Enjoy the luxury of a four-bedroomed house with two bathrooms, and a study area. This spacious home has polished jarrah floors and high ceilings. You can soak up the sun relaxing out on the large deck and take in the views over Bunbury and the surrounding hills.
The house is ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood, but the city centre is only a short walk away. Or, head the other direction for the beach or the Big Swamp and Wildlife Park.

Was very convenient " - "As a group of teenagers we wanted an affordable house to stay in for the week as we went on holiday, and this house surpassed our expectations. The house is huge, on the first day we'd often get lost in it. It was stocked incredibly well too, with every essential you could think of (and some) provided. The only thing keeping this from a 5 star, in my opinion, is that some parts of the house weren't too clean. Thankfully it didn't impact our holiday but others may not have felt the same. The most notable instance of this is the cobwebs/dust in the main bathroom. The dishwasher also stopped working toward the end but it was fixed incredibly quickly. Thank you Simon for allowing us to stay in your house."

This house has been freshly painted and has new carpet throughout the bedrooms. It is a Family Friendly house . There are 4 bedrooms if you include the room at the back of the house. It also has 1 bathroom with a separate toilet . This home has many comforts for adults and children.
There are many games, toys and a table tennis to have some great friendly family tournaments.

We are right on the Estuary adjacent park great views from property.Kite surfers directly in front when windy,sit out the front or inside to see view while enjoying a coffee or wine. 3mins to restaurants coffee,shops,walking or cycle way 40meters away to go along edge of Estuary all the way to Bunbury and the DOLPHIN center and beach. Set up for holiday mood lots of wildlife minutes away best of being close to amenities yet minutes from natural setting. Great for walks crabbing cycling fishing or a base for exploring the region. Coffee pod machine with pods, sugar and milk is provided. Salt, pepper, spices, oil etc and milk to cover you that first morning.
True to the age of the home, decor is Boho 70s - that era of macrame, the indoor pot plant, vaulted wooden ceilings (if you were zhuzh!) and of course gawdy florals that were a hangover from the 60s.

* Booking Confirmation
By submitting a booking request for a property on our Website, you (referred to as “the guest”) agree to abide by these terms and conditions (referred to as “Terms”).
Upon submitting a booking request through one of our property managers will contact you within two working days to inform you of the confirmation or non-acceptance of the booking request.
The acceptance of a booking request is solely at the discretion of the Property Manager. If your booking request is not accepted, The Property Manager will promptly refund any charges for accommodation, service fees, and add-ons. However, please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the refunded amount to be credited back to your account by your credit card provider or bank.
* Booking Periods and Minimum Nights
For long weekends, a booking is typically for a duration of three nights, unless stated otherwise. However, if your booking includes the Easter period, a minimum stay of four nights is required.
During all other times, there is a minimum stay requirement of two consecutive nights, unless a specific property listing specifies a longer minimum stay. We may consider bookings for a shorter duration within 2 weeks of the holiday periods.
* Booking for the Number of Persons and Maximum Capacity
Bookings must adhere to the maximum number of people allowed as specified in the property listing, regardless of the available beds in the property. In the event that a booking request is not accepted due to the number of individuals in the group exceeding the maximum limit for the property and/or the specified time period, any funds collected from the prospective guest will be refunded, with the exception of the non-refundable service fee.
The booking is valid for the number of individuals and group configuration indicated in the booking request. Any changes to the booking must be communicated in writing to the property manager and require their approval to ensure the booking remains valid.
* Cancellations and Booking Changes
In the event of a cancellation or a request to reduce the number of nights before the start of your stay, any accommodation costs and service fee paid will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
If you cancel the booking after the final payment due date, you will still be responsible for the remaining balance of funds due for the reserved stay period.
If the property manager successfully re-books the cancelled or reduced nights, the applicable amount paid for the re-booked nights will be refunded, minus a 15% administration fee. The guest must contact the property manager no later than 21 days after the original start date of the cancelled or reduced booking to determine eligibility for a refund on the re-booked nights.
If you choose to depart prematurely during your booking, no refunds will be provided.
* Presence of the Booking Maker During the Stay
As the individual making the booking, you are required to be present and on-site at the property for the entire duration of the stay, unless written consent has been obtained from the property manager
* Rent and Damage Waiver
All guests have the option to utilise our deferred payment plan by paying a 20% deposit. The remaining balance of the booking cost will be charged to the credit card 30 days prior to the scheduled stay. The credit card used during the booking request will be used for any additional payments.
The rates for a Property are valid and applicable at the time of booking, regardless of any subsequent changes. Additional rates may be applicable under the special conditions of a specific property, which will be in addition to the nightly rental rate. Rate specials are only valid at the time of booking and must be applied during the booking process. Weekday specials apply to Sunday nights through Thursday nights.
A Damage Waiver will be included when making a booking, which provides protection for you and your group against damage to the property or its contents (excluding damage caused carelessly, recklessly, maliciously, or intentionally) up to a specified amount. Please refer to the detailed information provided during the booking process. Any damage exceeding the waiver amount will be charged to the credit card used for the booking.
* Key Collection and Property Access
Prior to your arrival, we will send you an email containing all the necessary arrival information. This email will include the access codes for the lockbox and the exact location of the lockbox on the property.
* Check In and Out Time
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm, and check-out time is at 10:00 am. These timings apply throughout the year.
Confirmation of early check-ins or late checkouts can only be provided on the day of arrival or departure, depending on the availability of the property due to other bookings.
If early check-in or late checkout is approved, an additional fee of 25% of the nightly rental rate will apply. For departures after 5:00 pm, a full night’s rental charge will be incurred.
Regarding cleaning and rubbish:
It is required that the property is left in a clean and tidy condition, identical to its initial state.
Failure to do so will result in charges for additional cleaning at the following rates (+GST):
a. Standard cleaning, washing, laundering: $55 per hour
b. Abnormal or unreasonable cleaning and odour removal: $110
c. Rubbish and recycling removal: $50 plus tip fees
If you have opted for the prepaid cleaning option, the number of hours included in the pre-paid cleaning will be based on your selection. Pre-paid cleaning fees are non-refundable. Any excessive or unreasonable cleaning and rubbish removal beyond the pre-paid amount will be charged as an additional fee, calculated based on the additional time required.
All costs associated with cleaning and rubbish removal will be deducted from the credit card used for the booking.
* Linen
The Property Manager offers a comprehensive linen service for your convenience. The linen package includes a bottom sheet, top sheet, pillow case(s), towel(s), tea towel(s), bathmat, and face cloth(s). Rest assured, the beds will be beautifully made up before your arrival, and the linen will be promptly collected after your departure. This linen service is extended to all adults and children included in your booking group.
* Additional Services and Charges

