- "Really amazing views and this place remarkable view and sunset" - "The cabins are modern, the staff is friendly and helpful, the view is amazing . Accessibility is a nightmare as the road is not paved, goes uphill and is too narrow. If another car is coming the opposite way (as it will happen) finding a way to see who goes first, who reverses, and how you’ll find a way to continue will represent an unpleasant stress to your relaxing holiday. When we arrived, the toilette and shower had mold, I arrived and found an used toilette paper roll from the previous guests. On our second day, the room service forgot to take away the toilette paper trash, paper bin rubbish and to give us new water bottles. The room wasn’t disinfected nor the toilette, they just sweeper the floor. You need a smartphone to access the room as you must download their app in order to access/communicate and operate the cabin. Typically I’m not a picky guest but for the price I paid (over 200 us) for 3 days, there are much better stays in Kintamani and Bali in general. Just make sure you book with enough time ahead, sadly that wasn’t our case. There are no warungs/ mini Marts nearby so once you’re uphill you must order from their menu or drive downhill back to the highway to find one or just bring your own stuff."

The bedroom and bathroom are clean, the water heater works well, and the lake and mountain views are amazing. It’s also close to Dermaga Kedisan and a minimarket, which makes it really convenient. Just small note: the pillows are quite firm, so it was a bit less comfortable for sleeping. And in the morning, if it’s sunny, the room can feel hot since there’s only a fan and no AC. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend Royal Indah Cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with stunning natural views, great service, and good value for money. Our check-out time is at 12:00 noon. We might not be able to promise any late check-out service at this point. However, you may leave the room and pack your luggage by noon time while our onsite team start cleaning the room.

This cabin comes with a panoramic terrace, outdoor bathtub, your own fire place, and a spacious downstairs living room, offering both extra space and privacy.

Each one of our cozy and modern cabins is thoughtfully designed to offer a unique experience amidst the stunning landscape of Kintamani, boasting luxurious amenities and breathtaking views of the volcanoes.

The aesthetics are inspired by the natural surroundings, including locally sourced wood, earthy tones, and black exteriors resembling the black lava fields of Mount Batur. Our cabins provide a comfortable and inviting hideaway that harmoniously blends with its mesmerizing surroundings.

While warm and sunny during the day, temperatures quickly drop after sunset. Although we provide cozy blankets and a fireplace, we recommend bringing warmer clothing for ultimate comfort during the cooler evenings. The temperatures are varying from 26°C during the day to 16-17°C at night time.

Although Batur Cabins is only a few minutes from the main road with several coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores, it is situated on the hillside just below the village. Its tranquil setting amidst nature also means that access may not be immediately obvious.

You can reach the Batur Cabins property via a small street near the temple, requiring a short but steep 150-meter walk downhill. Our team will meet you at our designated meeting point just minutes away from your cabin and escort you to the property. We will take care of your luggage, leaving you free to enjoy the authentic village experience and the spectacular views on the way. We recommend to wear proper shoes for your comfort.

Drone:
Kindly note that drone usage is NOT permitted throughout our property. Batur Cabins is designed as a peaceful retreat, allowing guests to disconnect and fully immerse in nature. Therefore our guests privacy and comfort is our utmost priority.

NO CHILDREN
Children under 12 are not permitted to stay at Batur Cabins. Our cabins are meticulously designed to offer guests an unforgettable experience. Located on the slope of a mountain, the cabins are elevated on columns to provide the best possible views. As a result, most of our cabins and facilities are several meters above the ground, making them unsuitable for young children.

Children aged 12 and above are welcome to stay with us when accompanied by an adult. In specific cases please fell free to contact us.

Access to the cabins involves a short but steep 150-meter walk downhill via a small street near the village temple. This walk is part of what makes the setting so special — and we believe it’s absolutely worth it.

To make your arrival smooth and comfortable:
