Weeds growing through bricks on patio. Glassware totally inadequate - not enough wine glasses for 6 people. No oven trays in poorly equipped kitchen. Four remotes but no information on how to operate TV. Only 3 pegs on washing line. I will not use Expedia or Down South Holiday Homes again. "

Redwall has a fabulous gourmet kitchen which is a delight to use, being equipped with the best of kitchen appliances. The house has the option of reverse cycle air conditioning or a beautiful large pot belly stove for heating.

Expansive decking provides you with another dining alternative, or if cooking is not your thing, a selection of restaurants are less than five minute drive away. World class wineries and surf beaches are also within a short drive away.

Redwall will comfortably accommodate 7 people, in the 3 bedrooms. There is a queen bed in the two main bedrooms and a foldout double bed and single bed in the bunkroom, all with linen and towels. All other linen is supplied. PLEASE BRING OWN BEACH TOWELS.

All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and flyscreens on all windows. There are two bathrooms and toilets in the house.

Bed + Bauhaus at Yallingup offers guests two well-designed and beautifully crafted suites finished in a contemporary Scandinavian design style that is refreshingly different. Each suite has a queen bed with en-suite; designed for use by a couple or a single traveller exploring the local area, attending an event or simply escaping the city.

Bed + Bauhaus combines convenience - ideal short-stay accommodation in the center of this vibrant holiday region - with comfort and a modern city studio apartment feel. The open-plan layout and ceilings up to 3m create a sense of spaciousness, light and air, complete with furniture that is both functional and inspiring. The property has been designed to take advantage of the views looking west over Millbrook Valley towards Yallingup, with floor to ceiling glass opening onto a lawns both sides; on the west towards magnificent sunsets, and to the east side for sunrise. The passive-solar construction ensures maximum thermal comfort, with double glazing, cross-ventilation window positioning, superior insulation, fans and concrete floors for thermal mass. Each suite has a reverse-cycle air conditioner for fine-tuning temperature to individual guest preferences.

The guest suites are located in a separate wing of an architectural complex incorporating living quarters, design studio and a large workshop - a project documented as 'Maison de Cour Yallingup - an Australian courtyard house'. This prototype building attracted the interest of Grand Designs Australia as the first WA project for the series, until the construction schedule extended beyond filming deadlines; the single task of recycling and dressing jarrah for the 60 windows alone took 3 months!

Bed+ Bauhaus is located on 3.5 acres in Yallingup's picturesque Millbrook Valley. Near - Under 5 minutes drive to Little Fish, Smith's Beach, Goanna Cafe... Nearby - Drive 5 to 10 minutes to reach Yallingup, Dunsborough, Injinup Beach, numerous galleries, cafes, restaurants and wineries... Not so far - Margaret River and Busselton are a very enjoyable 25-30 minute drive, with lots to see and do on the way... Further - Augusta would take just over an hour to drive south on leafy Cave's Road.

You might wonder why there are no cooking facilities? For safety, health, hygiene, to maintain an odor-free/allergy-free environment, we do not permit cooking in the suites. While we are happy to make up nosebags, we encourage you to explore all the wonderful local eateries, fine producers at farmers markets, and delightful places (beach and forest) to picnic! Our state-of-the-art Aerobic Treatment Unit (ATU) is home to waste digesting enzymes that hate fats and oils, anti-bacterial soaps, chemicals and all mainstream types of toilet paper (polymer glue). We like to keep them happy so they efficiently process all wastewater, while you enjoy a break from cooking and take your taste buds on an adventure.

Literally across the road from pristine Yallingup Beach this unique A-frame cottage with open plan living and huge loft bedroom has a charm and energy that endears itself to everyone. With stained glass windows and new luxurious carpet this studio chalet provides the perfect place to get away with your partner or young family. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:- one queen size bed and 2 single beds in one large loft bedroom. Please note, we do NOT accept leavers.

