Our studio has two bedrooms, each with king size beds and MicroCloud bedding, for the perfect night’s rest.

There are also two bathrooms, with a luxurious bath in the master ensuites, complete with bubble bath, locally-made lush truffle bath bombs and oil-infused body care products by Leif for the ultimate in relaxation and self-care.

Each studio has been designed to accommodate two couples or a family, or for a memorable group holiday, secure both studios as a base to explore this world-class region.

The space
This space has been mindfully styled to give guests a true relaxed coastal feel.

It is part of a residential home, but purpose built for short term stays with a private entrance and small courtyard. We have made every effort to minimise noise by adding extra soundproofing.

This private studio includes one queen bed, kitchen (with all utensils, toaster, kettle, bar fridge), air-conditioning, WIFI and wall mounted TV (Netflix included).

You'll find one designated parking space available at the front of the property. Unfortunately, this space is not suited to young children (babies or toddlers) due to the size of the indoor space and with no secure outdoor area.

Located in Dunsborough Lakes, it is centrally located and excellent budget accommodation.

Guest access
You will have your own private entry and the key will be stored via a lockbox by the guest door access.

Other things to note
The guest suite is located in a residential area and therefore we have neighbours with kids and dogs that sometimes play outdoors (particularly over school holidays). If you are looking for complete peace and quiet, then we would advise not to book during the school holidays when kids are most active.

The upstairs suite includes a living room / kitchenette. Therefore the luxury of having your bedroom, bathroom and living room for your privacy.

Guests also have access to other spaces in my home.

During your stay
I would prefer to greet you personally. However should I be unable to greet you there is a lock box outside for you to let yourselves in and make yourselves at home. I will not be far away and am always contactable by phone.

Other things to note
My home is located only a few minutes drive from the centre of Dunsborough.
Fortunately being located between the golf course and the local playing fields it is extremely quiet.
When it is holiday seasons and long weekends or school holidays it becomes extremely busy here.
I recommend you shop at the local IGA as it is quiet , the prices are good and the vegetables, meat and eggs and so forth are locally sourced.

The room has a table for 2 and its own deck looking out onto tranquil bush reserve & winter creek. Its tucked away at the end of a quiet cul de sac, only a 5 minute walk to the beach & a 15 minute walk to town. On-site parking with private access to your room. 100 metres to Old Dunsborough Golf Course, home to 'mobs' of kangaroos!  

The space
Cereal, tea, coffee and long life milk is provided as a courtesy. A full continental , or cooked breakfast is not provided, and there is no access to the main part of the house or a full kitchen. I travel a lot so I have set the guest suite up for people who are happy to be self sufficient, and don't need a host to always be near by. Of course whenever I'm around I'm always happy to have a chat, answer a query or point you in the right direction to some of the best spots the South West has to offer.

Guest access
Guest access is via the right hand side of the house, through the gate (please close). Turn left into the back yard and you'll walk past your bedroom window, turn left again and you'll come to your door. The room is very large and well equiped with private deck, tv, dvd player, a selection of dvd's, net flicks, table for two, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, however it doesn't have an oven and there is no access to the rest of the house.

Other things to note
You may encounter our dog Buddha in the back yard from time to time. He's about as friendly as a dog can get but doesn't have much in the way of manners and may jump and lick. Whenever I have guests I keep him inside as much as possible and only let him out when nature calls!
