It’s also an easy walk to the super market and park or take a stroll along the beach to the jetty for a bit of fishing then up to the Endeavour Tavern for lunch on the lawn.

The Studio is ideal for that relaxing quick getaway, There is a covered courtyard available to all the guests that includes bbq’s, outdoor setting and garden area off the rear of the Chalets. There is plenty of room for parking and there is also room for a boat or two.

Windsurfer House: 1 Hopkins Street. Windsurfer House is a fabulous loft style beach front apartment with some of the best views of the bay in Lancelin. The upper floor is all about living, from the moment you enter the views are breath taking from every window. The design is to make life easy and laid back while your completely distracted by the view. Lunch is served through the servery window to the outdoor setting and bbq area on the deck from the well appointed fully equipped kitchen. Moving into the lounge area guests can roll back the door’s in the lounge to bring the outside in opening the entire top floor up to the outside views. Nothing has been left to chance missing something happening on the water.

Lunch on the deck or at the formal dining table, watching the wind and kite surfer’s along with all the cray fisherman bringing in their catch can take all afternoon.

There is a King bed located on the upper floor for those extra couple of guests. (This is open plan)

The lower floor has a covered entry with the Master Bedroom with a King Bed leading off the foyer. The bedroom has a full bathroom, dressing room.
A second bedroom has been added with 2 x single bunk beds making it a great property to host a family and now sleeps up to 8 guests.

The smell covered the whole town in a mild pungent odor, although Milligan's Island was less impacted. If you're staying in Green Head, then make sure you spend time in Leeman, which is 10 min drive north. And for the more adventurous, head 25 min drive south to Jurien Bay to sample a wider range of exciting activities and popular eating. Whatever you go along the turquoise, prepare to take photos of some awesome sunsets"

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are NOT serviced. Windsurfer House: 1 Hopkins Street. Windsurfer House is a fabulous loft style beach front apartment with some of the best views of the bay in Lancelin. The upper floor is all about living, from the moment you enter the views are breath taking from every window. The design is to make life easy and laid back while your completely distracted by the view. Lunch is served through the servery window to the outdoor setting and bbq area on the deck from the well appointed fully equipped kitchen.

The space
Moving into the lounge area guests can roll back the door’s in the lounge to bring the outside in opening the entire top floor up to the outside views. Nothing has been left to chance missing something happening on the water.

Lunch on the deck or at the formal dining table, watching the wind and kite surfer’s along with all the cray fisherman bringing in their catch can take all afternoon.

Ducted Air conditioning.
There is a King bed located on the upper floor for those extra couple of guests. (This is open plan)

The lower floor has a covered entry with the Master Bedroom with a King Bed leading off the foyer. The bedroom has a full bathroom, dressing room.
A second bedroom has been added with 2 x single bunk beds making it a great property to host a family and now sleeps up to 8 guests.
PLEASE NOTE THAT UNLESS YOU HAVE BOOKED THE STUDIO APARTMENT AS WELL PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO ACCESS THE STUDIO APARTMENT THROUGH THE INTERIOR DOOR AS IT COULD BE OCCUPIED BY OTHER GUESTS AND PLEASE KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM.
