Our property in Deia, “Son Jazmin”, is a unique detached villa with a private heated swimming pool. (pool heating included from April to first Saturday in November) Set in an idyllic elevated location with spectacular sea and mountain views, yet within walking distance of the centre of Deia. Featuring beautifully furnished accommodation, exposed beams, air conditioned bedrooms, oil fired central heating and a cosy log burner for the winter months.
Electronic gates (controlled by remote) lead to the driveway and large garage with parking for a second car.
The comfortable living area is on the first floor with satellite LG Flat Screen TV. Freeview channels, free WI-FI and a Bose Sound Touch 20 Bluetooth Music System you can connect to your phone and play your own choice of music. A fully fitted kitchen featuring Miele built-in appliances Silestone worktops, Bosh American style fridge freezer with chilled filtered water and ice maker, island unit with induction hob and views out to the Mediterranean. There is also a cloak room and coats cupboard.

Beautiful house behind the es moli hotel , quiet and peaceful.. 4 double rooms air conditioning in the downstairs of the house and in the main bedroom upstairs.

Entrance to open plan living space consisting of living room with open fire place and sofas on each side, dinning area for 6 with french glass windows over looking mountain and sea views . Off living area the Master bedroom with four poster bed and glass doors to front terrace and on right of this another Double room between the two a shared bathroom with walk in shower wc and sink. Two stairs up on separate level a modern fully equipped kitchen. Large glass back doors with outside sitting/ sun bathing area and path to bbq and outside dinning al fresco. Path to salt pool area and sun bathing. Outside shower & wc and sink area . kitchen is not big but well equipped for gourmet lunches and dinners,, dishwasher, microwave, oven fridge freezer. . the house is next to the tennis court which you can hire via Es Moli hote, also a really quick 25 min walk to the beach to the infamous Cala Deai (night manager.

The natural stone house is located in the middle of a large beautiful garden, by inviting you to refresh a small stone pool.
From the property you have a fantastic view over the village of Deia's bowling with his church, which is illuminated at night and the beautiful Tramuntana mountains and a distant sea view in Cala Deia.
Despite the few minutes that the house is from the center, the garden offers a fully protected from prying eyes, quiet place to relax.
The house has two bedrooms equipped with double beds and each has a bathroom. The lovingly and individually furnished house offers a genuinely original architecture bright and spacious living spaces. Through various levels of the garden, it offers a lot of hidden corners in the garden.
Through a beautiful hiking trail to reach the Bay of Deia in about 15 minutes.

A beautifully traditional constructed villa with one of the most beautiful sea and mountain views in the world "Quote from Robert Trussel Lexington, Kentucky USA". Deia - Andrew Lloyd-Webber, one of our neighbors, wrote an article in the Times that Deia had, in his opinion, the best cuisine and restaurants in the Mediterranean. There are at least 4 world class restaurants in Deia, most of them within walking distance from the villa. The property is furnished to an exceptionally high standard, with Tempur-pedic matresses on all king sized beds and offering the perfect blend of true Mediterranean living with all modern requirements.
The private salted pool ( can be heated with an extra cost ) with nice steps into the shallow ends is bordered by a large terrace and mature peaceful gardens. The property, main house and guest house, is set in private gated land where you will find many palm, olive and endemic trees.
Of particular note is the large terrace that extends across the front of the whole property offering various seating and sun worshipping spots as well as a great outdoor BBQ area.
Please note that the prices shown are for the rent of the main house and guest house. ( max. 10 adults and 2 children under 12 ).

" Ca'n Dofí " or dolphin house (yes they are sometimes spotted) is Idyllically situated in Cala Deia with cliff top views and direct access to the crystal clear bay and the No1 restaurant in the Med where you can enjoy fresh fish and chilled wine at the waters edge as featured in The Night Manager...Ca's Patró March.
This old fishermans Finca is a much loved family home with fabulous mountain and coastal views and perfect peace and tranquility. The main house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all spacious and beautifully equipped with three terraces and breathtaking views of the bay. The third bedroom, a light and airy studio (double bed and en suite) is below the main terrace with separate access and also wonderful sea views and a desk area.
This means the house is perfect for a total of 6 persons and a wonderful base for hiking, kayaking, swimming, sightseeing or just relaxing!!

