- "The property is only 5 minutes walk from the waterfront at Rockingham. There are plenty of options for eating, drinking, cafes etc within 2 minutes walk. There is a bus stop directly outside the property where you can catch the bus to/from Rockingham station. The property is in a nice quiet area directly across the street from the war memorial. The property is currently undergoing refurbishment work, paint work and re carpeting but during my visit I wasn't disturbed by any work related noise. The property is in good condition and the room I was allocated was first class, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and utensils. During my stay I used the gym which was small but reasonably well equipped and the pool which was nice. The property provides a free self service laundry service which I took advantage of and was very good. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Rockingham and would stay again if I was returning to this area again in the future."

The two bedroom apartment is situated in a small complex opposite Bell Park and one of Perth's finest family holiday beaches, looking north to Mangles Bay, Garden Island (HMAS Stirling) and Cockburn Sound. Bell Park has many shady trees, free electric barbecues and children's sand pits and play equipment.
It is located in the heart of the Rockingham foreshore cafe strip, with many excellent restaurants, coffee shops and fast food outlets. It is a short walk to the Post Office and a large IGA supermarket.

This location is very well connected. Nearby road links/bus routes take you to the Kwinana Freeway, allowing you to be in the Perth CBD in 50 minutes. Similarly, a short drive to Fremantle or Mandurah can be made to enjoy the maritime history, architecture or beautiful waterfront.

Guest access
Entering the Azure building through the foyer and accessing the lift to the floor with the assigned key pass, you can move along the corridor to the locked apartment. There is access to the swimming pool and pool shower/toilet facilities on the first floor. For long term stays, secure parking can be arranged.

Other things to note
Keys are provided for the required access to the apartment. If they are misplaced, a charge may be liable for the services of a locksmith to gain the required access.
If keys are not found/lost, the cost of replacement keys/fobs will be at the expense of the tenant via the strata company.

The Strata and the Azure complex manual: governance and bylaws, is available on request and a hard copy is held within the apartment for your reference to help you enjoy your stay.
