Historic Accommodation located on our secluded lifestyle farm stay property (Katrine Steading, Est 1832) only 13 Kms (10 min drive) from the historic towns of Northam and Toodyay.
You can enjoy the piece and quiet of country life including bird watching, bush walking, seasonal kayaking on the Avon river swimming in the pool or Soaking in the Spa.
Interaction with us can be as much or little as you desire, feel free to enjoy the gardens and surrounding areas, we will be around somewhere if you need assistance or want a chat.

- "A very peaceful place to stay. Be aware there is no en suite and the outside toilet and shower are shared with other guests. Breakfast ingredients are provided which is a nice touch. There is no stove top though; only a deep hot pan thingy which was fine for me for a couple of nights. Otherwise, there’s a microwave, kettle and toaster. - "A comfortable and clean room room, it’s a lovely property. The room has no natural light or ventilation because the widows was boarded yup for some reason. Thankfully there was a ceiling fan and aircon in the room. It’s a great location."
