Tranquility and comfort in the city close to all amenities. 5 minutes from the university campus, the exhibition center, modern comfort, many high schools, the swimming pool, the skating rink, a shopping center, quick restorations and 10 minutes from the CHU. You have many bus stops 8 minutes away including a stop in front of the house that will take you to the city center. By car you are 7 minutes from the city center, 25 minutes from Futuroscope and you can park your vehicle in the courtyard.

The space
You are alone in the space of the dwelling located in the basement of the house. It consists of a room overlooking a garden that includes a very comfortable double bed and a single bed for another person or child, serving as a sofa when not in use. Table and three chairs for a snack. Coffee maker, kettle( coffee tea and herbal teas) and small fridge available as well as a small space in the hallway to make a little kitchen ( this is not a kitchen) with all the essentials to reheat dishes or food: ceramic glass plate, microwave and oven. A freezer is also in the basement if needed. You have a TV with TNT channels and wifi connection. You can use a cabinet, and shelves to lay your stuff down if needed. The bathroom is attached in a hallway in the basement with independent exit in which you will find a washing machine and dryer reserved for long stays. Ideal for 1,2 and even three people, can suit a couple with one child or 3 adults.

Independent bathroom with washing machine if needed for longer stays of more than a week . You have your own entrance, a corridor leading to your bedroom and to your bathroom and toilet. I will give you the key to the door or a code to pick it up in the box if I am away upon your arrival and you will be able to dispose of the accommodation at your leisure depending on your activities. You have a terrace outside behind the garage that can allow you to eat or have lunch outside quietly.

Other things to note
No smoking but possibility to smoke outside on a small terrace with table and chairs or at the bottom of the stairs leading to the basement. The use of the washing machine if necessary can be programmed to operate from 10:30 pm (ask me imperatively for operation ).
You can receive friends but I want to be informed beforehand.
Additional guidelines following sanitary measures related to covid 19
You have at your disposal single-use gloves of the surface disinfectant in the bathroom as well as a spray of hydroalcoholic gel. Do not hesitate to use it to disinfect the elements and surfaces used.
I will ask you when you are away and when you leave to put the window of the room in swinging-turn
Finally, on the day of your departure, remove your used sheets and towels and put them in the laundry basket located in the bathroom. When leaving the place put the key in the black box.
If you want to shop in a supermarket, there is a hypermarket 5 minutes away where you will also find a pharmacy.

We welcome you to our characterful house on the banks of the river "Clain".

You can enjoy our wonderful garden, a haven of peace in the middle of the city, read in the shade in a lounge chair, have a drink on the dock above the Clain in the company of ducks and fish, take a walk on the river with our boat or our canoe (adult and child life jackets available), chat with us on the permaculture vegetable garden, etc .

The space
"At the flowered dock" you will be a 10/15 min walk from the historic center, museums, shops, restaurants, 20 min walk or 10 min with the direct bus from the train station, 15 min drive from Futuroscope, you will find all the tourist documentation on site. Two restaurants are in the immediate vicinity (5 min walk) by the river.

The two spacious bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, this floor is entirely for guests. You have a private bathroom with wc. For your comfort, you will sleep in an electrically controlled king size bed in the blue room and in a double bed in the red room. A seating area will allow you to have a hot drink (kettle, tea, coffee, treats), you can work or other thanks to the office area in each room.

The two large bedrooms have TV, fiber wifi, and air conditioning.

I can prepare an organic breakfast and with a majority of homemade products for €9. This service is to be booked in advance and paid on site.