To keep your cost down we do not automatically provide linen on the beds but give you the option to bring your own. We do provide doonas in doona covers, pillows in protectors and mattress protectors but you will need top and bottom sheets for a queen and two single beds, pillowcases and all towelling (bath, hand, tea and beach towels plus bath mat)
If required a full linen service can be provided by a professional laundry for an additional $100 and although this includes bath towels it does not include beach towels so please do remember to bring them. With the beach 50 metres away you will need them! Please note to keep cleaning fees down we do not make up the beds but can organise this for an extra $30 should you wish. We are currently charged $68 per hour by our cleaners and they would make the beds up.

The Space

We live on the property, two of us and one inquisitive Lakeland Terrier. The studio retreat and main house are under one long roofline, though totally separated. Each module is private and has its own entrance and car parking.

If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place for you. We won't bother you but we're always available for advice or help.

Inside, quality furnishings and contemporary art add a high level of comfort and interest. Outside, spotting the wide array of birdlife is captivating at close quarters from the elevated deck. The deck is the perfect place to relax with a locally sourced glass of wine while watching the sun go down.

This is a great spot for a romantic getaway! The master bedroom with its luxurious king bed and quality bedding looks across the elevated deck and stunning view.

The luxury bathroom has a free-standing bath and huge shower together with a separate toilet/powder room. The lounge area has a 65 inch Samsung Smart TV with the full Foxtel package and Netflix. A Sonos sound system to play your favourite music. We have a superfast Starlink internet connection.

The kitchen contains a hot plate, small convection oven/microwave, quality cookware, air fryer, slow cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine, serving dishes, kitchen utensils and dishwasher. A Weber BBQ sits on the deck along with a day bed and a couple of Adirondack chairs.

There is a wood-burning stove - great for those Winter nights where you just want to stay in, light the fire and be cosy. Living and bedroom areas all have ceiling fans and there is a split reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living area, providing cool air which tends to travel through to the bedroom.

A newly installed spa awaits on its own private deck area. It offers an amazing spa pool experience with dual loungers and hydrotherapy massage.

Quality bedding and towels provided. Dedicated external parking area on the property.

There are so many things to do within a 10-15 minute drive of the property as you are conveniently located close to Dunsborough town and beach, Yallingup beach, Smith's beach, Simmos' ice-creamery, local wineries and much more.

White Tree Retreat is attached to the owners' residence, and has been designed to give each their own entrance, space and privacy. The owners are extremely respectful of guest privacy at all times.

The Neighborhood:
The retreat is located on a stunning property tucked away in the peaceful bush of the Yallingup hills. Staying here, you can enjoy the tranquility of a rural location while still only being a short drive to some of the region's best beaches, wineries, restaurants and so much more.

The Margaret River Wine Region is one of the most prestigious winemaking areas in the world. Considered a “boutique” region, production is relatively small and quality-focused. The unique microclimates and fabulous soils here mean that producers are able to make some of the world’s best Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, along with a host of other single varietal and blend wines; most wineries will have a good selection of options, including various sparkling wines, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz if the flagship varieties aren’t your cup of tea. Many of these wineries are also home to phenomenal restaurants, and your dining options will range from full tasting menus to casual pizzas or grazing boards. If you have any particular restaurant on your wish list, we strongly recommend booking ahead all year round. In peak summer season (December-February), bookings are essential and may need to be made several weeks or months in advance. If you have time, we highly recommend buying a ticket onto one of the many locally operated winery and brewery tour buses, for an unforgettable day out of excellent food and drink.

Each has french doors opening onto a rear verandah with day couch overlooking fruit trees and across an oak lawn to a separate large studio. The bedrooms face a large courtyard with BBQ and day lounge enclosed on three sides overlooking a cottage garden. The bedrooms can be accessed directly from the courtyard. There is plenty of parking room adjacent to the garden.

We have placed a fridge next to the day couch just outside the bedrooms on the verandah. The courtyard is also a nice place to relax and is adjacent to the homes kitchen. This stylish, peaceful, and cozy space is nestled in the sweetness of the nature of the South West. Secluded and very quiet it is in a cul de sac where your only neighbours are the kangaroos. The house runs on rainwater, is solar powered, we just built a new outhouse and the outdoor bush shower ( heated) is a must.
The flora on the block is mostly native bush with trees and wild flowers unique to this region. No pets please, this is a sanctuary for wildlife. The road leading to the house is paved and the parking space is undercover. I love to make my guests feel at home in my little corner of paradise.

