The pink room is a mixed sleeping room for artists in residence.

There are two bunk beds and two extra beds which can be gathered on the ground in a double bed.

The pink room can therefore receive up to four people.
The living room also allows three sofa beds and two extra beds.

Faced with its entrance, the central patio has bay windows and mirror reflections which bring a lot of clarity over the whole house.

Dar Hamouda was built in the 17th century and has known several restaurants, the latest of which extended from 2017 to 2023 and is part of the logic of preserving the Tunisian cultural heritage.

The house is composed of a central hall, a living room, a four suite (bedroom with bathroom), a kitchen and a panoramic terrace with its own kitchen.

The central hall, covered in marble like the whole house, gives access to the bedrooms. it is composed of a table and eight chairs where the hosts can have lunch, dinner or work.

The bedrooms have false ceilings in the shape of richly decorated and painted wood beams. They translate decorative elements belonging to multiple cultures. The beds are raised with carved, craped, and painted wood panels.

The living room is composed of a Germanic piano surrounded by a sofa and a large bahut on which you can discover a selection of books on the history of Tunisia. The large window opens to the minaret of the Hamouda Pacha Mosque. A great place to lounge and relax over a mint tea
