Windsurfer House: 1 Hopkins Street. Windsurfer House is a fabulous loft style beach front apartment with some of the best views of the bay in Lancelin. The upper floor is all about living, from the moment you enter the views are breath taking from every window. The design is to make life easy and laid back while your completely distracted by the view. Lunch is served through the servery window to the outdoor setting and bbq area on the deck from the well appointed fully equipped kitchen. Moving into the lounge area guests can roll back the door’s in the lounge to bring the outside in opening the entire top floor up to the outside views. Nothing has been left to chance missing something happening on the water.

Lunch on the deck or at the formal dining table, watching the wind and kite surfer’s along with all the cray fisherman bringing in their catch can take all afternoon.

The Windsurfer Beach Chalets are located on the beach front and have the Offshore Coffee shop and bakery right next door, so it’s not far to go for the early morning coffee. It’s easy walk to the super market and park or take a stroll along the beach to the jetty for a bit of fishing then up to the Endeavour Tavern for lunch on the lawn.

The Chalets are fully self contained with everything you need for relaxing getaway, each has two bedrooms, with a Queen size bed in the main room and two set’s bunk beds in the second bedroom. There is ducted air conditioning as well.There is a covered courtyard available to all the Chalets that includes bbq’s, outdoor setting and garden area off the rear of the Chalets. Each Chalet has plenty of room for parking and there is also room for a boat or two.

Cosy fisherman's cottage with everything you need for a fun filled beachside getaway.

At under 350m from the beach you just need to grab your towel and off you go. This beach is also dog friendly. Once you have worked up an appetite in the surf head to the local Tavern which is also under 500m walk from the property.

1100sqm of land with lots of space for the kids/doggies to explore without even leaving the plot. Also has an enclosed fence to keep those little tykes from getting too far.

The space
With reverse cycle A/C you can keep cool in the summer or cosy in the winter. Plenty of blankets supplied so snuggle down on the sofa and make the most of our huge DVD collection or access to Netflix, Stan, and Telstra TV with your own logins.

Full laundry and clothesline, washing powder and softener provided so no need to pack the kitchen sink, or worry about getting messy.

With a fully enclosed back garden that even the most adventurous of dogs would need a trampoline to get over, where they can dig to their hearts content.

Pets are welcome inside the house. We have a dog bed and two food bowls that can be provided to make their stay more comfortable. We just ask that they stay off the furniture and you pick up after them.

The space
Sail across the ccccc’s with this cheap, cheerful, cozy and comfy coastal home. Built in the 1970's however inside the kitchen has recently been renovated. It has just 2 bedrooms, one for mum and dad, and one for the kids, but is fully equipped with everything you need.

The lounge room and bedrooms have recently been repainted and outfitted with a gorgeous beachy theme. The loungeroom has a aircon which flows just nicely to the rest of the home. 2 lounge chairs for lazing in front of the flat screen TV. There are even a few board games for those rainy days.

The kitchen has recently been renovated with new cabinetry, stove/oven BRAND NEW Fridge/Freezer and even a dishwasher! A small microwave along with all utensils and dishes complete the kitchen with a dining area at the end.

The huge backyard is not grassy but has room for the children to run around, or maybe you need somewhere to park your titanic boat!

Guests have access to the whole space. There is a grassed area out the front of the shack that gets lovely shade by the trees in the evenings. Out the back door there is another large grassed area with has clothes lines, this space is shared with other guests in the other units.

We have 1 spacious queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom which is part of a very small bed and breakfast establishment and your tariff includes a continental style breakfast consisting of home made bread to toast to your liking , yogurt and a tropical fresh fruit salad ,jams,fruit muffins ,a boiled egg from our own chickens and tea and coffee ,a time for breakfast will be arrange at the time of your arrival .

The space
What an apartment this is, situated on the ground level of a gated complex, across the street from the foreshore. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and room to spare it is perfect for a family holiday.

The main bedroom overlooks the ocean, just relax in the queen bed and watch the day begin. An ensuite to this bedroom has a shower and separate toilet.

The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds each, wardrobes and ceiling fans.

The open plan kitchen/ lounge/ dining area has a r/c air con and boasts leather lounges, FREE Wi-Fi plus Smart 65 inch TV, home theatre and DVD library. A magnificent chefs kitchen with stone top benches and cupboards full of cutlery and crockery. Kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooktop and oven.
A large dining setting and lounge suite are situated on the patio looking across the foreshore.

There is parking for 2 vehicles, inside the complex, one behind the other at the rear of the unit.
The Seafront Estate is a well maintained, gated & secure holiday complex just across the road from the beach and Dobbyn Park with communal services in the center of the complex. It boasts two swimming pools, one of them being a shallow paddling pool for the little ones. A couple of gazebos provide plenty of shade and there are FREE BBQ's.

Some consumables such as toilet paper & some soaps are provided for your arrival only. You may be required to purchase extra during your stay.