The house has the traditional Mallorcan high ceilings, wooden beams and terracotta floors, is furnished to a very high standard and decorated with artwork from local artists. Only 5 minutes walk from Deia centre and 20 min walking to Cala Deia Beach. Outside BBQ, table tennis, and gym.
- "We were so lucky to find this villa and stayed for a week there for our vacation in Deia. I don't know where to begin with. I think Deià is one of the most beautiful and peaceful parts of the entire island. The villa is situated in a sought-after area and has a breathtaking Mediterranean sea view. So picturesque. It was like a dream to wake up every morning in the villa, to open the window, and feel the comfortable sea breathe on me. There were everything we needed in the villa. We had breakfast on the terrace, swimming in the oversized pool, going down to Cara Deià. There were two restaurants in Cara Deià. The parking spaces are limited by the beach, but we always could get a spot before 12 p.m. We stayed in the beach club for a day for a change. Deià is not a big town, but there are a lot of restaurants ( casual to fine dining ), cafes, boutiques, art galleries, bike rentals, a pharmacy, and a few grocery shops within a 10-minute walk from the villa. We enjoyed great local foods and wines in the restaurants. We had an amazing Italian chef in the villa for a night and romantic dinners in fine restaurants in the town and nearby. The owner Rosa was a very kind, friendly, and sweet person. We had a concierge service too. Andrea helped us book restaurants, a beach club, a boat charter, a grocery, a chef in the villa, and even a massage in the villa. He made our vacation stress-free and even more memorable. One week was not enough! We can't wait to return."

Lovely house looking towards the Tramuntana mountains, terraced olive groves and a magical view of the iconic Deia church. The gorgeous infinity pool and new wooden jacuzzi for star gazing at night are truly stunning in their surroundings (The wooden Jacuzzi will be installed by April 7th). It is an old Mallorcean house with beautiful rustic charm and original features. There is a sweet garden of oranges, lemons, cherries, jasmine, roses and more. The large terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy meals and spend evenings gazing at the view. There is also a balcony and covered patio. Inside there is one bedroom downstairs (2 single beds), the kitchen, living room with original fireplace and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs there is the master bedroom (1 King Bed) to the left, through and behind which is a room with 1 Queen bed that can be used to sleep a child or two if parents would like to be near by. A baby cot is also available. To the right, there is one bedroom also with two single beds and a further bedroom with 1 King Bed and its own large balcony. To access the far bedroom one must either go through the middle bedroom or there is a separate entrance to the balcony with steps leading down to the garden and kitchen patio. The house is cosy and was recently acquired along with all the furniture and belongings of the previous owners. All will be updated with time and for now it is charming, comfortable and has a very sweet happy feeling. Everyone sleeps very well here on the new extremely comfortable beds and super soft sheets. The property is 15mins walk or a couple of minutes drive into the village centre and one can walk 25mins down through olive groves to the beach or else it is a 10min drive. The entire coast is filled with rustic beach coves and lots of spectacular hiking can be done along the coast and up in the mountains. There are a few wonderful extra activities that can be arranged with the owner in advance. An unforgettable boat trip can be arranged to take you to magical blue caves and a stunning paella restaurant that can only be reached by boat. There is a massage table at the house and at home massages can also be arranged. We also have local chefs who can help with preparing meals if you wish and cleaning ladies for extra optional cleaning. There are many wonderful restaurants, gallery exhibits, a museum, the Robert Graves house, the church and other exciting things to explore. The property manager can help you with any questions you may have.

