- "Pure Salt Adriano was an excellent choice for our Mallorca trip. It is located ~20-30mins west of Palma at Port Adriano. Right next to the hotel there is a bay where you can enjoy many different types of food and also near the hotel there is Santa Ponsa where you can enjoy local restaurants as well. As far as the room is concerned. It was very clean and modern looking and our view was exceptional as we can look out the balcony and there was port adriano right in front of us. Service was exceptional as well, everyone working at the hotel was very courteous and spoke many languages so there was no issue with communication (as we did not speak Spanish). Our stay included the breakfast and their breakfast was soo good. You have to try their peach juice and croissant (also jamon con melon)! We stayed there 3 nights and I felt that was too short and left wishing wanting to stay more. If we ever visit Mallorca, we will definitely check out this hotel again! Anyone visiting Mallorca, you won’t regret if you give this place a try!"

- "Excellent friendly staff and great food." - "The staff are the star of the show at this hotel. Always so attentive and enthusiastic! When we checked in the staff were lovely, when we go to eat always a welcoming smile and when we joined fitness classes they had such knowledge and provided an encouraging atmosphere. Staff at the restaurant were always working hard, chatting with customers, clearing tables, cleaning spills and replenishing food. The pool area could be an issue for families wanting to sit together as the classic British holiday culture of reserving sun beds is in full effect, no worries for us as a short scenic walk away were some out of the way quiet beaches which we prefer anyway. I understand why there was no more sunbeds put in the main area as they use the space for entertainment. Which is great! Always something new and engaging for children and adults alike. I really enjoyed the food at the hotel! Plenty of salads and tasty vegetables which we loved. Considering we were there for a week, everyday I found something easily to eat and enjoy. Fish was great too. Goofy and lolo were the names I’ve remembered (sorry I couldn’t name anymore, everyone was great) who had great energy and enthusiasm and truly worked so hard. We had a great room location overlooking the sea and our room was very spacious, the AC did make a noise but did the job! The decor and general upkeep of the areas such as hallways, stairs and lifts could be updated but hardly a complaint. Thank you to the team, they deserve a pay rise!"

- "We had an excellent stay having been delayed and the 24hour reception available here really helps. Having no lift is an issue but the guy on reception took our cases to our room … and the manager Georgina arranged for them to be collected when we left. The place is spotless with everyday service. You have to go prepared with a multiple adaptor plug as sockets are at a premium. The aircon is good and the shower acceptable. Breakfast is plentiful and there was a good choice of fruit. As is often the case in Spain 🇪🇸 the bacon was underdone. 8/10 though . The pool area is 5* and the bar service there to 6pm excellent. Recent price reviews give you very realistic drink rates and we could always get a sun bed. Towels are free although a €10 deposit per person is required. The manager Georgina is a very positive person and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

- "In a great place to find everything you want " - "Landed late and arrived at the hotel around 1am. We were welcomed by a night receptionist called Nick. We were really tired so Nick managed to check us in no time and while doing it he explained about all hotel facilities, the things to do in the area in detail, literally everything that we wanted to know. Once checked in, without even asking he helped us with the luggage and came with us all the way to the room to make sure everything was ok. Hats off to Nick for the great welcoming and all the help from him! 5 star service! Our stay at the hotel was great! Nice and quiet place, really clean and organised. Housekeeping lady Elena was also looking after the guests really well ensuring everything was spotless clean. I was surprised when I went to our room after breakfast and found all my t-shirts that were all over the room neatly folded neatly. 5 star service in a 3 star hotel. Breakfast was as you would expect for a 3/4 star hotel, variety of food and desserts. Couldn't complaint at all. Swimming pool was really clean and looked after. During the day there is a bar so food and drinks were not missed. Location is great, 3-4 min walk and you are the beach which is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Front office staff during the day was polite, but they didn't speak much English which wasn't great as it was a bit difficult to communicate. I would highly recommend this hotel and the area in general! "

The staff were lovely and the pool always clean with plenty of sunbeds. The rooms were basic but absolutely fine, the pillows a little hard but not a problem. We didn't have any accessibility issues and so the many steps leading to the shops and beach were not a problem, the exercise was probably needed! The strip is a bit touristy, lots of restaurants and we hired a boat on one day for €210 for four hours and it was fantastic! Snorkeling with the fish and sailing the sea! My children made some lovely friends and bought some beautiful clothes from the local shops. All in all, a wonderful family holiday we will treasure"

- "The pirate shows went down well with the kids" - "We combined pool/beach and sightseeing vacation for a family including a 5 y.o. and that worked well for us. The pools and slides and entertainment were perfect for him. Can walk to the beach while stopping at numerous souvenir shops or restaurants on the way. The buffet food was Ok but since we did not plan to be there all the day long, we did not do all inclusive. Local food was way better and tastier somewhere else. Noticed majority of the guests had the orange "all-inclusive" badges meaning they likely stayed on the property all the time? I would not do it unless you have kids under maybe 8 y.o. and not interested to see anything else on the island (which has lots of other exciting things to see and do!) The room was generally comfy and very clean, but the kitchen stuff was very old. Cracked plastic on the kettle, rust on the fridge etc. I think this hotel could spend just a little bit to update fridge/stove/kettle/microwave in the rooms and that would go a long way. Supermarket just a block away kitchen (even the old one :) ) made quick breakfasts very easy for us. Tip for parking: enough free street parking just around the block near the supermarket. Had no safety concerns. Long walk from the elevator to most of the rooms, with many corners making it difficult to move with your bags, just an FYI. Caution they wash the floor outside every morning and don't put any warnings! Out 5 y.o. fell the first morning, thanks god he was Ok. "

Living and sleeping areas are designed to be open. A gallery leads to the double bed. On this level you will find the comfortable bathroom with toilet, sink, bathroom cabinet, with bath, shower, washing machine. Below then the kitchen with a dining table by the window, on the right side you can make yourself comfortable on the blue sofa, a pleasant place to watch TV (flat screen). Jackets and coats can be found right behind the glass door in the open wardrobe, for your suitcase content is a large closet with shelves and sliding doors available.

The latest heating technology with infrared on the ceiling awaits you. The open kitchen is equipped with everything one likes to have on vacation: Large fridge with freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, sep. Your cozy vacation home is located on a hill of Santa Ponsa in a quiet villa area. Here you live in dreamlike quiet surrounded by a grown, tropical garden in the middle of a lot of green and are nevertheless in a few minutes on the beach, on the golf course, in the heart of Santa Ponsa with its stores and restaurants. Ideal for a vacation where you want to have short distances to all possible vacation activities, but away from the tourist hustle and bustle also want to enjoy peace and relaxation.

You live on a spacious plot of 1,200sqm, which offers a pool area and a beautiful garden area, as well as a variety of seating areas for sunbathing and relaxing around the house, so that even as a family there is a retreat for everyone. The house itself is of single-story construction. The entire property is separated by a wall or fence and has a radio controlled gate entrance.

The living area is 160sqm and includes a large living and dining room with veranda and a modern kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The large master bedroom has its own small dressing area as well as a bathroom with window en suite. The two smaller bedrooms share the second , also equipped with window, bathroom.

In the large living room with floor-to-ceiling patio doors you will find a spacious dining table as well as a comfortable sofa corner by the fireplace. However, if you prefer to sit outside, in summer you will surely have your favorite place on our large covered veranda, which is adorned by a large bougainvillea. Enjoy the sunsets from there.

Our house is a non-smoking house, although smoking is allowed outside. However, we ask that you keep the indoor areas smoke free. The pool (9.00m x 4.50m) is a salt water pool and has a two meter wide shallow water area on one side for chilling out and sunbathing. The terrace and pool area was completely renovated in 2021. Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children should be over six years old and able to swim.

Also please note that such a property cannot do without regular maintenance. Our gardener, in addition to a clean garden, also pays attention to the water quality and cleans the pool in the summer. Therefore, it is essential that twice a week our gardener enters the garden. We try to adjust the times according to your wishes, but this is not always possible. However, we try to ensure that you are disturbed as little as possible.

Arrivals are possible from Monday to Saturday. On arrival the house can be occupied from 4 pm. On the day of departure, check-out is at 10 am. Arrivals after 9 pm are only possible by arrangement.
