Space heater wasn't much help. Peet stove helped, but the lighter didn't work when we tried to relight fire in the middle of the night. There were hot water bottles to use which were actually a huge help. Heated water in tea kettle. It was very very cold, though. Many blankets were provided so we made do. Hostess was very kind. Sometimes things just go wrong. I would recommend in warmer weather. We traveled off season. "