If for some reason, like all technical equipment there are unforeseen reasons it is not working during your stay we will do our best to fix it, however, no refund will be made. The house was originally built in the historic village of Deia over 300 years ago, which makes it a perfect hideaway during summer as it always stays fresh and cool. The property benefits from panoramic views of the village and the towering mountains and, unlike many other properties in Deia, this one enjoys sun from morning until evening hours.
The house is distributed in two floors:
On the ground floor we can find the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils for those looking to enjoy some cooking time together with family and/or friends. The kitchen is an open space next to the dining area and living room, equipped with a flat TV screen with international channels as well as Wi-fi available throughout the whole house. From the kitchen area, there is a door leading to the jewel of the house, a magnificent terrace with wooden and built-in furniture, cushions and armchairs all ready to help you submerge in the peaceful Tramuntana vibe. Ideal space for long lunch/dinners with family or friends enjoying the views together with some tasty local food and drinks.
On the ground floor we find a bedroom with two single beds, nice window with lots of light, and an en suite bathroom with shower, sink and a toilet. There is also a common bathroom with a sink and a toilet on the ground floor too.
On the upper floor we will find 2 bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms. The master bedrooms is a large space with beautiful furniture and plenty of details, an en suite bathroom with a bath, sink and toilet, a lovely kingsize bed and a private terrace with two sun loungers and panoramic views.
On this floor we also find a cozy room with a double bed, en suite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and toilet and a large window with wonderful views.
The outdoor spaces are found in different levels, something usual in houses located in this part of the island, where most of the terrain is sloping, giving us several unique areas with table and chairs, sun loungers, shaded areas etc, where each can find its own personal relaxing space.

Tower located on the edge of a cliff with panoramic views of the sea and the Cala de Deià. This peculiar construction is a studio (loft bed) with all the necessary amenities to enjoy the unbeatable views of the sea and mountains. The tower has several terraces from which you can see the sea and the mountains. The tower is located on a large estate, between centuries-old olive trees and pine trees, on the walking route (GR221) from the Port of Sóller to Deia. From the tower you can walk between paths to the town or the cove. The outer space of the tower has a small fenced Mediterranean garden, has space for a car.

This is one of the very few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path.

The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater.
You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours.
It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted.
My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!!

A car is a definite must- it’s a windy 2 miles or so into town- lots of great restaurants there.. we sadly didn’t get to eat at the restaurant a short hike down the hill bc it was not yet open due to it being low season. Make sure you download the pdf prior to going so you can have all of the directions at your fingertips! We wished we could have stayed longer and thoroughly enjoyed Deia."

Set in a tranquil location, just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Deia in the Tramuntana mountains UNESCO heritage area, Can Jolie is a traditional-style 4 bedroom villa, with magnificent sea views from all main rooms, a salt water pool, multiple outdoor dining and lounge areas, and air conditioning in all bedrooms.
The main floor has a spacious 37m2 living / dining room which comfortably seats 8 guests at the dining table and in the sofas. The large well equipped kitchen has oven, microwave, wine fridge, filter-coffee and Nespresso coffee machines. A terrace with splendid sea views and outdoor lounge area for 8 people with retractable sunshades faces north-west and is an ideal spot for hanging out during the day enjoying a cooling sea-breeze, or for kicking off the evening with an apero whilst enjoying the spectacular views of sunsets over the ocean. An outdoor dining table in front of the kitchen seats 8 and has a gas grill. Spend hours here just gazing out to sea or spotting the yachts coming in and out of Cala Deia.
The upper floor features 2 bedrooms of 18m2, each with a 180cm bed and direct access to the pool terrace. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower / toilet and walk-in closet, whilst the second bedroom has a separate shower / toilet. If you need to work, there is a small desk and two computer screens available.
The pool terrace is at the back of the house with views to the surrounding mountains and a glimpse of the sea, and a small garden with olive trees. Take a refreshing swim in the 4x7m salt water pool to start your day, hang out in the 8 sunbeds, take your morning coffee in the sofa or armchairs next to the pool as the sun rises above the mountains, or enjoy the shade at the small table under the oak tree with wonderful sea views of the Cala Deia bay.
The lower floor features 2 further bedrooms each of 15m2, a shared bathroom with shower/toilet, and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms have direct access to a small patio in front of the house facing the sea. One bedroom features a 180cm double bed and a mini-kitchenette with 2 cooking rings, a fridge, tea cooker and a Nespresson coffee machine, the other bedroom has a 160cm bed. These rooms can also access the pool terrace via outside stairways up either side of the house or of course from the inside stairs.
The house has off-road parking space for 2 cars, 500MB Wifi, large TV screen to connect to laptop, and a full central heating system for the cooler months.
There are six yoga mats, a stand up paddle board and two bikes good for short local rides or grocery shopping. Pop down to the Cala for a quick swim or head into Deia to pick up croissants for breakfast!