Cape to Grape, Guest Suite offers you 'down-south' ambience and fun in the Yallingup Hills where you have easy access to the surf beaches, wineries, walks and galleries. Whilst sharing the property with the main house, you still have private parking and an entry. Rustic and relaxed, our spacious open-room accommodation is well-equipped with a king-sized bed, living area, bathroom/laundry, cooking area, native garden, carport, WIFI and a smart television. Enjoy yourselves, and be comfortable.

The space
The Guest-suite is positioned privately. The sealed concrete floors create a chic industrial ambience. We keep the suite cosy and rural with large mats, trendy decor and open to the natural bushland. A portable air conditioner (Dec to March), good insulation, airflow and design keeps the rooms cool in summer. During winter the rooms are kept toasty by a slow combustion heater. The room is spacious, well-equipped and easy to live in. You can cook meals on a stove top or venture out to explore the nearby restaurants.

You also have access to a patio with a table and chairs where you can look out to gorgeous native bush-land and garden. We also provide you with a gas barbeque.

The accommodation is on a semi-rural block and therefore we have tank water. Please be aware that we are very careful with our water usage, particularly during summer months.

We believe that the suite is suited to 'non-walking' infants and we do provide a cot and high chair.

DOGS - We own a gentle greyhound which gets along with other dogs. During dry months we are also willing to negotiate hosting one short-haired dog (sorry-no cats) who are happy to stay off the furniture. Our property is totally fenced. Hosting a pet dog will be at an extra cost of $10 per night and additional cleaning cost of $40 per visit. Please message us to negotiate a visit with your dog.

Guest access
You can access a little garden and patio at the front of your suite. A BBQ and clothes line is provided as well. Feel welcome to walk around the rear of the property. There are lots of firebreaks to explore.

Other things to note
We require guests to be aware of fire restrictions during their stay at our property. A total fire ban means 'exactly that'. You cannot use a gas-fired BBQ in a 'total' fire ban. In winter, this region is subject to heavy rainfall which can be very loud on the tin roof. Thank you

We are just a short trip to Yallingup Beach and Smiths Beach. Close to wonderful restaurants, wineries and wedding venues. Only 31 minutes from Busselton Regional Airport.

The space
You will be staying in a guest suite at our home, small in size with everything you should need with your own kitchenette, you do have a microwave, air fryer and skillet, a bbq, there is no stove/oven. There is a deck area for you to enjoy your surroundings, also other seating for you to enjoy under the shade of the trees.
You have a well equipped bathroom, there is a shower, no bath.
I can arrange hairdresser if you should need a stylist, and a makeup artist. But this would need to be organised in advance.

The grassed area directly in front of the your deck is for your enjoyment. This is our home and we live here.

The space
The space has an open plan kitchen with Miele appliances, a living and dining area and a separate bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The main living area has both a fan and reverse cycle air-conditioning along with a fireplace which heats the cottage in winter. There is also a TV with built in DVD player, an assortment of DVDs and books and games for you to enjoy. The bedroom also has a fan.

The front of the cottage includes an outdoor dining area which overlooks the valley along with a couple of sun lounges where you can sit back, have a glass of wine and soak in the views.

The entrance area captures the morning sun and has a couple of Adirondack chairs where you can relax and watch the birds play in the bush.

Outside is a large secure dog enclosure which provides space for your pets to run around in. The fence has been professionally built and is 1.2mtrs (4 feet) high. Dogs are allowed inside though not on the furniture or the bed. Please advise if you are bringing dogs. A maximum of 2 dogs allowed.

The space
A classic beach bungalow for couples, the home's winning feature is it's location! Think sunset drinks and a BBQ at Yallingup foreshore, yoga, coffee and breakie at Lagoon Café and swimming in the idyllic Yallingup lagoon in front of world class surf. All at your doorstep!

The bedroom has a queen bed, robe and dresser so there's plenty of storage. We supply doonas, pillows and mattress protectors, bed sheets, pillow cases and bath towels.
