Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Located at the back of the main house, this fully contained and wheelchair-friendly guesthouse is only a walking distance to Maiden Reserve and less than 2 km to Mindalong Beach.

Accommodation is a small cottage set in bushland, very comfortable and fully supplied with all essentials. The cottage is really only best for a couple, but if required a camp stretcher or porta cot is available.Cooking facilities, frypan, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and dish ware and cutlery supplied.
T.V. and wifi available. In winter Pot Belly stove to keep you warm.
Only 3 minutes drive to beach. Ample parking for boats, caravans. We don’t allow pets. We have 3 Golden Retrievers.
The space
5 acre property is 17 km from Bunbury, 30 minutes to Busselton. Ingredients for breakfast will be provided for the first morning,Free range eggs, bacon, toast, preserves.
Cottage is within 30/40 minutes of wineries, breweries etc in our beautiful south west.
Guest access
Able to access the cottage which is completely private. Pool is available for guests and if you wish to go for an early morning or late evening stroll around the property or firebreaks feel free.
Other things to note
Plenty of BirdLife and our local kangaroos visit most days. The closest shopping is Dallyellup, about 15 minutes away. There is a Woolworths store, Pizza shop, Chinese restaurant. There are some wonderful restaurants in Bunbury. Capel is about 11 kms south, have IGA, open every day, several little restaurants and a really nice bakery.
On the highway about 3 kms south, there is The Forbidden Fruit shop which specialises in local fruits and vegetables, very nice.