Villa Gem is a luxury property designed by Thomas Urquijo, one of the most famous designers in Spain.
The villa is located on the outskirts of Deia and is part of an estate of 13 hectares of rustic land surrounded by the Sierra Tramontana, with orange, grapefruit and olive trees, and from here you will enjoy stunning views over the sea and the landscape.
This recently refurbished stone house is hidden on a mountain top above Llucalcari overlooking the sea, just a short drive up the hill from Deia and the beach of Cala Deia. It is just a short drive from the village where you will find a good choice of shops and restaurants.

Son Rullan is a former Templar monastery of the SIXV, located in the tramuntana of Mallorca, in Deia.
It is a building with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms.
The house maintains its original structure, with large white spaces of plaster and lime. The rooms are double and maintain the essence of the space with simple decorations of the time.

The apartment does not have central heating. It is heated using the two aircon/heating fans, plus we have an electric radiator. During the Summer you won't need heating. If coming when it's cooler, we advise also bringing warmer clothes just in case.

The house itself has been completely renovated but has maintained its traditional Mediterranean charm with original features dating back to its build. Wooden beamed ceilings, stone exterior and an authentic stairwell combined with white washed walls and contemporary decor creates a most charming ambiance.
A stoney cobbled alley takes guests up to the entrance via a glass archway door and into the open plan lounge.
The lounge shares its space with the dining area and is composed of a sofa, chairs, coffee table, cosy lighting, TV, mirror, AC and a round dining table seating 4 guests. The dining area also has access to a little ground floor patio with pretty plants, shrubberies and a lemon tree. Visiting Deià from May to October is very popular and much sought-after. The large number of cars makes it very difficult to find a parking space, especially during the day.
However, you can go to the village hall during public opening hours (in the morning) to obtain a parking card to park in the white and yellow zones (not permitted in the blue zones or “Acire”) for a flat fee of €20, whatever the length of your stay.
In the drawer on the right as you enter, you will find a form to fill in to obtain this card.

Located in the heart of the village, it enjoys both privacy and spectacular views of the village and mountains.
Access is by foot, approximately 75 meters from the road where you can park (all guests will be given a parking permit). The fully equipped kitchen is unusual in that it has an indoor barbecue. The living room/dining room has an open fireplace. The house is decorated with antiques and paintings. The 2 terraces are designed for lounging and alfresco dining, all with breathtaking views.

The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an indoor barbecue, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric cooker, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. There is also a small antique table (made of olive wood) with 2 chairs.
Utility Room:
In the utility room, there is a sink, a washing machine and a separate cloak room that includes a sink and wc.
Living Rooms:
In the living room, there is a sofa, 2 antique chairs, a games table, various games and puzzles, a TV for DVDs, a music system for CDs and cassettes, plus an assortment of DVDs and music tapes. The dining table sits 6 people, but can be extended.

Outdoors, there is a machine room, built into the hill, that houses the boiler and clothes dryer.

Linens and towels are changed weekly, but are for internal use only. The house is cleaned on a weekly basis.

The most spectacular views of the Serra de Tramuntana: the mountains on one side and the sea on the other, with the beautiful image of La Foradada in the background. Nice house in the middle of an extensive green plot full of olive trees, very close to Deià and Valldemossa.
The space
The house is built in typical Mallorcan style, with a stone facade on a large plot full of old and beautiful Mediterranean olive trees. Outside there is a 4 x 9 m pool equipped with sun loungers and shade area. There's also a portable barbecue and a ping pong table. The best, the spectacular ocean view and its incredible sunsets.
The rooms are distributed on one floor: 1 double room with double bed, 2 double rooms with two beds each and two bathrooms.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic stove, ceramic stove, oven, oven, coffee maker, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, water heater, etc.
The living-dining room has direct access to a covered terrace ideal for eating or dining with the sea in the background.

