Yallingup Beach Cottage is a warm 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage suitable for singles, couple and families.

Shady trees, openness and breeze keeps everyone cool in summer and a pot belly stove makes the cottage warm in winter. It is ideally located in a setting of quiet bushland adjoining National Park. Dunsborough is only 8 kms away and Margaret River is a half hour drive. It is centrally located to all of the great tourist attractions and scenic wonders that the South West is renowned for including wineries, galleries, caves restaurants and beaches.

The cottage is beautifully appointed and fully self-contained. It has large airy rooms with high ceilings and exposed beams. There are two toilets for your convenience and laundry facilities. A picnic table can be used for al fresco dining or you can enjoy watching the kangaroos while enjoying local wines. Parking is plentiful for cars and boats.

There is a minimum of 2 nights when booking and GUESTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN LINEN AND TOWELS. LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED.

Attractions

Beaches
The cottage is situated between the famous Yallingup and Smiths Beaches. Yallingup lagoon is a safe swimming area for children and is part of a marine protected area. Smiths Beach is fabulous for swimming and walking. Both beaches are ideal for swimming snorkelling and fishing and have cafes.

Surfing
World famous Yallingup surf break and Smiths Beach breaks are minutes away. This breaks are ideal for Malibus, short boards, wave skis and boogie boards. Numerous other excellent breaks are nearby at Cape Naturaliste and Indjidup. Yallingup Surf School provides lessons for all ages.

Wine Tasting and Vineyards
Most Margaret River Wine Region vineyards are within half an hours drive from Yallingup. Almost all have cellar door sales and eateries. A number of companies organise wine tours. The region has an array of attractions such as art galleries, chocolate factory and cheese factories.

Cape to Cape Walk and other Trails
An extensive walk trail system is located around the Yallingup area. Walks are all well signposted and range from 15 mins. to 2 1/2 hrs. Brochures are available from the Tourist Bureau in Dunsborough. The beautiful Cape to Cape walk can be done in sections and is easily accessible form the cotttage.

Fishing
Fishing in the immediate area is excellent with numerous species available from beach rocks or boat. Species include Herring, Skippy, Tailor and Whiting. Salmon run from from April to July.

Caves
The spectacular and very popular Yallingup Ngilgi Cave is located nearby. Take the leisurely "Ghost Trail" walk to the cave from our park or an easy 5 minute drive.

Diving
Situated in the calm and sheltered waters of Geographe Bay the sunken World War II warship HMAS Swan has become an internationally recognized prime dive wreck. Crayfish and abalone are numerous when in season. Licenses are available from the Dept. of Fisheries.

Boating
The Yallingup Coast and Geographe Bay are well suited to sailing boats and motor boats. Canal Rocks and Quindalup have boat ramps.

Climate

The Yallingup region enjoys a temperate climate with yearly averages of max 22.1ºC 72ºF to min 11.1ºC 52ºF

Summer temperatures are in the high 20s to low 30s with cool ocean breezes at night. Crisp sunny days during winter are ideal for touring.

The cottage is a beautiful weatherboard, which has now been fully renovated and furnished to a high standard. Crisp white linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price. There is a lovely kitchen, high ceilings, polished jarrah floor boards and wood fire. French doors from both the lounge and main bedroom open up to the beautiful veranda which wraps around on three sides with wonderful views in every direction. Wake up in the morning and gaze out over the lake to the beautiful bridge.

Fully self contained with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining, lounge and laundry. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with en-suite, bedroom 2 has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds.

The veranda has been extended providing a large outdoor elevated entertaining area overlooking the lake and valley, with barbecue and outdoor furniture.

Children are well catered for with a safe veranda and plenty of space outside for their favourite ball game.

Wildwood Brook Cottage is one of 5 privately owned cottages spread out across 15 acres overlooking the valley.

Location

The cottage is in the heart of the South Wests famed Wine Region close to Yallingup, Smiths Beach, Dunsborough and Margaret River. There are nine wineries within a 10 minute drive, including Amberley, Rivendell and Lamonts. All the Southwest has to offer is on your doorstep.

