- "The property is only 5 minutes walk from the waterfront at Rockingham. There are plenty of options for eating, drinking, cafes etc within 2 minutes walk. There is a bus stop directly outside the property where you can catch the bus to/from Rockingham station. The property is in a nice quiet area directly across the street from the war memorial. The property is currently undergoing refurbishment work, paint work and re carpeting but during my visit I wasn't disturbed by any work related noise. The property is in good condition and the room I was allocated was first class, spacious, very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen area was well stocked with crockery, cutlery and utensils. During my stay I used the gym which was small but reasonably well equipped and the pool which was nice. The property provides a free self service laundry service which I took advantage of and was very good. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Rockingham and would stay again if I was returning to this area again in the future."

You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast, such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account. And TV does not have Free-to-Air access.

LAUNDRY AREA:
An external communal laundry is equipped with a washer and dryer. In your property there is an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

PARKING:
The property includes 1 dedicated parking space and additional street parking is available nearby.

Guest access
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.

There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge

It neighbours the main house where we reside.
At the bottom of the stairs is the entrance to our place and there is a doorbell there if you need to get in touch.

The property has fruit trees and a very short wall to the beach with great playgrounds, restaurants and cafes..
