Less than 5 minutes from the famous Hepburn Springs Bathhouse and the Daylesford main street. Great restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive. You can also visit many of the natural springs and pump your own spring water, or take a walk through beautiful Victorian bushland, crossing streams, viewing waterfalls and stopping for picnics at picturesque grounds (using the picnic basket from TreeTops!). Interesting antique stores are found in the area and you'll also find plenty of bookshops, art galleries, wineries, cideries, famers markets and other attractions, all within easy drive or walk. This is truly a slice of paradise less than 90 minutes from Melbourne.

This dual-level residence features living/dining room with open-plan kitchen, split system heating-cooling, Ned Kelly wood heater, two bedrooms with built-in robes, and incredible bush land views from every window. An incredible light-filled and spacious bathroom is crowned by a unique sky window framing views of the trees and stars as you freshen up in the walk in shower, or melt away your stress in the spa bath.
Surrounded by Gum Trees, the timber deck is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, afternoon drink, or wining and dining under the shimmering stars dotting the night sky as you make good use of the outdoor furniture and BBQ. A sloping lawn offers the ideal place for a picnic as you enjoy the gully views, or gather around the fire pit and soak in the serenity and privacy of beautiful Hepburn Springs.

There is a limited bus service operating between our beautiful towns. The PTV website will provide the most up to date schedule/timetable. There is a taxi and maxi-taxi local service which can be contacted. Unfortunately Uber has not quite reached us yet.

This is a peaceful place, next to the bush, with a large deck which has a great view. It is very relaxing sitting on the sofas on the deck, and taking in the fresh air. This is a 2 br house, with its own front and back door. It is attached to a smaller one bedroom studio, and if there are guests there, the stairs and part of the deck are shared. The property is within a 10 minute walk to a pub and restaurants. There are often kangaroos hopping through, as well as magpies and kookaburras.
The space
The colours chosen for this house give a sense of tranquility and excitement at the same time. The living area opens onto the deck, which has two sofas undercover, so it is perfect for sitting there, having a cup of tea or a meal, putting your feet up on the sofa, and looking at the tree tops, listening to the birds. The front bedroom has its own sliding door to the deck. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools, a fridge, fast cooking glass electric cooktop and oven. The second bedroom, with a king-size bed, is off the rear hallway, next to the bathroom . An adult can sleep on the sofa in the living area. There is also a queen size mattress available for two guests. There will be bedding supplied for everyone. This listing has been marked as not suitable for children, HOWEVER ,if you would like to come with children, please DO make an enquiry. If the studio next door is not booked, I will be able to accommodate you. OR ALTERNATIVELY, YOU CAN book THE WHOLE PURPLE HOUSE, including the studio with its own spa bath bathroom.

The grounds are large, and guests can use the grass area beyond the driveway, all the way to the outbuildings of the next property, including the grapevine "tunnel".

This stylish open plan studio cabin comes equipped with reverse cycle heating/cooling, ducted heating, indoor fireplace, spa bath, wifi, smart tv, linens and full-service kitchen (as well as books & boardgames!) . There is a gravel driveway (somewhat steep, but street parking also available) and a small set of front stairs to gain access. You have private use of the entire home, two decks and beautiful side garden.
PETS by consideration - get in touch! Please note - this is a luxury space so if you request to bring your pet and it is approved, it is under the assumption that you trust your furry friend implicitly (as any damage will be your responsibility to cover). The property is not fully fenced and there is a small additional furry friends fee so please add them to your guests when booking!

TreeTops has been set up to feel like you are staying at your own family holiday house, but with a lot less hassle! The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped and a pleasure to work in. Tree Tops sleeps up to 10 guests between the 3 downstairs bedrooms and the loft, with 2 bathrooms, a generous lounge/dining area and a stylish kitchen with an Asko induction cooktop and oven. The reverse cycle central air con provides excellent climate control throughout the house. The very beautiful and private deck is set up ideally for outdoor living, with the seagrass outdoor setting around the WarmRay wood heater a perfect place for enjoying a glass of wine. A BBQ, pizza oven, and table and chairs make for relaxed catering, and all a step away from the outdoor spa to relax whilst doing a spot of star gazing.

A 15 AMP outdoor powerpoint and lead to charge electric vehicles can be found at the top drive way to the right of the door.