From Wildwood Road, turn north onto Millbrook Road then take the first right into Wildbrook Place. Wildwood Brook Cottage is the second cottage. Millbrook Road is 1km from Caves Road and 15kms from the Bussell Highway.

There are friendly dogs on the property, however they have their own enclosed fenced area, and your privacy is respected. Pets by prior arrangement and to go with you during the day unless under an hour and quiet. Night time ok. We offer pet sitting. $85 pet fee. $100 day rate pet sitting. A very quiet and peaceful location that was still close enough to everything you needed without having to travel more than 15 min to get groceries. There was only 2 downsides the first is that the cooking dishes/ glasses provided weren't as clean as they should have been. We did need to clean a handful of items prior to use as they were still greasy from someone else's use (we don't hold this against the property it was just our experience) The mattress in the studio is also starting to sink into the middle so regardless if you like to sleep in the middle or not you will be. The house it's self is lovely we would all come back and stay again. The outlook from the deck is peaceful and very relaxing our family spent a lot of time on the deck on the couches and chairs provided."

Plane Tree House is a romantic retreat in the heart of Yallingup on a 2002m2 lot within 10 acres of common ground. A boutique property with stylish new furniture, kitchen, luxury linen and beds.

Surrounded by deciduous trees and gently rolling lawns the property extends to the creek line. Wide timber verandahs surround the house and are the perfect place to sit and enjoy the stunning landscape.

The house is best suitable for one couple but can accomodate 4.
Guests can enjoy the whole house and 10 acres of grounds which extend to the picturesque creek.

Situated in a rural-residential location with a northerly aspect overlooking the beautiful Millbrook Valley, you are less than a 10 minute drive to the amenities of Dunsborough town centre, five kilometres from Smiths Beach and six kilometres from Yallingup Beach.

Wide timber decked verandahs surround the cottage on the north, east and western sides and are the perfect place to sit and enjoy the stunning landscape and beautiful sunrises and sunsets that stream softly through the valley.

Holidays are sure to be filled with leisurely beach and bush walks, swimming, surfing, beach fishing or catching up with friends and family while enjoying some of the regions fresh produce and world class wines.

While all of these experiences are accessible from its unique location, one of the most enjoyable experiences is relaxing on the north facing verandah at any time of the day or evening throughout every season taking in the beautiful scenery and watching the birds gather and kangaroos graze.

Once inside, the bleached jarrah floorboards contrast perfectly with the crisp white palate to give a modern beach-house feel to the dining area, newly refurbished adjacent galley kitchen and generous sized living room. Both the living and dining areas feature double French doors that open seamlessly onto the surrounding verandahs. The new kitchen boasts stone benchtops, Blum soft closing draws, stainless steel oven, ceramic hot plates, dishwasher and built in microwave. It is the heart and soul of the home from which entertaining will be a breeze.

High ceilings with flush LED downlighting throughout the kitchen and living areas ensure a bright, open feel. The cottage is flooded with natural light from the two sets of glazed north facing French doors, while temperature control is instant via the large r/c split system air conditioner.

The two bedrooms share the main bathroom with feature tiled flooring, oversized shower, vanity and toilet. The outdoor shower and second toilet are perfect when you return from the beach.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the 1:2 acre of land surrounding the house.
They have shared use of the surrounding 10 acres which is in a picturesque green valley bordered by a winter creek.
Kangaroos graze in the valley at dusk and dawn and plenty of wildlife surrounding the property.
Other things to note
House is best suited for a couple. There is a king size master bedroom and a much smaller guest room with a double bed.
It is not suitable for children but requests will be considered.

This property: 2 bedrooms: A huge spacious upstairs bedroom. Staircase is very well built but if you have people with difficulty of mobility, old aged and children, please don’t book here because the toilet is down stairs outside the back door under the veranda.

The small bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, and is on the front verandah. You must go through the living area of the house to go to the toilet.

The huge bedroom upstairs has a Queen bed and a king single and a single.

The big bathroom with a bath, toilet and washing machine is downstairs at the back door under the verandah.

Guests has enough own privacy even though we live nearby.

