We are Jean, Florence and our dog Tiago. We welcome you to our fully renovated former outbuilding. Located at the gates of Périgueux, close to the shops of Marsac-sur-l'Isle and Chancelade, the Voie Verte and the GR, the Maisonette is a charming 45 m² duplex. Everything has been thought out for your comfort: bedding, appliances, private sauna and outdoor table under pergola. As hosts, we make sure to be both available and discreet.

The entry is independent and self-contained, with free parking. Access is also possible from the garden level.

A fully-equipped and functional kitchen.

A pleasant bedroom open to the bathroom / sauna part with high quality bedding of dimensions 160x200cm.

Access to our garden is free. You will meet our adorable dog Tiago. A pergola adjoining the cottage and a large wooden table will allow you to have lunch outdoors, in complete privacy. For the summer, a solar shower, sunbeds and hammocks can be put at your disposal. Traveling with your dog and need to go out without him? We also have a 200m² fenced park with a large niche in case of bad weather.

If you are coming with your pet, please do not leave it unattended in the cottage.
