights. The whole thing is fairly dated - which is fine, it’s an old house - but mostly just in need of a bit of love and maintenance. Long-term water damage/mold, discolored/peeling paint, flickering cold fluorescent lights. Wifi was weak and wasn’t really usable (except for tv streaming), which was unfortunate as one of our party needed to stay in contact with work back home. There’s a bit of lack of attention to detail. With some effort, this place could be great."

- "The overall location of the village in the mountains where this house is located is amazing. The house is very close to the village centre in a nice place. The house suited us well as a family of 5. The AC unit was on the third (top) level of the house but it did manage to cool the rest of the house to a level that we found comfortable when the internal doors were left open. Outside was over 30 degC most days in our August stay. Everything was clean. We felt the kitchen could have been a bit better equiped. The kitchen, etc are not modern but that suited us just fine. The correspondence from the company that manages the house was in German. We had to cut and paste into Google Translate, which worked well enough though. We had to pay the tourist tax and a 200 Euro deposit to the local agent, which is always a pain. The parking space was very useful. Like most of the mountainous areas, parking and driving is in very narrow spaces. We had a medium sized car, which was really the maximum you could have. The view from the top floor terrace was beautiful. We loved the location. We liked the house and would happily stay there again."

- "The home itself is lovely and it’s a great location. The property manager was kind and communicative. The only issues we had were that the house was missing a few basics — including hand soap, dish soap — and there was no WiFi. WiFi isn’t listed as an amenity, so it’s our fault for not noticing that, but I think it should be stated more clearly on the listing as we’ve never had WiFi be unavailable at a rental. (It meant we had to incur extra costs on cell data.) Overall would recommend!"

We will gladly recommend the models that are suitable and where to find them.

Outside the villa features a 15 mt heated pool, a nice garden and a spacious deck with sunbeds and umbrellas,a table tennis, a covered dining area with table and chairs, also a BBQ is available to prepare meals together.

Two room has double beds and measures 28 m2, the other two measures 22mq one with a double bed, the other with two single (beds can be joined together).

This estate offer the chance to have Catering service (full board) daily breakfast and lunch/dinner for 6 nights, during the stay, all drinks are included in the service.
It’s possible also the use the food shipping service, directly at home for a fee of €50,00 or call a private chef for a unique dinner in the Villa with a pre booking request (from 75 euros per guest - min 8 guests ).

Close to the Villa it can be used a tennis court with raquets and balls, complete the property a big car parking.