Exposure to internet is low yet sufficient to get signal. No microwave here to keep radiation wave to the minimum. Tranquil & peaceful stay. Guests are most welcomed to pick vege from our gardens and eggs from chook pen, but please come and see us before doing so. We can give you some guidelines.

Other things to note
At times possums and phascogales might come in from the bush and find a way of getting into the ceilings no matter how much we have blocked it.

There’s a rooster with his hens in our chook pen which will crow in the morning.

This historic cottage with all its charm is set in magnificent gardens on 2.5 ha of Jarrah and Marri forested landscape. You will be struck by the tranquility, the scenic views and the abundant birdlife.

Features a cozy lounge with fireplace and kitchen/dining area with magnificent jarrah floors leading out to a pretty little patio.

The location is in close proximity to many of the finest wineries, breweries, restaurants and beaches.

The space
The cottage has two bedrooms both with queen beds with an additional single bed located in the hallway. The back bedroom has a baby cot and block out blinds. The beautiful old kitchen with original wood fired oven, jarrah timber floors and dining table is the perfect space for everyone to cook, eat, drink and laugh in.

The lounge has a fireplace and is the perfect spot to get cozy on chilly winter evenings while the little patio is the ideal spot to soak up the sun in the mornings and take in the serenity of the beautiful gardens.

The outside courtyard has a large outdoor dining table and weber BBQ. The private gardens that surround the cottage are beautifully kept and are fully fenced (front & rear) making them ideal for kids and/or your furry friends. The fruit orchard and vegetable garden adjacent to the cottage can be explored and guests can help themselves to herbs, lemons and figs if in season.

Guest access
We have a glamping tent setup further down the property which is also on Airbnb. It is approximately 100 meters away from the cottage, nestled behind the existing barn, alongside the spring fed dam. This area is for the exclusive use of the guests staying there, while the fenced off gardens around the cottage is for the exclusive use of guests staying at the cottage.

The welcome brochure will provide you with everything else, including a map of the property and some local tips of where to best wine, dine, exercise or relax.

Please note that although the cottage is fully fenced, it is standard rural fencing and might not be suitable for small dogs etc.

Our holiday home is set up to accommodate a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children. It is located between Dunsborough and Yallingup beach and is close to many wineries and family-friendly activities. RRY is nestled amongst 5 acres of beautiful bushland. We have a dam on the property. RRY is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets are allowed, but please note that the property is not fenced).

The space
Our place is set up for family holidays. It is ideal to accommodate 4 adults and 4 children. We are also pet friendly (although there is no fenced areas - it is perfect for old dogs). The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. A dam has been added. The property is home to a large kangaroo population (be careful when driving through).
There are a number of beautiful bush walks in the area, including one through the National Park which leads down to Caves House and Yallingup beach (about a 40 minute walk).
We are located across the road from Petra Olive Farm and down the road from Yallingup woodfire bread.

Other things to note
We are not a luxury resort. This is a bush property.
The house has a smart TV, but is not connected by aerial (ie. no access to general channels such as 7, 9, 10, ABC and SBS). However an Apple TV is connected and you will be able to access your own Netfix and Stan accounts. There is also a hard drive containing a number of movies and television shows (USB option).
The house has no air conditioning - closing the kitchen blind keeps the house so cool that we have not found it necessary.

Big Sky View is a one bedroom house located on a 5 acre property in the Yallingup hills.
The area is quiet, and regularly visited by a large mob of kangaroos.
The building is new, with a modern, simple feel.
We are registered with the City of Busselton as a short term accommodation provider.

The space
Big Sky View is a modern, 6 star environmentally designed house. Open plan living, simple layout and design give the feeling of openness. This, as well as numerous windows allow an amazing vista any time of the year. The house has reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating and cooling) as well as fast free NBN internet and excellent cell phone access.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the whole 5 acre property and house, with the exception of a small garden shed. We do ask that you keep to the driveway and don't drive over the fields or into adjoining neighbors properties. We also ask you to not cross the timber fence to the west as this is not part of our land. We have good relations with our neighbors and would like to keep it this way.

We do not accept bookings for schoolies/leavers for the schoolies celebrations in November each year.
