Our accommodation consists of a main room with an equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a seating area with a fold-out sofa and offering a large bed (2 places). There is also an independent bedroom (140X200 bed) , a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 10 minutes from the zoo, the Monnerie lakes, the swimming pool, the city center... 45 minutes from Angers, Le Mans (24h) and 1 hour from Laval and Tours.

Our apartment is located above our garage ( the garage is not attached to the house). It is independent from our house and has private access with the possibility of putting your vehicle in the garage. The property is accessed by a staircase (not recommended for people with disabilities).

On the grounds (3000 m²), there are swings and a trampoline. On sunny days, you can harvest vegetables from our vegetable garden and herbs.

A stopover in the heart of nature but close to all amenities.
Access to the greenway for walks or to get to La Flèche.
