A short walk to the Sedgers Reef Hotel, Fisherman's co-op and Iluka Bay. Koala Lodge Cottage is perfect for a couple looking for some quite time or the small family wanting to be close to the river and beach without the cost.

The cottage has seating out the front to enjoy the afternoon sunsets or the private courtyard out the back and a single lock up garage. This complex has plenty of room to move and enjoy a BBQ in the garden that surrounds. Very central and a pleasant stroll to the river to watch the sunsets over the water.

on the river in the beautiful seaside town ILUKA, situated in a world heritage rainforest national park.
This cosy beach cottage has an amazing mineral salt swimming pool and sunset views over the Clarence River.
There is an ideal covered outside entertainment area with a
hardwood queen daybed and mosquito net, to relax on during the day.
We are across from The Sunset Wine Bar, Chez Basho Sushi Cafe, the Ferry Terminal to Yamba.

The space
Welcome to our beautiful beach cottage on the Clarence River.
Our space is yours to enjoy and love as your own, with a stunning pool that wraps around the deck.
There are amazing sunsets from the lounge room, front porch and main bedroom.
There is plenty of room to bring your boat or any other equipment.
Most places in Iluka are all walking distance, or you can bring your bicycles and ride around.
The bait and tackle shop is just across the road at the Marina, with the amazing Sunset Wine Bar and delicious Chez Basho Sushi Cafe.
This is also where the ferry departs from to go to Yamba.
ILUKA Memorial Park is across the road is where the Anzac War Memorial is located.

Guest access
Guests have access to the house and yard within the fenced area.
You can park up the side of the house or on the grass out the front.

Other things to note
Every morning the pool is checked, to remove any leaves 🍃 etc to keep in pristine condition.
It will be cleaned at 5:50am - 6:30am only if required.
We are very quiet.
