Replacement property was terrible. Having rented numerous short-term rentals over a decade or more this is the very worst by a long way – especially for a not-cheap property. House and garden badly need TLC. Wifi password information provided by Manager incorrect. House poorly lit with mainly bare bulbs and no bedside reading lamps. Outdoor table was filthy. Weeds growing through bricks on patio. Glassware totally inadequate - not enough wine glasses for 6 people. No oven trays in poorly equipped kitchen. Four remotes but no information on how to operate TV. Only 3 pegs on washing line. I will not use Expedia or Down South Holiday Homes again. "