This house is one of the most beautiful and authentic examples of rural architecture in Mallorca. It is a magnificent work carried out within the purely Mallorcan architectural parameters, with the incorporation of Italian Mannerist aesthetics, which timidly arrived on the island at the end of the 16th century.
This encounter, along with the few subsequent interventions, and thanks to the conservation and restoration carried out by the well-known Mallorcan painter Juan Miralles, who inhabited the house until 2003 and who created a large part of his pictorial work in it, has resulted in the house being preserved to this day as one of the most outstanding examples of Mallorcan architecture from the 17th century.
The main portal communicates with a paved vestibule with a beam roof, endowed with a geometric pattern made from slabs and pebbles; to the right is the chapel, limited by an iron gate; the oratory is presided over by a neo-gothic altarpiece with a standing Virgin, in neo-romanesque style; the altar shows a convex antependium in whose center is the Christogram. It is interesting to note that the private oratory of Son Forcimany is already documented in 1762.
In 1611, the Genoese Cesare Faccio sold it to Joan Antonio Forcimanya, from whom it took its name; the new owner carried out significant reforms that lasted until 1618 (the date on which we find the Forcimanya coat of arms - tower and rampant lion - on the outer portal). In the 18th century, it passed into the hands of the Visconti, originally from Milan.
In the 19th century (1830), it was acquired by Don Guillem Cardell; his descendants remain the custodians to this day. Do not miss the opportunity to visit its olive press, "tafona" in Mallorcan, one of the oldest and best-preserved on the island.

Charming 4&1/2 bedroom house with lovely views of the iconic Deia church and Tramuntana mountains. Beautiful infinity Pool and outdoor wooden Jacuzzi. 15-20 mins walk to the village & 25-30mins through the olive groves to the beach. Deia is full of great restaurants & character.
The space
The house is beautifully rustic and magical with superb beds and super soft sheets. The old fashioned fireplace is a gem to sit in in the winter, along with the new wooden jacuzzi just outside.
There is one Downstairs Bedroom with 2 single beds. Upstairs you will find the Master Bedroom with a large king bed. Behind the Master is the Attic Bedroom with a queen bed, (best reserved for children or close friends as one needs to walk through the Master to access it). To the right you will find two bedrooms, the first being the Middle Bedroom with 2 single beds which one must go through to get the the Terrace Bedroom with another large king bed. However the Terrace bedroom also has its own access via the balcony and stairs just outside.
Other things to note
The beautiful wooden jacuzzi is offered as a wonderful extra, but as with all such technical equipment, if there are any unforeseen problems with it, no discount will be made. Chances are, it should run smoothly and be a wonderful addition.
Please note that unless otherwise agreed with the owner under certain circumstances, like a convenient back to back booking, there is a 175 euro charge per bookings made that are less than 5 nights. There is also a new Spanish tourist tax of 3 euros per person per night. The owner will also request passport photos of everyone staying prior to arrival due to new Spanish regulations.
After the check in time is agreed, if guests are late, there will be an 18 euro per hour wait charge payable directly to Elena. Check ins later than 7pm incur a 50 euro fee. Check ins after 10pm incur a 75 euro fee. After midnight would be 100e if the host is able to accomodate it. If available an earlier or late check in can be requested at a fee of 50 euros.
The house is for up to 8 adults and 2 children (16 and under).
Please respect the property, its belongings and neighborhood. Any damage or breakage to objects will incur fees through airbnb and the House Rules stipulate no partying or loud noise after midnight. If partying results in my neighbors informing me they are upset, that will be considered enough proof as i do not film my guests and a 500e fine will be taken on airbnb. It is very rare that I have had to impose this fine especially since this policy has been in place so we trust that you will respect the rule and enjoy your stay.

Situated across from the famous Residencia hotel, this beautifully romantic architectural design home dates back over 300 years and has been fully restored with all modern amenities. Whilst nestled in the Deia mountains, the local town is no more than a 3-minute walk providing you with everything you will need including local bars and restaurants. Deia brings the perfect balance of both spirituality and masses of fun.
The space
Built in the 1700s, Ca Na Calona is one of the oldest buildings in the town; previously housing the local priest, later converting into the community art gallery and now the home it is today.

There are 4 bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms plus one with 2 single bunk beds in the house plus the 4th bedroom is in the casita with its own shower room.
Guest access
The house manager Elena will arrange access. will be able to show you where to park your car for free around the village or where to park in paid spaces. I generally find a free space a short walk away near the school.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT: There will be an additional cleaning fee of 200 Euros after each stay which will have to be paid.
If you would like daily cleans of the house, additional fees can be organised, paid direct to the house manager .
Please respect the home and its history, if you are looking for a place to throw parties and have a lot of people over, this is not the place for you. We have neighbours on either side including my godparents to the right which must be respected.
If there are any, please report any breakages. Elena will indicate the replacement cost.
