A 10-minute walk to the center of Bergerac, the 43 m² comfortable accommodation is adjacent to a swimming pool with counter-current, for almost exclusive use. Surrounded by a large enclosed garden, it also offers the quietness of the countryside. During the summer school holidays, rentals are only by the week.

The cottage offers two single beds in the mezzanine and a double bed on the ground floor. The kitchen includes an induction stove, microwave, fridge and freezer. The bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine.

Welcome to Les Bergeronnettes, a 5000m² estate with all the advantages of the countryside ... just 2 kilometers from the city center of Bergerac. Let yourself be carried away by the fields of birds.
We have 3 guesthouses, a double (Les Rossignols), a triple (Les Mésanges), a quadruple (Les Paons) and two cottages of 50m² each equipped for 4 people. Breakfast is included in the Guest Bedrooms. One parking space per on-site accommodation, swimming pool, jacuzzi.

The space
The quadruple room "Les Paons" is located on the 1st floor, it is 40m² and has its individual bathroom with its toilet. A sleeping area with a queen bed 160x200 and a seating area when you are two or the second bed (sofa turning into a real 140x200 bed) for the 3rd and 4th guests. Separation by a curtain, no door between the 2 beds (only 1 large room)

Between June and October, check-in is 5:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. please respect this time to welcome you in the best conditions. Outside of this period, check-ins are by appointment the day before for the next day, please let me know your arrival time for the organization. House located 2 km from the city center, street 200 m from Darty, ring the gate and wait for us to open you can enter with your vehicle in the courtyard.

This is a room in a local's home, a family lives here, please respect our rules of life. No pets allowed because they are incompatible with ours. The spacious room with its own bathroom is located in the 2nd floor of the old farmhouse and is accessible from the outside with a separate entrance via a spiral staircase.

It is equipped with air conditioning, flat screen TV, small fridge, kettle, wifi and hair dryer.

The room rate includes a lush breakfast with fresh local, seasonal, and homemade products served on the terrace (otherwise in the cozy dining room if the weather isn't nice).

Bergerac delights with its enchanting old town and shops and restaurants.
The town of the Dordogne is an excellent base from the surrounding area of the Périgord with its many castles and fortresses, medieval villages, markets and caves. Culinary is in good hands here, and the surrounding wineries are available for tastings on site.

The old town is about 20 minutes. We are also happy to rent bikes for free.