A service fee: The entire service fee will be included in the initial payment. It is calculated as a percentage of the total booking amount, excluding any extras or add-ons.

Close to beach, parks and shops." - "Great property" - "A well furnished and kitted property, which is well positioned to visit Dalyellup beaches and a short trip in to explore Bunbury" - "The inside of the house was a great design, clean, well stocked with commodities and games to keep everyone entertained. The fireplace is a great addition to the house, but it was disappointing that there was no firewood or kindling offered to make use of this on the cold wintery days. There is no axe supplied for it either so buying firewood is not really an option. On that note there is only one heater in the main living area which struggles to warm the bedrooms, so it would be nice if the bedrooms had a little oil heater or heated blankets. The bedrooms only have Venetians and these struggle to block out the early morning sun so some curtains would be a welcome addition. The gardens were completely overrun with weeds and unkept, which was quite disappointing as well as I used this house to prepare for my wedding and was unable to utilise the gardens for any photos. Lastly, I really didn't like, for what I paid, that I was expected to strip the bed sheets and to put the bins out."

Welcome to Masood family. We have recently furnished our unit to fullfill all the comfort and home like feel a tourist is looking for. Our unit is at an ideal location with 2 min drive to the nearest beach, 7 min to the famous Bunbury Farmer Market. There is shopping centre at a walking distance of 3 min. Just behind the house is queens garden with a walking track that can take you to CBD or to the Koombana Bay. Its a comfortable stopover if you plan to explore southwest of WA.
- "The property was in a very old block of units. Quite unappealing. Grass was overgrown.The unit once inside was well laid out and had everything we needed. However it really needs a thorough clean. Carpets where very stained and need a good shampoo. Beds where very comfortable. Was very disappointed that when we let ourselves in the dryer was going and the unit smelt of wet washing. The dryer was cramped full of wet sheets,towels and a bath mat. Way overloaded. I had to pull everything out and dry the last persons washing. Then open the back door to air place out... whoever cleaned the unit must of done it very quickly . "

Other bathroom had tile and timber molding missing from the side of the door frame exposing the structure. You are asked to put out the bins on rubbish day if you are there. 2 teaspoons in a house for 6 people. It could be a lot better. Considering the condition if was in, to be asked to take your shoes off in the house seemed a cheek. We were swamped with messages via sms/email/whatsapp prior to and on day of arrival. There were notes all over the house. It was not a place to relax "

Australind is close to natural Estuary full of wild bird life. It is close to Bunbury, Ferguson Valley, Bridgetown, Manjimup and Pemberton, Busselton, Dunsborough and Margaret River. Also close to Warren and Blackwood area where tall Kari’s trees grow and are ready to be climbed.

Plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from in BUNBURY which is just 15 minute drive away. Also lots of restaurants cafes and shopping centre at Eaton which is only 7 minutes away.

You are able to access this beautiful recently renovated studio apartment through your own front door which leads immediately into a fabulous little kitchenette - small but with all the amenities you require including a microwave, full size sink with hot and cold water, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, toaster, rice cooker , double electric hotplate and more.
To your right is a lovely cosy bedroom with floor to ceiling drapes, a deep rich carpet, and a queen sized bed ready made for you with crisp, fresh lined which includes a duvet, sheets, pillows and a blanket.
You will also find a digital TV with Netflicks (using guest's own account) and free access to the unlimited broadband WIFI.
On the other side of the kitchenette is a large and spacious bathroom which includes a toilet, sink, shower and washing machine.
On the outside of the property there is plenty of parking for one car and a small area to sit, read a book or just enjoy a quiet cup of tea or perhaps a glass of wine.
Other things to note
* The property is situated on a corner and the road can be a little noisy first thing in the morning and in the late afternoon.
* The property is accessed by three small steps which have a hand rail and inside the property is a few steps so would not be suitable for a wheelchair.
* Due to the size and location of the property pets are not allowed.
* Strictly no school leavers or gatherings at this property
